      • '79학년도 본대학 신입생에 대한 학업성적 분석

        This study is one of the continuous work following the preceding analysis in 1977 which has suggested some data in the better improvement of evaluation methods on the students' achievement. Throughout the study, the academic records of 1,699 YJCT freshmen have been used as the reference materials. The main results obtained by this study have revealed the following: First, differences of standard in marking the test scores among the individual course subjects are still existing. Second, the achievement scores of the general selection students for the college admission are higher than the special selection students in the subjects of general education course such as Korean, Ethics, History, English and Mathematics, but contrary lower in the major subjects. Third, the scores for college admission including both Preliminary College Entrance Examination and High School Achievement are not so highly correlated with the college achievement scores as expected. Fourth, no distinct differences have been found according to the years passed after the high school graduation. The college academic achievement scores of the technical high school graduates, however, seemed to be influenced by the reputation of their parent schools. With the above results, it is suggested that a professional study to develop the better selection system of entrance examination, to improve the methods for instruction, evaluation and organization of the course subjects, and to render more effective student guidance should be continued.

        목형용 춘양목의 절삭가공 특성에 관한 연구 (제 2 보) : 정면밀링 절삭에 의한 절삭저항 , 표면조도 (表面粗度) 및 가공표면상태 Effect of Chip - Tool Contact Stress Distribution in Workpiece During of Wood Machining

        Recently the automization of wood manufacturing and the development of CNC machine tools becomes the center of interest. Cutting mechanism, tool wear and the roughness of machined surface have been studied. In the studies about wood for special uses, concrete data of cutting is desired. While Pinus densiflora is characterized that heartwood develops as age increases, Chunyang District has the characterist9c of strength, red color, relatively regular chap and high heartwood - percentage. But there is no data about cutting this wood, Chunyang District. In this study face milling by sintered carbide tool was excuted to Chunyang District. Cutting force, Surface roughness and states were investigated with regard to cutting speed. Example results were as follows; 1) Mean cutting resistance against lateral component force and longitudinal component force decreased rapidly up to cutting speed of 155 m/min, and remains constant above this speed. 2) The surface roughness of cutting surface towered as cutting speed increased, regardless of fiber formation. Radial rougness of fiber is larger than lineal surface roughness. 3) Increase in Cutting speed made machining mark restrained. Down-milling showed larger marks than up-milling.

        A wide use of Korean line printer as an output unit has been hindered by a high cost of these devices. This paper presents a very inexpensive method for displaying Korean characters(HANGEUL). It shows dot patterns punched on paper tapes, which are available for most users of small computers. For displaying Korean characters (HANGEUL), procedures for input code conversion, sorting of character elements, and editing routine to obtain punch data have been discussed.

Through the conversational manipultation of the SCOPE, users, as beginners, will he inexpensively provided for an effective and sufficient training of Assembly language programming, which is required for the use of microcomputers.

        Through the investigation of the academic achievements for a group of one hundred and sixty Technical Junior College students, it is indicated that the Product-moment Corclation Coefficients between the fourteen factors of the Aptitude Test assigned to the students, and their scores of both major subjects and the entrance examinations are very low. According to the results of questionnaires of forty-four items by the polled students, this fact is considered that the failure to the entrance of four-year course colleges is mainly causing extreme lack of needs, interest and motivation on the assigned learning activities to the students.

        Among the many causes of degrading television pictures, the ghost phenomena coining up from the reflected waves affected by the geographical conditions are the most common of the causes. The counter-measures to these are required as many high buildings are being constructed on the urban areas in these days. In this study, the electric field intensities of VHF over twenty-four regions in the Taegu city area have been measured, and reviewed for the proposal of developed methods on the antenna installation. As the conclusions, the following have been obtained. 1. The exclusive use of antenna for the channel 10 makes the pattern characteristics increased 20 dB. 2. The more time delays between desired wave and ghost wave. the more D/U ratio increases. 3. The average gain of six problem regions is developed up to 30 dB.

      • 대구근교 난시지역에 대한 수신장애 개선방안

        This is the experimental research of testing out the reception interfered area and of its improvement at the suburbs of Dac gu. As a result of its research, it was found out that the moust important causes of reception interference were the weak field intensity and at the same time the strong ghost interference. we have drawn, 10 element high gain antenna according to its result. we have tried its equipping method and checked the most improving methods. It was possible to improve D/U above 4.7dB at the maximum using the high gain antenna and there was some cases of (improving D/U) its improvement above 2.lidB moving the antenna 20m.

      • Sample Data에 따른 Quicksort Algorithm의 효율비교

        In this paper, several variation algorithms applied to the four classified sample data : ran-dom, order, reverse order and nearly sorted list. For the evaluation of efficiency, number of the comparisons and runtime are measured through emperical tests in program execu-tion. The results have shown that. The Middle key and 3-partition sort algorithm are found to be most efficient for the case of random sample data. The B sort and CBM sort algorithm are found to be most efficient for the case of order sample data. The Middle key and mean sort algorithm are found to be most efficient for the case of reverse order sample data. The Middlekey, mean and psuedo mean sort algorithm are found to be most efficient for the case of nearly sorted sample data.

        These day the use of SNCM steel is increasing but it is known to the fact that SNCM steel has more difficult Cutting Condition than free cutting steel and Ordinary steel. We can hardly research basic data such as Cutting condition in the Iiterature. Especially this SNCM steel was used as industrial material and we had difficulty in cutting process of High speed steel as well as sintered carbide tool p30, M10, etc In my thesis I am studyimg the chief aim of the choice in researching cutting condition, the kinds of suitable sintered carbide tool, cutting edge form of the suitable velocity, feed, and depth of cutting. I have come to the conclusion as the result of my study as follows: (1) The Turning work by Carbide tool CPI of SNCM5 material is better than p10, p30 if the choice of carbide tool is suitable. (2) The Tool life of CPI tool is determinded by crater wear and Flank Wear in Turning of Ni-Cr-Mo steel. But K_T and V_B are rapidly increasing if coating surface on carbide tool is worn off and it is impossible for us to cut it. (3) As Feed increases, SNCM5 increases shear angle ∮ more rapidly than SM55c steel. (4) According to CP1 in carbide turning of Ni-Cr-Mo steel side release angle is moderate between 1˚ and 5˚ (5) Chipping takes place on Top of cutting tool edge if we cut SNCM5 with carbide Tool and Flank wear width reach extent of 0.2-0.3㎜.
