        초등학생의 놀이성 및 자기조절능력이 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzes the data obtained from the 682 people including 4,5,6th grades of elementary school living in Gwangju, South Korea to find out how the playfulness of children explains the self-regulation and social competence of children. For rating scale, we used Children’s Playfulness Scale(Choi, Cho, & Choi, 2008), Social Capability Scale(Han, 2005) reconstituted from Adolescent Social Competence Scale (Park, 1998) and Child Self-Regulation Scale(Huh, 2003). As a result, first, the main outcomes of the influence of children's playfulness to social competence are that the sub-variables(sociability, interpersonal adjustment and popularity) of social competence are high if the sub-variables(extraordinariness, social playfulness and emotional playfulness) of children's playfulness are abundant; the sociability and popularity are high when social playfulness is abundant and the social participation is high when social-emotional playfulness is high. also, If the children's social-emotional playfulness and pursuit of fun are high, leadership is high. Second, If the children's behavioral self-regulation is high, overall factors of social competence are high. Third, the most effective factors about the children's social competence are social playfulness and the motivational self-regulation. This study shows that the each sub-level of social competence has different influences to playfulness and sub-variables of self-regulation. So, in the fields of children's psychotherapy, the promotion of playfulness of different domains and the improvement of self-regulation are necessary to solve the social competence problems. 본 연구에서는 아동의 놀이성과 자기조절능력이 사회적 유능성에 어떠한 설명력을 가지고 있는지를 알아보기 위해 광주지역에 거주하는 초등학교 4, 5, 6 학년 682명을 대상으로 조사한 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 최태산, 최명선과 조미정(2008)의 아동용 놀이성 측정도구와 박금옥(1998)이 개발한 청소년의 사회적 능력 질문지를 초등학생에 맞도록 재구성한 한미현(2005)의 사회적 유능성 척도와 허정경(2003)의 아동의 자기조절능력 도구를 사용하였다. 첫째 아동 놀이성 하위변인인 기발성, 사회적 놀이성, 정서적 놀이성이 풍부할수록 사회적 유능성의 하위변인에 속하는 사교성, 대인적응성, 인기도가 높아지고, 사회적 놀이성이 풍부할수록 사교성과 인기도가 높아지며, 사회적·정서적 놀이성이 높을수록 사회참여도가 높아졌다. 또한 아동의 사회적․정서적 놀이성이 높고 재미탐닉을 많이 할수록 주도성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 아동의 인지적, 동기적, 행동적 자기조절능력이 높을수록 사회적 유능성 전반에 걸쳐 능력이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 아동의 사회적 유능성에 가장 설명력이 높은 변인은 사회적 놀이성과 동기적 자기조절능력이었다. 본 연구의 결과 사회적 유능성 각각의 하위 차원은 놀이성과 자기조절능력 하위변인들로부터 각기 다른 영향을 받으므로 아동심리치료 현장에서는 다양한 차원의 사회적 유능성에 어려움을 보이는 아동들을 위한 치료적 전략으로 서로 다른 영역의 놀이성과 자기조절 능력 향상을 촉진할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        아동의 놀이성이 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향에서 자기조절능력의 매개효과

        In this study, we find out the path and direct-indirect effects toward the sub-variables of social competence from children’s playfulness and self-regulation. The analyzed data was obtained from the 682 people including 4,5,6th grades of elementary school living in Gwangju, South Korea. For rating scale, we used Children’s Playfulness Scale (Choi & Cho & Choi, 2008), Social Capability Scale (Han, 2005) reconstituted from Adolescent Social Competence Scale (Park, 1998) and Child Self-Regulation Scale (Huh, 2003). The data was path analyzed to identify the direct-indirect effects among variables. As a result, first, for sociability, all sub-variables of playfulness except the sense of humor have the indirect effects through the three sub-variables of self-regulation. Second, for interpersonal adjustment, the sense of humor has the direct effect. The emotional and independent playfulness have the indirect effects through the cognitive and motivational self-regulation. Third, for social participation, the sense of humor and pursuit of fun have only the direct effects. The extraordinariness and independent playfulness have the indirect effects through the cognitive and motivational self-regulation. Fourth, for leadership, the pursuit of fun have only the direct effects. the independent playfulness and extraordinariness have only the indirect effects. In contrast, the emotional and social playfulness have the direct-indirect effects at the same time. The social playfulness has the relatively higher overall effects. Fifth, for popularity, the emotional playfulness has the indirect effects through the cognitive and motivational self-regulation. The extraordinariness and social playfulness have the direct-indirect effects simultaneously. 본 연구는 아동의 놀이성 및 자기조절능력이 사회적 유능성의 하위변인에 미치는 경로와 직간접 효과를 초등학생을 대상으로 밝혀보고자 하였다. 광주지역에 거주하는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 682명을 대상으로 조사한 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 최태산, 최명선, 조미정(2008)의 아동용 놀이성 측정도구와 박금옥(1998)이 개발한 청소년의 사회적 능력 질문지를 초등학생에 맞도록 재구성한 한미현(2005)의 사회적 유능성 척도, 허정경(2003)의 아동의 자기조절능력 측정도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 변인들 간의 직간접 효과를 알아보기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 사교성에 대해, 유머감각을 제외한 모든 놀이성의 하위변인들은 자기조절능력 세 하위변인을 통해 간접효과를 나타내었다. 둘째, 대인적응성에 대해서는 유머감각은 직접효과를, 정서적 놀이성과 독자적 놀이성은 인지적 자기조절능력과 동기적 자기조절능력을 통한 간접효과만을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회참여도에 대해서는 유머감각과 재미탐닉은 직접효과만을, 기발성과 독자적 놀이성은 인지적 자기조절능력과 동기적 자기조절능력만을 통한 간접효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 주도성에 대해서는 재미탐닉은 직접효과만을, 독자적 놀이성과 기발성은 간접효과만을 지니는 반면에 정서적 놀이성과 사회적 놀이성은 직간접효과를 동시에 지니고 사회적 놀이성은 상대적으로 높은 총 효과를 나타내었다. 다섯째, 인기도에 대한 결과는 정서적 놀이성은 인지적 자기조절능력과 동기적 자기조절능력을 통해 간접 효과를 지니고 기발성과 사회적 놀이성은 직접효과와 간접효과를 동시에 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

