30W급 LED 투광등 히트싱크 높이변화에 따른 온도분포에 관한 실험적 연구

This study tests the characteristics of heat radiation by applying the pin-height variables to 30-W LED floodlights. The angle of the heat sink enables us to identify the characteristics of the heat radiation based on the temperature distribution. The results of the study are as follows. When the heat sinks are set towards the ground, the heat transfer decreases in speed only to expands the temperature distribution, which adversely affects the characteristics of heat radiation and expands the temperature distribution of PCB with the LED chip. We verify that the characteristics of heat radiation are adversely affected when the height of the cooling pin decreases and the heat radiation area decreases, which impedes the heat transfer and increases the temperature distribution on the heat sink.

최근 지하공간에서의 유독가스 유출, 화재사고 등의 재난 발생으로 막대한 인적, 물적 손실을 일으키는 사고가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재난을 효율적으로 방지하기 위하여 유비쿼터스 환경을 고려한 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)을 기반으로 하는 안전관리 모니터링 시스템을 설계한다. USN장비를 이용하여, 노드간의 무선 센서 네트워크를 구축하고, USN 장비로부터 전송받은 데이터를 수집, 통합하고 이를 실시간으로 모니터링 하는 프로그램을 설계 구현한다. 모니터링 시스템은 정보를 분석하여 유해하다고 판단될 경우, 제어 시스템에게 정보를 전달하는 기능들을 포함하며, 모니터링 시스템의 최종 목적은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 지향점인 보이지 않는 컴퓨터 환경 구현을 목표로 하고 있다.

In this study, we identified the problems of the Buoyancy Blocks used in the Bridge Erection Boat. Also we conducted a cause analysis to establish the improvement plan, verify and test evaluation, and promote the development of alternative products. The Buoyancy Block mounted inside the Bridge Erection Boat can maximize the internal buoyancy performance when water enters the hull, and fills the empty space inside the hull to play an important role in minimizing the space where water can enter. Normal Buoyancy Block is made from PVC. By the way someone use recycled Buoyancy Blocks that don't guarantee the safety of users due to the deterioration. In order to solve these problems, we have promoted the development of alternative products through performance improvement, and selected materials that can be produced in Korea to reduce transportation costs required for procurement. If production and procurement are possible in Korea, maintenance restrictions will be lifted, and high-quality Buoyancy Blocks will be used to increase the satisfaction of field users. EPP, an eco-friendly material, was selected in accordance with the government's green national policy, and it had a property value equal to or greater than that of the existing product. In addition, the dimensions of the interior of the Bridge Erection Boat were remeasured to improve the problem of different dimensions between the drawing and the Buoyancy Blocks. In the future, if EPP, an eco-friendly material, is applied to Buoyancy Blocks to develop at a low cost and high quality, it is expected to contribute to improving the quality of military serviced goods and reducing the defense budget.
