At the time of research, middle school students gave rise to lots of social problems. It might be remedied by the proper education and leisure in a way. It was the physical activity that they liked most to any other. But the lack of physical education and facility could not be adequate to their needs. So this research was carried out to employ the urban park in the physical education and leisure space. And the followings were the things which were connected with the solution. It was not what all kinds of park should be physical park but the park which had completed facilities or not could be used as it, because there was a physical park in the current urban park act. A self-governing body had to realize the lack of physical education space and facility so as to establish an ordinance. And the problems which could be occurred during school hours could be solved by grouping schools which lay adjacent to a park. So walking and shuttle bus could help it.

In an effort to address the healthcare expenditure growth that outstrips gross domestic product growth and its debilitating impact on setting effective healthcare policies and providing quality healthcare services, many countries have started to explore the concept of Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) since mid-2000. Along with its goals to improve the healthcare service structure and process, the essence of VBHC is to measure and improve the patient-centered care outcome relative to the care cost and gradually transform the healthcare system from volume-based to value-based, a global standard in quality measure still lags, crippling the effective implementation of VBHC. One exception to this trend, however, is initiated by the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) which aims to help transform global healthcare systems by standardizing the reporting and measurement of patient outcomes. With its goal to establish minimum standard outcome sets for diseases that account for 50% of the global disease burden by 2017, the ICHOM contributes to the development and advancement of VBHC. This study examines the ICHOM’s efforts in developing and disseminating the standard outcome sets and the applicability of those sets in Korea in conjunction with her ongoing endeavor to further implement clinical practice guideline and critical pathway in order to enhance care quality while containing cost. It also looks at the merit for Korea to collaborate and participate in the ICHOM’s endeavor to help transform the healthcare system towards VBHC.

The purpose of this study is to analyze spacial image and visual preference of Mesa Verde National Park and to prove the difference between Korean and American students image for Landscape. The findings are as follows ; 1. Both of Korean and American students have some special and unique feeling to the spuruce tree house and cliff palace. 2. Factor covering the spatial image were found to be 'peculiarity', 'spaciousness', 'familiarity', 'texture'. T.V. was obtained as 56.3%. 3. Because of the different circumstance, there was particular discrepancy between Korean and American students in estimation of 'familiarity' of whole scene. 4. The 'peculiarity' was selected the most important factor to visual preference both of Korean and American students but Korean students thaught that 'familiarity' was another important variable.
Leucine-C¹⁴에 依한 Puromycin이 白鼠顎下腺의 蛋白合成에 미치는 影響에 關한 自記放射法的硏究

Male Balb C/Strain were used in all experiment. They ranged in weight from 18 to 23 gm. Puromycin dihydrochloride was injected intraperitoneally in aqueous solution, in a concentration of 2mg. /ml. , which had been neutralized with naoh. Two doses of 80mg/kg body weight each were given on day 1 intervals. Following the last injection, 3 pairs each were sacrificed on days 4, 6, 10 and 15. Thirty minutes prior to sacrifice 49c/gm body weight of leucine-C" (Specific Activity 278mc/mM) were injected. For the light microscopic studies, tissue were fixed 2% paraformaldehyde and sections were stained with toluidine blue o. The purpose of the present study was to determine, by means of quantitative autoradiography, the effect of puromycin on the protein synthesis of submandibular gland cells. 1. Following administration of puromycin to mice for 10 days, many of the acinar cells are lack the normal basophilia, increase of the vacuoles and the nuclear pyknosis. 2. We have observed that the protein synthesis as expressed by the incorporation of leucine-C" into submandibular gland cells is suppressed during first 4 days after the puromycin injections, but was significantly suppressed by 10 days. The grain number in puromycin-treated animals increased to a level similar to that of the controls by 15 days. 3. It is concluded that the synthesis of overall cytoplasmic proteins is temporarily impaired after puro-?mycin injections in submandibular gland cells of mice.
반복 복호의 계산량 감소를 위한 간단한 복호 중단 판정 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 min-sum 반복복호를 위한 효과적인 반복복호 중단 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이전까지 소개된 반복복호 중단 알고리즘이 상호정보량을 바탕으로 중단시점을 판단하는데 비하여 제안된 알고리즘은 트렐리스 상에서 복호된 결과가 유효한 시퀀스인가를 판단하여 복호중단 시점을 결정한다. 제안된 반복톡호 알고리즘을 3GPP 터보부호와 직렬결합 길쌈부호에 적용하여 반복복호의 계산량과 필요한 메모리의 양이 크게 줄어드는 것을 나타내었다. A simple stopping criterion for iterative decoding based on min-sum processing is presented. While most stopping criteria suggested in the literature, are based on Cross Entropy (CE) and its simplification, the proposed stopping criterion is to check if a decoded sequence is a valid codeword along the encoder trellis structure. This new stopping criterion requires less computational complexity and saves mem4)ry compared to the conventional stopping rules. The numerical results are presented on the 3GPP turbo code and a Serially Concatenated Convolutional Cods (SCCC).

X-ray grid is the most important means to reduce the scattered ray from patients, but alternative way is air gap technique that is another name of Groedel technique. This technique is mainly used in chest radiography. Authors performed an experimental study on the air gap technique for chest radiography and obtained the results as follows; 1. In using the high voltage air technique, scattered ray could be reduced effectively, while the percentage of scattered ray was slightly increased than conventional grid technique. 2. In film contrast, 30cm air gap technique was inferior to 12:1 grid technique and contrast improvement was increased when the object was thicker and higher voltage was used. 3. The patient exposure dose was reduced about $25{\sim}45%$ compared with conventional grid technique by air gap technique used.
증감지감도(增減紙感度)의 실태(實態)에 대한 조사(調査)

Authors carried out the research on the actual condition of intensifying screens in a certain hospital and obtained the results as follows: 1. High speed intensifying screens were 63.9% and medium typed screen had 36.1%. 2. Half the number of using screens(51.5%) were not clear in a period of used time. 3. 47.4% of same typed screens showed a remarkable difference(two times) in sensitivity.

Author made a experiment on the exposure dose with various intensifying screens in taking chest roentgenogram and obtained the results as follows; 1. Special speed type was the most sensitive intensifying screen, the r(gamma) value of this screen was distributed from 2.6 to 2.9. 2. The resolution activity of intensifying screen was inversely proportional to its sensitivity. If, the sensitivity and detail of the fine detail speed type intensifying screen at 100 KV were 100, those of the special speed type were 549 and 54.44 respectively. 3. If the exposure dose of the fine detail type intensifying screen was 1.0 at 60 KV, that of the special speed type intensifying screen was 0.1 at 80KV, and the skin dose of patient was as follows; it was 64.8 mRad at 60KV in mid speed type, 8.1 mRad at 80KV in super high speed type, and 7.2 mRad at 80KV in special speed type intensifying screen respectively.
