먹장어를 練製品原料로서 利用하기 위한 基礎資料를 얻고자 먹장어 어묵의 最適加工條件을 實驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 採肉한 肉에 대하여 澱粉은 5%, 食鹽은 3%, tripolyphosphate는 0.3%, 水洗回數는 6回, 1段加熱은 45∼50℃에서 1時間, 2段加熱은 90℃에서 30分間이 좋았다. 1段加熱 대신 자연응고 현상을 이용할 경우에는 25℃에서 1時間 자연응고 시킨 다음 90℃에서 30分間 加熱하는 것이 좋았다. In this study, the effects of some additives to the quality of fish jelly product such as salt tripolyphosphate and starch were examined. Besides, that of washing and stepwise heating procedure were also discussed. From the result of quality test by measuring jelly strength and sensory evaluation the product was quite palatable to common, and the addition of 3 percent of salt and 5 percent of starch resulted in the best jelly strength. It was markedly enforced when 0. 3 percent of tripolyphosphate was added. The suggestible processing method of hagfish jelly product is as follows : The meat is to be bleached by washing at least 6 times with tenfold tap water by volume of meat at 5-6℃ and then ground throughly with addition of 3 percent of salt, 5 percent of starch and 0.3 percent of tripolyphosphate. The ground meat is finally to be heated for 1 hour at 45 to 50 ℃ and then for 30 minutes at 90℃.

거리와 공간관계를 이용한 다중 에이전트 조정 전략

The most important problems in the multi-agent system are to accomplish a goal through the efficient coordination of several agents and to prevent collision with other agents. The prey pursuit problem is a model of the multi-agent system used to solve these problems. Although the prey pursuit problem cannot represent the real-world problem as a whole, it is used as a model for proving the ability to solve simple real-world problems through the multi-agent systems. In this paper, we suggest a new strategy for succeeding the goal of the prey pursuit problem efficiently. Our method (1) uses reinforcement learning method to control the multi-agent system efficiently, and (2) considers the distance as well as the spatial relationship between the agents in the state space of the prey pursuit problem. Thus it avoids collision problems which has been occurred in most strategies published. Furthermore, we evaluate our method with other strategies published by eperiments.

In this paper, we consider the multi-view video technology which has a lot of advantages such as free viewpoint and panoramic view. We analyze the repercussion effects of the technology on the domestic industry because the repercussion effects are the important criteria to measure the economic value of technology. In order to analyze the repercussion effects, we first explore the applications which multi-view video technology is involved by using the expert survey method. After that, the estimation of the contribution index of multi-view video technology on the applications that we have explored is made. Owing to the uncertainty of technology related service market forecast, scenario based approach is used. For each scenario, the repercussion effects are introduced.

This thesis states the actual condition of loan words. The purpose of this thesis is to state the principles and the actual conditions about marking Korean language from western loan words among directly transliterated loan words. In order to analyze accurately the realty of loan words, The Dictionary of Modeon-Joseon-Loanwords(The New Dictionary of Foreign Words in Modern Korean) written by Lee, Jong-Geuk in 1937 which summarized loan words until 1930's, was the data with accurate statistics that explained marking condition of that time. In results of analysis, it could be found problems before establishment of the writing norm form loan words. At first, none of the writing norm, it cause various writing for the same word. Secondly, there were the type of Japanese loan words, it had influence to a campaign to refined the Korean language for a long time. In conclusion, for the concrete establishment of marking standard, it is needed concerning of academic and publicity information of education.

정보기술의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

In this paper, we consider the factors influencing the usage of information technology. A lot of and various researches about this issue have been conducted. Among them the most favorite research model is called Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) which is proposed by Davis in 1989. TAM has been updated since then. However, the previous researches do not deal with the functional attributes of information technology or service. The functional attributes are admitted as the important factor for users to choose the information technology or service. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an extended model of TAM that integrates functional attributes into the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM).

本論文考察明末淸初中短篇白話小說揷圖與博古器物圖案之間的關係。先考察明末淸初文人白話中短篇小說揷圖中開始大量運用的博古器物圖案的盛行背景,然後探索“主/副結合式”揷圖這獨特的圖贊形式所展現的審美特點與서사敍事功能。主副結合式揷圖分爲前後兩頁,前邊的主頁有故事揷圖或人物揷圖,後邊的副頁有讚語或裝飾圖案,可分爲圖與贊、圖與圖、圖與圖贊的三種形式。其裝飾圖案分爲博古器物、山水、花鳥的三種類型,値得注目的是,明代中後期以後文人作家獨立創造的白話短篇小說集中,突出了博古器物圖案的運用。小說敍事中出現個人化與議論化、才學化傾向的同時,小說揷圖也?隨之形成裝飾化、趣味化、知識化的路線。主副結合式揷圖的博古器物圖案근(?)故事揷圖不同的方式再現故事中的象徵物,每幅畵面的器物都有巧妙的含義,深化小說欣賞的程度,擴展揷圖的表現空間,給讀者一種知識遊戱的樂趣。博古器物圖贊小說的主要類型和作用可分爲如下:趣味化的圖案運用;百科全書式知識與敎養的普及;才學化的表像體系。

한국어 예비 교원 국외 파견‧실습 지원과 한국어교육의 전망

이 논의는 국립국어원에서 올해 처음 실시한 한국어 예비 교원 국외 파견 실습지원 사업을 소개하고 이 사업과 한국어 교육 발전과의 관련성을 설명하는 데에목적을 두고 있다. 한국어 예비 교원들의 부족한 현장 실습 지원을 위해 두 달 동안 국외 한국어 교육 기관에서 진행한 이 사업은 다음 세 가지를 개선해야 할 것이다. 첫째, 파견 실습의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 사전 연수 및 실습 프로그램 구성이 필요하다. 둘째, 보다 많은 한국어 예비 교원들에게 파견 교육 실습의 혜택이돌아갈 수 있도록 지원 요건을 낮추어야 한다. 셋째, 국외 실습 교육 기관 확대를위한 한국어 교육 관계 기관들의 협력이 필요하다. The purposes of this article is to explain the relevance of assistance for practical training(teaching practice) programs to prospective teachers and development of Korean language education. For the development of Korean language education, there must be a good teacher, and this excellent teacher is created through variety experiences in the classroom. This assistance project, created by the National Institute of Korean Language, diversifies the field training of domestic Korean language prospective teachers. For teaching practice, prospective teachers are dispatched for two months at the overseas educational institutions. This assistance project must improve three current issues for development of Korean language education. Firstly, It is necessary to organize pre-training and teaching practice programs in order to maximize the effects of dispatching and training. Secondly, It is necessary to lower the dispatcher requirements so that the benefit of the support is available to many prospective teachers. Thirdly, coordination of institutions related to Korean language education must be done in order to expand educational institutions that can practices.
