後人解讀古書, 談何容易? 其時代愈遠, 其難解愈甚. 故於同一古書, 後代注家之說互異者, 屢見不鮮. 如於《論語》公治長篇“未知, 焉得知”一句, 歷代注家各持異見, 聚訟紛?, 莫衷一是. 其中‘知’之一字, 鄭玄等兩漢以前學者, 均以智字讀之; 而何晏等魏晋以後學者, 則大率以後代之‘知’字解之. 竊謂: 以‘智’字讀之, 文理自然, 與其前後文脈絡貫通, 殊無問題. 而以‘知’字解之, 則文理不順, 亦與《論語》之語法體系, 有所??. 更有悖於孔子平日之言行, 未免斷章取義望文生訓之病. 其中朱熹等新儒家尤變本加?, ?欲自圓其說, 而借題發揮其理學理論, 與孔子本意愈遠矣. 有鑒於此, 本論文細考《論語》全書之敍述編輯體例與其語法, 以分析此句. 其方法則先由孔子之論人原則入手, 其次由《論語》之敍述編輯體例考察, 而後又論仁與知之關係, 最後由《論語》全書之語法體系考察之。

《詩品》與《文心雕龍》, 一爲專軒지各代詩人之評論書, 一爲全盤鑽硏文學各部門之綜合理論書. 故兩者之性質本不同. 然二書之問世幾乎同時, 而其討論對象, 多有相同之處. 且其意見則旣有相近者. 亦有逈然不同者. 於是, 歷來關心探討其異同者, 代不乏其人. 但各家所論, 或려列而不得要領, 或深入而不顧全面, 尤其溯流而探其淵源者, 尙未見其人. 因而竊以爲: $quot;凡二家之間所異諸事, 固非偶出, 而均爲緊密連繫, 且有其必然之因果. 故能探討其淵源所自, 則其異同盡現於眼前.$quot; 本論文之撰寫動機卽在此. 於是, 對照兩者之諸多異見, 而尋其根, 究其底, 得一結論. 乃曰: $quot;兩者詩論異同之根本原因, 卽在於對傳統與規範之立場不同.$quot; 何則? 劉협主張'宗經', 且尊重傳統儒家之詩論, 而鐘嶸則旣無意於'宗經', 於傳統儒家之詩論, 亦有所不取, 不如劉협之全盤承襲. 不僅如此, 劉협又重視規範, 以爲文學之一切規範, 乃自然而成, 初非後人之妄造. 故文能依照規範而作, 其成就自高, 不爾則不異於狂奔妄衝. 然鐘嶸則以爲: 規範者乃後人所作, 初非文學本然之規律, 故유於規範者不能得'自然英旨'. 因而不尙規矩, 尤其睡棄聲律與用事. 惟其如此, 故劉협取'正'而惡'奇', 且竝重'才學'. 鐘嶸則旣重'奇', 又偏重'才'而不提'學'.
우리나라 중소기업문화유형 고찰에 따른 조직성과 분석 : 기업문화 격차분석을 중심으로 utilizing Corporate Culture Gap Analysis

Main concerns of this study are to compare Behavioral corporate Culture with Conscious Corporate Culture through Corporate Culture Gap Analysis and to analyze organizational performance. Therefore, this study focuses on the establishment course of Ideal Corporate Culture. The major reference on which this study is based on is Park's(1994) Strategic Corporate Culture Model, which proved that the main instrument of Corporate Culture Gap Analysis is useful. 619 questionnaire papers were adopted to small and medium manufacture business in Kwangju and Chonnam Area. Major hypotheses to be tested in this study are based on the Park's(1994) Strategic Corporate Culture Model. Statistical Analysis was used for data analyses. To verify hypotheses, various statistical method (t-test, regression analysis) were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, In the emperical study, I verified Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture differential according to type of enterprise Second, a smallor Gap Group of Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture showed a better organizational performance. Third, organizational factor and environmental factor have a great influence on the Organizational Performance. Finally, this study focuses on suggesting a desirable change direction of corporate culture through the cultural gap analysis of Behavioral Corporate Culture and Conscious Corporate Culture
