서미스터용 Mn-Co-Ni-Fe계 산화물의 조성에 따른 전기저항특성

Mn-Co-Ni 3성분계에 Fe의 첨가량을 변화시켜 따른 산화물 서미스터소결체(Mn-Co-Ni-Fe oxide)를 소성온도 1200~$1400^{\circ}C$에서 제조하여 전기저항특성을 조사한 결과, 결정상은 단일입방정 스피넬형 결정구조였고, 소성온도에 따른 전기전도도는 $1300^{\circ}C$에서 4시간 소결한 시미스터가 가장 높았다. 대체로 F-2를 제외하고는 Fe의 첨가량이 증가할 때 비저항은 증가하고 상대적으로 전기전도도는 감소한다. 특히 F-2의 조성에 있어서는 전기전도도가 1.4${\times}$$10^-3$${\ textohm}cm로 높았고 상대적으로 B정수는 2906K로 낮았다. The properties of electrical resistance of Mn-Co-Ni-Fe oxide-based thermistor with various Fe contents in sintering process at $1200^{\circ}$ to $1400^{\circ}C$ for 4 hours in air atmosphere for fabricating thermistor materials were investigated. The results were as follows: all samples showed single cubic spinel crystal structures in all region. The electrical conductivity is the highest thermistor sintered at $1300^{\circ}C$ for 4 hours. In general when the Fe content is increased except F-2, the resistivity increases and relatively the conductivity decreases. Particularly F-2 composition exhibited the highest electrical conductivity (1.4${\times}$$10^-3$${\textohm}cm) and relatively low B constant(2906K)
Laboratory Performance Evaluation of Recycled Asphalt Binders with Differing Rejuvenators

PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to investigate the properties of recycled asphalt binders with five different rejuvenators, in order to evaluate the applicability of the recycled asphalt binders compared with the original asphalt binder. METHODS : In order to simulate recycled asphalt binders, fresh asphalt binders are aged by various Superpave aging procedures, such as the rolling thin-film oven (RTFO) and the pressure aging vessel (PAV). Then, selected rejuvenators are added to the aged asphalt binders in the amount of 5%, 10%, and 15%. The asphalt binder properties are evaluated by the dynamic shear rheometer (DSR), the rotational viscometer (RV), and the bending beam rheometer (BBR). In this study, AP-5 (penetration grade 60-80, PG 64-16) asphalt binder is used. A total of five types of rejuvenators are employed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS : When considering aged asphalt without a new asphalt binder, it seems that the percentage of rejuvenator used in Korea is a bit too low, and that it fails to possess the characteristics of the original binder. From the current practice of evaluating the properties of recycled binder based on penetration ratio only, the amount of rejuvenator required is similar for the long-term-aged binder, but is excessive for the longest-term aged binder, causing deterioration of workability and stiffness of the recycled binder.

Closed form solution of nonlinear 2-DEG concentration formula is proposed. This allows us to model continuous 2-DEG charge concentration as the function of gate voltage covering subthreshold region of the I-V curves. Comparisons of the Ids-Vgs characteristics and transconductance with the measured data were performed to show the accuracy of the proposed model. This way we have completely closed form I-V characteristics in subthreshold, triode and saturation region incorporating accurate charge control mechanism for HEMTs.

하림의 양돈산업 진출로 촉발된 계열화사업은 올해 양계업계의 화두라 해도 과언이 아니다. 대기업이 양돈산업까지 진출해 양돈 농가들을 이른바 '소작농'으로 전락시킬 수 있다는 주장이 제기되면서 계약문제 등을 포함한 계열화사업 전반에 대한 문제의식이 높아졌다. 계열업체들은 규모의 경제를 앞세워 다국적 식품 회사들과 당당하게 경쟁하기 위해서는 계열화사업은 불가피하다는 입장을 내세우고 있지만 농가들은 지금의 계열화 구조로는 선진국의 계열화 사업을 따라잡을 수 없다는 반박논리를 세우고 있다. 특히 생산원가가 보장되지 않은 상황에서 무조건 규모화만을 내세우는 계열사들의 논리는 농업의 특수성을 무시한 채 배부른 사람만 배부르게 만드는 일반 시장경쟁에 농업을 내치는 처사라고 강하게 반발하고 있다.
