제2차 에큐메니칼 공의회인 콘스탄티노플 공의회(381)에 따르면, ‘ 사도성’ 은 교회의 4가지 근본적인 본질들 가운데 하나이다. 교부들의 ‘사도성’ 개념에서는 사도들의 ‘교훈’ 과 사도적 ‘계승’ 이 서로 구분되지 않았다. 그러나 중세 시대에 사도성의 개념은 주로 로마 가톨릭 교회로 구현된 사도적 ‘계승’ 으로 이해되었는데, 그 교회는 종종 성경이 보존하였던 사도적 ‘교훈’ 과 심각하게 모순되었다. 종교개혁의 시대에 개혁자들은 소위 기독교 전통의 ‘합의’ 라는 개념에 대항하여, 성경의 권위를 기독교 진리의 궁극적 척도로 확립하기를 원하였다(솔라 스크립투라 원리). 이와 관련하여 베른 논쟁(1528)는 아주 중요한 역사적 사건들 가운데 하나인데, 왜냐하면 거기서 츠빙글리와 그의 동료 개혁파 신학자들이 솔라 스크립투라 원리에 관한 명확한 설명을 제시하였기 때문이다. 베른 10테제에 의하여 성경에 관한 개혁파의 관점은 로마 가톨릭뿐 아니라 재세례파와 구별될 수 있었고, 기독교 전통은 종교개혁의 바로 그 근본적 원리에 의하여 적절하게 이해되고 사용될 수 있었다. ‘Apostolicity’ is one of the 4 fundamental natures of the Church, according to the 2nd Ecumenical Council of Constantinople (381). In the patristic concept of the ‘apostolicity’ , the ‘teaching’ and the ‘succession’ of the Apostles were not separated from each other. During the Medieval Age, however, the concept of apostolicity was understood mainly as the apostolic ‘succession’ , embodied in the Roman Catholic Church, which often seriously contradicted the apostolic ‘teaching’ that the Holy Scripture preserved. In the time of the Reformation, the Reformers wanted to establish the authority of the Scripture as the ultimate criterion of Christian truth (i.e. the principle of sola scriptura) over against so-called the ‘consensus’ of the Christian Tradition. The Bern Disputation (1528) is one of the most important historical events in this regard, because Zwingli and the Reformed theologians made a clear explanation of the principle of sola scriptura there. By the 10 Thesis of the Disputation, the Reformed viewpoint of the Scripture could be distinguished from the Anabaptists as well as the Roman Church, and the Christian tradition could be properly understood and used by the fundamental principle of the Reformation.

포접화합물의 열물성에 미치는 첨가제의 효과 (Ⅲ) - TMA 물계 포접화합물에 Acetone을 첨가한 경우 -

An experimental investigation is conducted to measure phase change temperature and supercooling when acetone is added to TMA 30 wt% clathrate during cooling process in heat source. Also rate of volume change is investigated when acetone is added to TMA 30 wt% clathrate during the cooling process in heat source -8℃. The results show that phase change temperature is about 4.5~5.5℃ when acetone is added to TMA 30 wt% clathrate during the cooling process for heat sink temperature of -6, -7℃ and -8℃. Supercooling is repressed about 2~10℃ when 0.08 wt% acetone is added to it and rate of volume change is decreased about 2.9% when 0.1 wt% acetone is added for the heat sink temperature of -8℃.

목회자의 영성과 지성을 대립적으로 이해하고 특히 목회자의 지성을 경원시하는 견해가 은근히 한국 개신교회에 들어와서, 장로교회의 영적 건강에 부정적인 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 논문은 ‘장로교회의 목사는 학자여야 한다’는 모토에서 볼 수 있듯이, 목회자의 자질을 중요하게 강조해 온 장로교회의 전통을 돌아보면서, 목회자의 영성 과 지성의 조화가 교회의 영적 건강에 사활적인 중요성을 가지고 있다는 사실을 다시 한 번 되새기기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 이런 목적을 적절하게 달성하기 위하여, 우선 ‘참된 영성, 목회자의 지성, 그리고 교회성장’이라는 세 가지 중요한 개념을 차례로 설명한다. 그런 다음 ‘목회자의 영성과 지성은 교회의 올바른 성장에 사활적인 중요성을 가지고 있다’는 논지를 영성과 지성의 관계에 대한 성경적 이해 및 교회사의 사례들 통하여 입증한다. 성경의 교훈에 따르면 영성과 지성은 결코 배타적인 것이 아니라 상보적인 것으로 이해되어야 하며, 균형 잡힌 영성과 지성을 갖춘 목회자가 오늘날에도 여전히 올바른 성경적 ‘교회 성장’에 꼭 필요하다는 사실을 강조한다. 왜냐하면 그것은 목회자의 올바른 소명 의식 및 교회 성장에 대한 성경적 비전과 직결되어 있기 때문이다. An unscriptural opinion which regards the spirituality and the intellect of pastors as contradictory, and especially devalues the role of the intellect as harmful to church growth came into the Korean Protestant Churches. It did and still does much harm to the spiritual health of the Presbyterian Church that traditionally promoted the harmony of piety and intellect of a pastor. This article is written to highlight the significance of the maxim that Presbyterian pastors ought to be scholars, and to underline once again the vital importance of the harmony of intellect and piety of pastors for church growth. To achieve this purpose, I will consider the three important notions - true spirituality, intellect of the pastor, and church growth, and then support my thesis by explaining a Scriptural understanding of the relation between piety and intellect and by providing some examples of this harmony from church history. The Bible never suggests the two elements as contradictory. Rather the harmonious and balanced relation between the piety and intellect of pastors is indispensable for church growth because it will provide pastors with a Biblical understanding of calling and vision for church growth.

화석연료의 점진적인 고갈과 그 사용에 따라 발생하는 환경오염 문제의 해결 및 에너지 안보 차원에서 세계 각국은 수소경제로의 이동을 준비 중이며 현재 기술개발을 통해 상업화의 시기를 앞당기는 노력을 하고 있다. 국내에서는 2003년부터 본격적으로 정부 주도의 기술개발 및 실용화 사업을 추진하고 있으며 민간 부문에서는 국내 대기업들을 위주로 해외 전문업체와의 제휴를 통해 차세대 수종 사업으로 수소 연료전치 기술개발을 추진 중이나, 아직까지 기술력이 세계수준에는 이르지 못하고 있는 실정이다. SK는 산업자원부와 에너지관리공단에서 주관하는 대체에너지 기술개발 사업 중 수소연료전지 분야의 '수소스테이션(Hydrogen Station) 국산화 기술개발' 사업의 주관 기관으로서, 독자 기술로 개발한 수소 발생 장치를 중심으로 하여 2007년 수소스테이션 건설을 목표로 연구를 수행하고 있다. 수소스테이션 국산화 기술 개발은 2004년부터 2009년까지 총 5년간에 걸쳐 진행되며, 주관 연구기관인 SK는 수소 발생 장치의 개발과 이를 중심으로 한 수소스테이션의 건설을 총괄하고 있으며, 3개 국책 연구 기관 및 4개 대학이 위탁연구 기관으로 참여하여, 수소 생산 신공정 개발, 촉매 개발, PSA개발 및 탈항 기술 개발 등에 대한 요소 기술의 국산화를 목표로 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 고에는 2004년부터 현재까지의 주요 연구 결과 및 수소스테이션 건설 추진 현황을 소개하고자 한다.
