가출, 미아, 이유 없는 실종사건 수사에 있어 탐정의 실종사건 조사업무 효율성 강화에 초점을 맞춘다. 실종사건은 사회적 안전과 개인의 안녕에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 문제라고 본다. 연구는 다음과 같은 구조로 이루어져 있다. 서론에서는 연구의 필요성, 범위, 방법론이 제시된다. 다음은 실종사건의 정의, 원인, 유형과 실태에 대하여 분석한다. 실종사건 처리과정의 문제점에서는 초기 대응과정, 신고 이후의 관련기관 대응의 문제점, 사건장기화에 따른 문제점, 법률적 제한으로 인한 문제점 등에 대하여 분석한다. 실종사건에 대한 탐정의 업무효율성 제고 방안에서는 공익적 조사 네트워크 활성화, 실종사건 조사관련 역량강화, 전문공익탐정 인증제도, 탐정활동 예외조항 마련에 대하여 논의한다. 결론에서는 실종사건을 전문으로 하는 공익탐정에 대하여 활동에 대하여 필요한 부분이 무엇일지에 대하여 제시한다. In investigating missing persons cases, the focus is on strengthening the efficiency of detectives' work in investigating missing persons cases. Disappearance cases are seen as a problem that directly affects social safety and individual well-being. The research has the following structure. The introduction presents the necessity, scope, and methodology of the study. Next, we analyze the definition, causes, types and actual conditions of disappearance cases. In terms of problems in the process of handling missing persons cases, the initial response process, problems in the response of related agencies after reporting, problems due to the prolongation of the case, and problems due to legal restrictions are analyzed. In the plan to improve the work efficiency of detectives for disappearance cases, the revitalization of public interest investigation networks, strengthening of capacity related to disappearance case investigation, professional public interest detective certification system, and establishment of exception provisions for detective activities are discussed. In the conclusion, we present what is necessary for the activities of public interest detectives specializing in missing persons cases.

디지털 환경에서의 상업적 소비공간과 예술적 가치: 하우스 도산 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 예술적 가치가 부여된 소비 공간의 이색 경험을 추구하며 이러한 경험을 온라인으로 공유하는 MZ세대의 소비 문화 풍경에 초점을 맞추어 ㈜아이아이컴바인드의 하우스 도산 사례를 통해 상업공간이 예술문화의 소통의 장으로 기능할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 고찰해본다. 일상의 많은 활동이 온라인의 공간에서 이루어지고 있는 오늘날, 상업적 소비의 공간은 온라인과 차별되는 경험을 제공하는 형태로 진화하고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 연구는 마케팅 분야로 집중되어 있으며 상업적 소비 공간의 예술적 기능에 대해 논의하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 MZ 세대가 즐기는 소비문화의 특징과 방향성을 파악해 본 후, 이러한 특징이 하우스 도산에서 어떠한 방식으로 반영되었는지 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 제품의 기능보다는 소비의 감각적 경험을 추구하는 MZ 세대는 이러한 경험에 대한 시각적 기록을 SNS 채널에 공유함을 통해 자신의 가치관을 드러내고 정체성을 구축하는 것으로 파악되었으며 하우스 도산은 창의적스토리텔링과 예술적 개념을 제품과 공간에 도입함으로써 MZ 세대가 즐길 수 있는 재창작의 놀이공간을 제시하는 전략을 펼치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 상업적 소비 공간을 통해 새로운 차원의 확장된 예술적 소통의 가능성을 제시하며 이러한 가능성은 마케팅 및 문화콘텐츠 분야에 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Through the case study of Iicombined’s Haus Dosan, this study focuses on the consumer culture of the MZ generation who seek unique offline retail experiences endowed with artistic values, share such experiences online, and explore the possibility of commercial retail space functioning as a place of art and culture. Nowadays, where most of our daily activities are performed online, the offline retail space is evolving into a form that provides unique consumer experiences differentiated from online. However, studies on this are mostly focused on the field of marketing, while studies on the artistic function of commercial retail spaces are lacking. Therefore, this study identified the characteristics of consumer culture enjoyed by the MZ generation and explored how such characteristics were reflected in Haus Dosan. As a result, it was identified that the MZ generation, who value sensational retail experience rather than the function of products, expresses their values and identities by sharing visual records of these experiences on their SNS channels. It was also found out that Haus Dosan, seeing through such characteristics of the MZ generation, was implementing a strategy of incorporating creative storytelling and artistic concepts into their products and space in order to present a space of recreation and entertainment. The analysis of Haus Dosan presents a possibility of a new, expanded level of artistic communication through retail space. Such a possibility is anticipated to provide implications for the field of marketing and cultural content.

성장기 아동에서 miniscrew를 고정원으로 이용한 치아이동

교정치료에 있어서 고정원은 진단 및 치료계획에서부터 치료 종료 단계까지 항상 염두에 두어야 하는 중요한 요소이다. 전 통적으로 고정원의 조절을 위하여 차등력, 차등모멘트, 구내 고정원, 구외 고정원 등의 다양한 방법들이 사용되어져 왔다. 그 러나 이러한 방법들은 원치 않는 치아의 이동이 발생할 수 있고 환자의 협조도가 필요하다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 환자의 협 조도나 주변 치아에 의존하지 않는 골격성 고정원(skeletal anchorage)이 전통적인 방법들의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 대안으 로 제시되었다. 골격성 고정원의 종류로는 implant, onplant, miniplate, miniscrew 등이 있다. 이 중에서 miniscrew는 환자의 협조도 감소, 술식의 간편성, 저렴한 비용, 식립부위의 다양성 등의 장점을 가지고 있어 교정치료 시 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 본 증례는 이소성 맹출 경로를 보이는 상악 견치와 매복된 하악 견치의 견인, 정출된 상악 전치의 압하에 miniscrew를 이 용하여 양호한 결과를 보였기에 보고하는 바이다. Anchorage control in orthodontic treatment is an important factor affecting treatment results. In the conventional approach, intra-oral anchorage such as application of differential force and moment, Nance holding arch and lingual arch, as well as extra-oral anchorage such as head gear were used for anchorage reinforcement. However, these anchorages may result in undesired tooth movement and require patient cooperation. To overcome these disadvantages, skeletal anchorage system was introduced as orthodontic anchorage. Types of skeletal anchorage include implant , onplant, miniplate and miniscrew. Especially, miniscrew has many advantages such as reduced patient cooperation, low cost and easy placement. Recently, it is successfully used in orthodontic treatment. This cases were treated using orthodontic miniscrews for retraction of ectopically erupting maxillary canine and impacted mandibular canine and intrusion of maxillary incisors.
