영유아를 위한 통합적 음악 감상 활동 방안 -보육시설을 중심으로-

In this study, the integrative approach in developmentally appropriate music listening activity program for early childhood with elements of music and movements is suggested. The purpose of study is for facilitating the development of musical ability, expression, and musical creativity in 2 to 3 years old early childhood. The direction to developmentally appropriate music listening activity in day care center is presented. First of all, the goal of music listening activity is given by the importance of music lesson in early childhood stage. Secondly, with the basis of music and movement elements, the selection method of musical subject and contents, which is based on the living theme of day care center, is proposed. Finally, the role of nursing teacher and teaching - learning method for conducting music listening activity is offered. Also, the model of teaching - learning with the relevance of subject in the next class and connection to musical element is presented. 본 연구는 음악적 요소와 신체 동작에 기초한 발달에 적합한 통합적 음악감상 활동 방안을 제안하였다. 연구의 목적은 만 2, 3세 영유아의 음악 능력, 표현력 및 음악적 창의성 발달을 돕기 위하여 보육시설에서의 음악감상 활동에 대한 기초방향을 제시하는데 있었다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 보육시설에서 이루어져야 할 발달에 적합한 영유아의 통합적 음악감상 활동 목표를 학자들의 관점을 근거로 하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 음악적 요소와 신체 동작에 기초하고, 보육시설의 생활주제와 관련된 음악감상곡의 주제선정 및 내용선정 방법을 모형을 통해 제시하였다. 끝으로, 음악감상 활동을 수행하는데 있어서의 교수-학습방법을 제안하고 교사의 역할 및 평가방법을 제시하였다.

취업 장애인의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 취업 장애인의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 Herzberg의 2요인 이론을 중심으로 만족요인과 불만족요인으로 분석하고 설명력의 정도를 파악하여 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 그리고 상대적 영향력은 어떠한지를 실증적으로 규명해 보고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 문헌을 검토하고 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 조사한 ‘2009년도 제2차 장애인고용패널조사’자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과 취업 장애인의 직업만족도는 만족요인 중에서는 업무활용도가 직업만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 불만족요인은 근무환경안전도와 평균근로소득이 직업만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들의 상대적 영향력 검증에서는 월평균근로소득, 근무환경안전도, 업무활용도, 고용형태 순으로 직업만족도에 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 통제변수에서는 성별만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타나 남성에 비해 여성이 직업만족도가 유의하게 높은 것을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 취업 장애인의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 직업만족도 제고를 위한 효과적인 개입 방안을 모색하였다. This study is aimed at empirically investigating factors influencing the job satisfaction of disabled employees and their comparative influences by analyzing satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors based on Herzberg's Two Factor Theory and examining the degree of explanatory power. For these purposes, this study referred to documents home and abroad and used data from 'The 2nd Disabled Employment Panel Survey of 2009' conducted by the Employment Development Institute of Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. As a result, the study found that work application efficiency had a significant effect among satisfaction factors on the job satisfaction of disabled employees, while work environmental safety and average earned income had a significant effect among dissatisfaction factors. In addition, regarding the verification of comparative influences of these factors, average earned income had the biggest influence, followed by work environmental safety, work application efficiency and employment type. When it comes to control variables, sex was found to have a significant effect only, which shows that women's job satisfaction was significantly bigger than men's. Based on the results, this study investigated factors influencing the jobs satisfaction of disabled employees and searched for effective intervention measures to improve their job satisfaction.

DRG 지불제도 적용수술에 투입되는 재료비 산출 및 분석에 관한 연구

Purpose: This research analyzed the material cost of the operation adapted to DRG payment system. Method: This research was performed from April. 1, 2003 to Oct. 27, 2003 for 342 patients. We analyzed the output of operation material cost and the resulting factor of the difference by the research table about consumed materials. The 8 groups of operation that adapted in DRG system were divided into 12 lists and 3 factors ; disease-dependent factor, operator-dependent factor, and staff-dependent factor which induced the cost difference. Result: The most expensive operation was cataract surgery(\482,746) and the cheapest surgery was tonsillectomy(\7,217). Cesarean sections represented the greatest difference between the highest and the lowest cost, about \152,177, and tonsillectomy represented the smallest difference, about \3,128. The factors contributing to the difference were the operator-dependent factor(46.7%), the disease-dependent factor(37.5%), and the staff-dependent factor(15.8%). Conclusion: It is expected that the material cost of the operation can be reduced when all operator change their cognition about DRG payment system and voluntarily participate to reduce the cost of material.
