A case of spontaneous intraperitoneal rupture of the urinary bladder caused by a tuberculous ulcer, having total cystectomy, right ureterocutaneostomy, and left nephroureterectomy, has been reported and added to nine cases collected from literature. Fortunately the patient is the first case alived spite of high mortality. And the etiology, diagnsis and treatment are reviewed by literature.
Air Cargo Service Competitiveness of Major Asian Airports

This paper evaluates and assesses the competitiveness of airports by analyzing the efficiency of those in Northeast Asia. This research implemented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to compare the competitiveness of airport efficiency and Decision Making Unit (DMU), which was selected by the top ranking freight operations among the airports in this region. Due to the lack of previous research with regard to the competitiveness of hub concentrated airports in air cargo volume, the variables have been screened for selection through referential documents and records related to air freight. Finally, aviation freight experts assisted in the final selection of the relevant variables for this research. The result of the analysis show that the larger airports in Northeast Asia are positively correlated with higher efficiency. In contrast, inefficient airports have suffered from over capacity or insufficient input.
Feedback Control for Expanding Range and Improving Lineraity of Microaccelerometers

This paer presents a feedback-controlled, MEMS-fabricated microaccelerometer($\mu$XL). The $\mu$XL has received much commercial attraction, but its performance is generally limited. To improve the open-loop performance, a feedback controller is designed and experimentally evaluated. The feedback controller is applied to the x/y-axis $\mu$XL fabricated by sacrificial bulk micromachining(SBM) process. Even though the resolution of the closed-loop system is slightly worse than open-loop system, the bandwidth, linearity, and bias stability are stability are significantly improved. The noise equivalent resolution of open-loop system is 0.615 mg and that of closed-loop system is 0.864 mg. The bandwidths of open-loop and closed-loop system are over 100Hz. The input range, non-linearity and bias stability are improved from $\pm10\;g\;to\;\pm18g$, from 11.1%FSO to 0.86%FSO, and from 0.221 mg to 0.128 mg by feedback control, respectively.

The new concept of level of service for the airport system indicates that there must be strong stimulation to proceed with the current stereotyped service standards which are being criticised due to their being based on, either physical capacity/volume or temporal/spatial standards that directly incorporates the perception of passengers. Quantitative factors have been dealt with the main service measurements when evaluating level of service. However, the passenger's perception for the provision service at the airport system is definitely important consideration to assess level of service. To enhance the reliability of service level evaluation from the passenger's point of view, this study has adopted three main evaluation factors ; temporal/spatial factors as quantitative measurements and comfort and reasonable service factors as qualitative measurements. The multi-decision model was constructed using Fuzzy Set Theory and applied to a case study at Seoul Kimpo International Airport. Results are presented in terms of passenger satisfaction with a variety of different values.
