In the 7th national curriculum of secondary school mathematics, the constructive learning is given much more weight and this curriculum demand to the students be learned by self-experience and self-feeling to obtain the ability of problem solving and critical ability. To realized the object of this educational curriculum, we must use the discretionary activity learn by experience in actual life. But the 10th grade mathematics curriculum is different to those of under the 9th grade. The 10th grade mathematics curriculum contains the scholarly attainments in comparison with 1-9th grade. So it is hard to take effect the group activity of the discretionary activity in the 10th grade class as that of under the 9th grade. In this paper, we study on the running methods of discretionary activity of secondary school mathematics by using the results of the research on the activation of primary school discretionary activity. And we produce the educational subject matter of experience learning which can extend the student's ability of the problem solving and critical ability in mathematics and increase the student's interest to the mathematics.. We obtain the following conclusion to take the efficient methods of teaching by using the discretionary activity learn by experience in actual life. 1) All of mathematics teachers in the secondary school must comprehend and understand the meaning of discretionary activity. 2) Many various type of subject matter of experience learning in actual life must be studied and be produced. And such subject matters must be generalized easily. 3) The educational facilities and educational surroundings must be changed to take effect the discretionary activity learn by experience in actual life. 4) In the high school course, it must be considered that the discretionary activity learn by experience in actual life take the scholarly attainments in comparison with those of middle school and elementary school. 5) The subject matters of the discretionary activity learn by experience in actual life must be considered as integrate subject.

In this study the relative humidity anomalies of Korea during the Yellow Sand Events are investigated. For this study relative humidity anomalies for 4 radiosonde observation in South Korea and 6 vertical layers (1000, 850, 700, 500, 400 and 300 hPa) are investigated. The important results of this study are the following points. *. The relative humidites during Yellow Sand Events are high significant different from the relative humidities during control. *. The relative humidities during Yellow Sand Events in the Yellow Sand Clouds are lower than the relative humidities during control by 38%. *. In 1000 hPa occurs Foehn phenomenon for the relative humidity.
충전부상탑모델을 이용한 오염토양입자의 선별적 분리의 평가

Flotation is a relatively effective and economic method for selectively separating fine particles in liquid. This study was performed to apply the flotation process to the pretreatment of the contaminated sediments in rivers or estuaries for the purpose of reduction of the volume to be treated. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to examine the effect of several operating conditions as independent variables on the performance of flotation separation, e. g., recovery and removal efficiency of contaminants, grade of uncontaminated soil. Utilization of these results can be helpful to the design and operation of the actual flotation experimental tests.

본 논문은 상정사고에 기인한 선로의 과부하 해소 대책을 수립함에 있어서 가능한 한 부하차단없이 발전력재배분만으로 과부하해소를 시도하는 새로운 앨고리즘을 제시한다. 신속한 발전력 변화분을 계산하기 위하여 선로 과부하량과 상태변수($\Delta$$\theta$) 및 상태변수($\Delta$$\theta$)와 발전력 사이의 선형적인 관계를 이용하여 우선 과부하선로 양단모선 전압의 위상각 변화분을 계산하고 이에 대한 발전력 변화분을 계산하였다. 이 때 모든 Jacobian요소를 계산하지 아니하고 과부하선로 양단 모선번호에 해당하는 2열의 요소중 발전기 모선(slack 모선 제외)번호에 해당하는 행의 요소만 구함으로써 최소한의 요소를 이용하여 신속하게 계산토록 하였다.
