먹물버섯의 하나인 Coprinellus congregatus에서는 자실체가 성숙된 후 곧 자가분해되어 먹물로 전환된다. 이 자가분해 과정과 관련된 가수분재 효소의 역할을 이해하기 위한 첫 단계로서, 자가분해과정과 연관된 미세구조의 변화를 전자현미경으로 조사하였다. 자실체의 성숙과정에서 자실층과 자실하층에 존재하는 모든 세포질은 새로운 포자의 형성을 위하여 포자로 이동되는 것으로 보인다. 조직 내의 세포질의 고갈과 포자의 완성은 조직 내의 세포벽의 분해를 야기하는 것으로 보이며, 자실층과 자실하층의 세포벽은 동시적으로 분해 되는 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 먹물버섯의 자가분해가 세포질의 분해가 아닌 세포벽의 분해과정에 의한 것임을 보여 주었으며, chitin 분해효소와 같은 가수분해 효소의 중요성을 제시하였다. Coprinellus congregatus, known as an inky cap, is autolysed into ink soon after the maturation of the mushrooms. Electron microscopy was used to examine the ultrastructural changes associated with the autolysis as an initial step to understand the role of hydrolytic enzymes in this process. During the early stages of maturation of the mushrooms, most of cytoplasm of hymenial and subhymenial tissues seemed to be transported to the developing basidiospores. The depletion of cytoplasm within the tissues and the maturation of the basidiospores may initiate the degradation of the cell walls of the tissues. Both hymenial and subhymenial tissues seemed to degraded at the same time. This study suggested that the critical steps in the autolysis of mushrooms is not the degradation of the cytoplasm, but the degradation of the cell wall by hydrolytic enzymes such as chitinases.
Coprinus congregatus의 빛에 의한 분화와 phenoloxidase의 역할

빛에 의한 생물체의 분화는 작용파장별로 분류 할 때 고등식물에서 흔히 나타나는 붉은 빛에 의한 분화와 곰팡이류에서 볼 수 있는 푸른빛에 의한 것 두 종류가 있다. 곰팡이는 Chlorophyll이나 Phytochrome이 없어 붉은ㅅ개 파장을 흡수하는 phytochrome에 의한 분화는 없으나 푸른색은 곰팡이의 생활사에 중요한 요인이 된다. 예를 들면 Phycomyces와 Trichoderma의 photophorogenesis, Cyathus와 Coprinus의 fruiting body형성, Poycomyces와 Neurospora의 photocarotenogenesis, Phycomyces와 Pilobolus의 phototropism등 곰팡이의 metabolism과 development가 푸른 빛에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 한편 곰팡이의 포자및 포자생성기관은 녹색, 갈색, 흑색 등 phenoloxidase의 산물인 melanin 색소를 가지는 경우가 많으며 그 예로는 Podospora, Schizophyllum, Aspergillus 등과 같이 reproduction 할 때 phenoloxidase가 직접적 혹은 간접적으로 연관되어 있다. 버섯형성균류의 하나인 Coprinus congregatus는 버섯형성과정에서 빛을 필요로 하며 이때 phenoloxidase가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 실험하였다.

ROK military helicopters are frequently exposed to the hazard situations due to the characteristic of operation. Especially, helicopter accident may lead to critical damage of human and structure. Accordingly, pilots have to train the autorotation procedures and learn the skill to prevent hard landing. In this paper, the behavior of skid gear subject to the helicopter autorotation was conducted by using numerical method. The computer simulation approach by using finite element method was employed to accomplish this goal. Additionally, the behavior of skid gear was evaluated for the different landing conditions. In conclusion, the maximum stress concentration was occurred at the attached area of skid cross-tube to the fuselage. Also, it was revealed that the most proper attitude was level landing to prevent hard landing.

This study analyzed water quality data from a coniferous forest catchment in order to quantify the contributions of runoff components to stormflow, and to understand the effects of antecedent moisture conditions within catchment on the contributions of runoff components. Hydrograph separation by the twocomponent mixing model analysis was used to partition stormflow discharge into pre-event and event components for total 10 events in 2005 and 2008. To simplify the analysis, this study used single geochemical tracer with Na+. The result shows that the average contributions of event water and pre-event water were 34.8% and 65.2% of total stormflow of all 10 events, respectively. The event water contributions for each event varied from 18.8% to 47.9%. As the results of correlation analysis between event water contributions versus some storm event characteristics, 10 day antecedent rainfall and 1 day antecedent streamflow are significantly correlated with event water contributions. These results can provide insight which will contribute to understand the importance of antecedent moisture conditions in the generation of event water, and be used basic information to stormflow generation process in forest catchment.

This study focuses on the application of multi-criteria performance measures based on theconcept of equifinality to the calibration of the rainfal-runof model TOPMODEL in a small deciduousforest catchment. The performance of each parameter set was evaluated by six performance measures,individualy, and each set was identified as a behavioral or non-behavioral parameter set by a givenspace, and the range of model behavior and the sensitivity for each parameter varied considerably betweenthe diferent performance measures. Sensitivity was very high in some parameters, and varied dependingon the kind of performance measure as well. Compatibilities of behavioral parameter sets between diferentperformance measures also varied, and very few parameter sets were selected to be used in making godpredictions for all performance measures. Since diferent behavioral parameter sets with diferent likelihoodused may be very important to achieve the goal of study. Therefore, one or more suitable performancemeasures should be selected depending on the environment and the goal of a study, and this may lead todecrease model uncertainty.
