The paper presents results of an investigation on the permeability characteristics of concrete containing different levels of fly ash to partially replace ordinary Portland cement. The total cementitious content was 351㎏/㎥, and the water/cementitious materials ratio was 0.55. The porosity and pore structure of representative pastes of the matrix were measured using mercury intrusion porosimetry, and the permeability characteristics of these concrete were also determined by water and air permeability, chloride ion penetration. The results showed that concrete containing fly ash were able to significantly reduced the water and air permeability of concrete, And, results of the rapid permeability test slowed that the resistance of concrete to the penetration of chloride ions increases significantly as a contents of fly ash is increased. It appears that the presence of fly ash promotes the formation of a discontinuous macro-pore system which inhibits flow. Considering the significance of permeability characteristics in deciding concrete durability and the broad use of admixture materials in concrete is available.

Hay corrientes del ana′lisis literario que manifiestan preguntas sobre el proceso de formacio′n de la escritura misma: la identidad del lenguaje literario, o la identidad del acto de contar, los enunciados novelescos. Una de ellas es la teori′a de la intertextualidad, explorada por Julia Kristeva en el estudio de M. Bajti′n. El proceso de la tergiversacio′n de los enunciados de los textos ajenos se acentu′a en los del texto actual. Los enunciados de los diferentes textos se unen en el texto actual en diferentes grados, como la cita, el plagio, la alusio′n. Asi′ que el enunciado novelesco pierde su posicio′n descriptiva del monologismo y complace la relacio′n dialogica con los diferentes enunciados. El enunciado novelesco se vuelve dialo′gico, ambiguo y doble, como lo es la identidad del texto como palimpsesto. Se nos antoja una ideologi′a entre el concepto del texto como palimpsesto y la concepcio′n literaria de Vargas Llosa sobre los demonios, porque los demonios incluyen la transformacio′n de las materias culturales y literarias. El reconoce que el movimiento primero de la creacio′n, la seleccio′n del material de trabajo, es simpre y so′lo puede ser, una especie de plagio o usurpacio′n. El elemento an~dido accede al feno′meno de la tergiversacio′n, es el concepto de la intertextualidad. La originalidad y autenticidad de la obra dependen de la capacidad de lograr magistralmente los elementos an~adidos, como si en la teori′a de la intertextualidad una obra magistra se aprecia por el proceso y la elaboracio′n de varios textos a trave′s del dialogismo como palimpsesto. Varios signos visuales invaden directamente en las pa′ginas de Elogio de la Madrastra. La presencia de estos signos visuales en forma de palimpsesto es enigma′tica en el ana′lisis del texto. De aqui′, el espacio de la novela, cuyo signo ha sido verbal se convierte en un espacio del signo visual que era el protagonista de las artes visuales. De modo que Elogio de la Madrastra renova la identidad del ge′nera novelesco. Es decir, la novela no insiste sobre la pureza del signo verbal sino que se mezcla con el signo visual. En este trabajo, ampliar una lectura sinte′tica en que se une acomodan juntas la lectura del signo verbal y la del signo visual. Esto es lo experimental de la novela de nuestro ana′lisis.

Carbonation of concrete has been accepted as a deterioration factor because it lowers the pH of concrete also causes the corrosion of embedded steel. Even though a deterioration factor, it has some beneficial effects such as reduction of absorption, permeability and improvement of compressive strength. Furthermore, in industrialized countries many studies on not only how carbonation can effect on the leaching of toxicity in cementitious wasteforms but also how to use the carbonation effects, have been reported. In this field of study, there aren't many basic literatures on the carbonation whereas conspicious knowledge of factors on carbonation are quite abundant. Therefore, with this point of view, we intend to study the effects of carbonation at early curing ages. Tests were conducted on the compressive and flexural strength, sulfate resistance, XRD analysis, and then compared to the specimens carbonated after 28 days of curing.
급성 사구체신염의 조직소견을 보인 $Henoch-Sch\"{o}nlein$ 자반증 신염 1례

전형적 HSP 증상이후 혈뇨, 단백뇨를 보여 신조직검사를 받은 생후 21개월 여아에서 전형적인 HSP 신염에서 볼 수 있는 소견과는 다르게 광학현미경에서 사구체 세포간질의 증식 소견이 관찰되었고, 면역형광현미경에서 세포간질과 혈관을 따라 IgG와 C3가 침착되었으나 IgA 침착은 관찰되지 않았다. 전자현미경에서는 전형적인 HSP 신염에서 보이는 세포간질에의 electron dense한 deposits가 관찰되지 않았으며 주로 APSGN에서 볼 수 있는 상피하 electron dense deposits가 관찰되었다. 본 증례처럼 HSP 신염으로 보이는 환아의 신조직검사가 APSGN에서와 유사한 소견을 보이는 경우를 보고하면서 저자들은 HSP의 원인으로 GAS와의 연관성을 제시하는 바이다. A girl aged 21 months with $Henoch-Sch\"{o}nlein$ purpura(HSP) developed heavy proteinuria with hematuria 8 days after the appearance of purpuric rash, swelling and tenderness of both ankle joints. Her clinical and laboratory features demonstrated nephrotic and nephritic syndrome. The percutaneous renal biopsy revealed diffuse mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Unlike usual HSP nephritis, immunoglobulin A deposition was not detected in the mesangium or the capillary of the glomeruli. Instead, numerous subepithelial electron-dense deposits('humps') mimicking acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis were found.

Carbonation is an important factor affecting the durability of concrete structure. But most of all studies on carbonation have been focused on the mechanic process of carbonation, the materials and environmental factors accelerating the carbonation speed. This research evaluates the effect of carbonation on the strength and permeability characteristic of cement mortar. Results indicate that carbonation causes physical change to the concrete. The depths of carbonation increased with carbonation time. The compressive strength was higher in the carbonated specimen than that in non-carbonated specimen. And chloride permeability was lower than plain cement mortar while air permeability was higher.
