傷寒論 第 28條는 病機의 分析과 主治처방의 構成에 대해서 歷代 傷寒論 注釋家와 現代 中醫學者間에 많은 논란이 있는 條文이다. 本 論文은 28條에 대하여 表邪의 有無와 主治處方의 錯簡說 등에 대한 歷代 注釋을 檢討하였다. 論者는 이러한 論難을 咳嗽하기 위한 方法으로 有關 處方에 대한 方後注文과 傷寒論의 條文 配列 順序의 意味에 根據하여 本條가 水飮內停證에 속하며 계지거계가복령백출탕이 本證의 主治處方임을 論證하였다. Many arguments on the interpretation of the 28th articles of Shanghanlun(傷寒論) which deals with the analysis of pathogenesis and the constitution of the chief prescription, have been made between the previous interpretators and moderm chinese medical scholars. In this paper I have examined the previous comments on the 28th article by focusing on the existence of Biaoxie(表邪) and the misunderstanding of the chief prescription Based upon the meanings of the annotated explanation about the related prescription and the article arrangement of Shanghanlun(傷寒論), my analysis shows that the 28th article belongs to the symptoms of Shuiyinneitingzheng(水飮內停證) and therefore Guizhiquguijiafulingbaizhutang(계지거계가복령백출탕) should be chief prescription for the symptoms.
敎員 職務負擔의 輕減方案에 관한 硏究 : 초등교사를 중심으로

The Purpose of this study is to identify the approach on reducing the burden of teachers' job performance in Elementary School Education. This study focussed its efforts on clarifying the basic concepts and practical systems of reducing the burden of teachers' job performance and on analyzing the positive feedback data of The actual processes teaching-learning with the support of Data Generating-Processing System(DGPS). DGPS is an integrated system structually related to all fields which can facilitate Human Education including technology and science. DGPS supports improving the quality of teaching and learning in elementary methematics through Education Service Automation Network for School Teaching - Learning(ESANET-STL). This study is based on the documentary and positive analysis method. Based on the findings of this study, the conclusion can be drawn as the following ; DGPS supported ESANET-STL system reduce the burden of teachers as much as possible and help teachers concentrate on performing their professional jobs. For teachers such a system improves teaching, on the one hand, and improves the learning of learners on the other. In a word, DGPS supported systems provide meams of teaching and learning and they help both teachers and learners to concentrate on teaching and learning.
시간지연을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템의 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 분산 퍼지모델 제어기법

본 논문에서는 폴리토프 불확실성과 시간지연, 그리고 제어기 섭동을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템의 상태궤환 제어기에 대한 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 분산 퍼지제어기 설계 방법을 다룬다. 먼저 시간지연을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템을 Takagi-Sugeno 퍼지모델로 나타내고, 이로부터 지연종속 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 퍼지제어기가 존재하기 위한 충분조건, 제어기 설계방법 및 비약성을 만족하는 제어기의 꽉찬집합(compact set)을 제시한다. 이 때 제시한 조건은 변수치환과 슈어여수(Schur complement)정리를 통해 선형행렬부등식(LMI: Linear Matrix Inequality)의 계수가 꽉찬 집합 내의 파라미터의 함수로 정의되는 파라미터화 선형행렬부등식(PLMIs: Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities)으로 표현되며, 이를 완화기법(relaxation technique)를 사용하여 유한개의 선형행렬부등식으로 변환하고, 제어기와 비약성을 만족하는 제어기 영역을 구한다. 마지막으로 예제와 모의실험을 통해 불확실성과 시간지연, 제어기이득 섭동에도 불구하고 제안한 퍼지제어기가 폐루프시스템을 안정화시키고 외란감쇠를 보장함을 확인한다. In general, due to the interactions among subsystems, it is difficult to design an decentralized controller for nonlinear interconnected systems. In this study, the model of nonlinear interconnected systems is studied via decentralized fuzzy control method with time delay and polytopic uncertainty. First, the nonlinear interconnected system is represented by an equivalent Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy model. And the represented model can be rewritten as Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities(PLMIs), that is, LMIs whose coefficients are functions of a parameter confined to a compact set. We show that the resulting fuzzy controller guarantees the asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of the closed-loop system in spite of controller gain variations within a resulted polytopic region by example and simulations.