        대학생의 ADHD 성향 군(群) 탐색과 놀이성과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to explore an ADHD tendency group among college students and to identify any correlation between 400 college student’s ADHD tendencies and their levels of playfulness. The survey utilized the short version of Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scales and the Adult Playfulness Scale. First, the lower factors of ADHD which implied a significant impact on manifested joy and imagination, sub-variables of playfulness, were carelessness, memory problem, hyperactivity, restlessness, and self-concept problems. The variables that affected spontaneity were hyperactivity, restlessness, impulsiveness, emotional instability and self-concept problems. Secondly, in the classification of ADHD tendencies into groups, the following groups were found: a group with a possibility of slight hyperactivity and an impulsive tendency, a group with a possibility to display a tendency toward ADHD in general, a potential group revealing relatively mild hyperactivity and restlessness, a group with the possibility to experience problems related to carelessness, remembrance, and self-conception, and a group that showed almost no sign of an ADHD tendency. Finally, the group without an ADHD tendency scored highly on manifest joy, imagination and ingenuity while the group with possibility of slight hyperactivity and an impulsive tendency as well as the group with the possibility of a tendency toward ADHD in general both exhibited the highest spontaneity levels. The result of this study will contribute to the development of group counseling program for university students with a tendency toward ADHD.

        호모 나랜스의 창조적 수사학: 『프랑켄슈타인』과 「오멜라스를 떠나는 사람들」을 중심으로

        This study analyzed the narrative method employed in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein and Ursula Le Guin’s The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas in terms of Homo Narrans, which means human beings telling stories. Homo Narrans, named by John D. Niles, can be meant that only humans make and listen to stories. When the homo narrans delivers his or her story, the rhetoric of storytelling is very important. To do this, Shelley uses speech-like writing which is effective measures in expressing emotion and forming harmonious communion with others and Le Guin induces readers an ur-story to draw readers response. In Frankenstein each homo narrans uses his voice and gesture rather than logic and reason to keep telling his story. This way of writing in the form of speaking is very close to the feminine writing. Through this narrative structure, the desire of one homo narrans is transferred to that of the other in the different narration. On the other hand, Le Guin’s storytelling, based on an ur-story, uses more complex narrative structure by making a story with readers. Unlike the traditional form of writing novels, there is no distinction between narrators and readers. So it can help produce tons of stories if the narrators or readers so wish to. With this rhetoric Le Guin warns people against utilitarianism intentionally. Homo Narrans functions as a key role to deliver the topic of the stories. With homo narrans’ first-person narrations, the self-in- relations writing in the two novels arouse reader’s sympathy more easily than male dominated writing.

        『토요일』에 나타난 윤리적 폭력과 타자의 문제

        Saturday is a realistic novel reflecting Ian McEwan’s intention focusing on the most monumental events in this era. In this paper, my aim is to examine the violence of self-identity and the community life with the Other, focusing on the concept of Levinas and Bakhtin. For this purpose, I dealt with the issue of face and ethics, the core of Levinas’s ethics of the Other through the relationship between Henry and Baxter, which shows epistemological attack and verbal violence. The ethical relationship with the Other, which was emphasized by Levinas, is that violence of identity must be handled by violence. On the other hand, Bakhtin’s communal relationship means the pursuit of a community life that lives with the Other. In Saturday, Henry and Baxter need a specific time, place and event to make a community together, and Bakhtin named it Chronotope. The encounter between Henry and Baxter in this novel is a condition of Chronotope. Henry must acknowledge the presence of the Other, and seek the coexistence with him in this Chronotope. To sum up, what McEwan emphasized is to see the face of the Other and speak to him which can result in a harmonical community with the Other in Chronotope.

        운전자 선호를 고려한 주차장선택 알고리즘

        It can be expected, recently, that the traffic congestion grows worse because the 48% of passenger cars are concentrated in the metropolitan area. However, there is an enforcement regulation that must limit onsite parking lot establishment in some downtown, so it is forecasted that parking lot supply is insufficient. Therefore, this study concentrate upon the subject that solves the problem which drivers are difficult to find parking lots because of increasing demand for parking. This study includes the concept about walking distance because the choice of parking lots is happened within walking distance. The algorithm of this study applies to toy-network, and then this study analyze the result of toy-network. It is proper to consider user's preference because the patterns of choice are different. Moreover, this study suggests the vision that will can offer drivers more correct information by real time information sharing in course of ubiquitous age. 최근 승용차의 48%가 수도권에 집중되어 있어 도심의 혼잡이 늘어날 것으로 예상되고 있다. 하지만 일부 도심에서 부설주차장 설치를 제한해야한다는 법률에 제시되어 있어 주차장 공급이 부족할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 늘어나는 주차수요로 인하여 운전자들이 주차장을 탐색하는데 어려움을 겪는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 주차장 선택이라는 문제가 도보권내에서 발생하는 것이기 때문에 도보권의 개념을 도입하여 구축한 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 이용자의 선호에 따라 선택패턴이 달라지기 때문에 이를 고려하는 것이 타당하고 나아가 유비쿼터스시대가 도래하게 된다면 실시간 정보공유로 인한 더 정확한 정보를 운전자에게 제공할 수 있게 될 것이라는 비전을 제시하고 있다.

        『최후의 인간』에 나타난 키아즘 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to study a specific narrative structure and the Other in Mary Shelley’s The Last Man by using the Chiasm. Chiasm is a concept of philosophy of the body which states that the interrelation of humans and other objects cannot be separated by quantum physics. On one hand, chiasm has been studied as a way of interpreting the Bible in theology. The bible’s chiasm(symmetrical parallelism) is a structure consisting of a, b, c, b’, a or a, b, c, b’, a’ which contain the most important story in the middle. Mary Shelly’s The Last Man is the apocalyptic structure that interprets the Bible, which not only serves as an analytical framework that emphasizes the theme in the literary narrative structure, but also as a reversible method that makes the end of mankind the start. On the other hand,, Merleau-Ponty makes this concept crucial in his writing “Chiasm of the Flesh”, as he believes that the body and the world overlap by means of sensation, which bridges us and the Other through an intersubjective relation; we feel the world because it feels us. In other words, we and the world are intertwined, just as everything in this world. In conclusion, studying The Last Man from the two perspectives of chiasm can best describe the narrative structure of the novel, and how Merleau-Ponty’s chiasm is an unconditional hospitality to the Other, which includes the definition of “being”.

        The Structure of Nominal Modifiers in Korean: A Comparative Approach

        This paper explores the structure of nominal modifiers in Korean, focusing on two major modifiers, the adjectives and the demonstratives and their interaction with complements of a noun. Since it is difficult to detect syntactic characteristics of the two nominal modifiers only within Korean, a comparative approach will be employed. I will argue that the two pairs of parameters, the DP versus NP parameter and the head-initial versus head-final parameter, play a role in determining the structure of these modifiers and their relation with the complements.

        The Structure of Relative Clauses in Korean

        This paper is a part of my research project which delves into the structural characteristics of NPs in languages without an article system such as Korean. It reexamines the structure of relative NP constructions in Korean, focusing on analyzing a relative clause in Korean. Though the majority of previous works on relatives analyzes it as a CP, this paper proposes an alternative analysis, an IP hypothesis, and it shows that this structural difference is a more fundamental one than the lack of relative pronouns in Korean relatives. First, I will argue against an analysis that the structure of a relative NP is not completely parallel to that of a complex NP which includes either an IP or a CP. I will argue for the IP hypothesis through the similarity between relativization and scrambling; they both involve an IP adjunction and they are subject to the argument restriction. These characteristics will be compared to Topicalization, an adjunction to CP which does not observe such restriction. I will show the advantages of the IP analysis in treating the exclusiveness of a Topic in a relative clause and accounting for the existence of a language-specific relative, an internally-headed relative constructions.
