ESG 평가등급과 정보공시 효과

ESG에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 규제가 강화되고 있는 가운데, 정보 이용자 측면에서는 상대적으로 ESG에 대한 이해도가 높지 않으며, ESG 활동의 결과가 기업의 성과와 어떻게 연계되는지, 궁극적으로 기업가치 제고에 도움이 되는지에 대해서는 자본시장과 연구 시기에 따라 상이하다. 그러므로 본 연구는 ESG 평가등급의 변화가 기업의 재무성과와 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. ESG 활동을 규제 측면으로 인식한다면 최소한의 활동을 유지하는 것이 최적의사결정이지만 ESG 활동과 평가등급 개선이 기업의 재무성과와 기업가치를 향상시킨다면 적극적인 ESG 활동을 수행할 것이며, 이를 위한 효과적인 ESG 활동 전략을 수립할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. ESG 평가등급 변화는 기업의 당기 수익성에 영향 을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 사회, 지배구조, 통합 평가등급의 변화는 기업 가치와 유의한 양의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 ESG 평가등급을 향상시키고자 하는 기업의 활동이 기업가치 제고에 도움이 되는 것을 시사하는 결과이다. 본 연구는 ESG 평가등급의 변화가 수익성과 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 다음과 같은 공헌점을 갖는다. 첫째, 기업이 수행하는 ESG 활동이 재무성과와 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 비재무적인 ESG 활동이 궁극적으로 재무적 결과로 연결되는지를 확인하였다. 둘째, ESG 평가등급의 개선이 기업가치 를 증가시키는데 도움이 된다는 결과는 ESG 전략을 수립하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 마지막으로 정보 이용자 측면에서 기업의 ESG 평가등급을 이해하고 해석하는데 도움이 될 수 있다.

조직문화가 재무성과에 미치는 여향 -종업원만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로-

조직문화는 조직 특성이 반영된 조직 내의 보편화 된 생활양식으로 대부분의 구성원들이 공통적으로 가지고 있는 신념·가치관·인지·행위규범·행동양식 등을 통틀어 말한다(Armstrong. 2006). 조직문화와 관련하여 재택근무, 유연근무제, 자유로운 복장 규정 등은 구성원의 생산성을 향상시키고, 만족도를 증대시킬 것이라는 기대하에 시행되지만, 기업 전체의 재무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 조직문화가 재무성과에 미치는 영향과 이에 따른 종업원만족도의 매개효과를 분석한다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 유연·재량형 문화는 총자산증가율과 유의한 양의 관계를 보고하여 유연·재량형 조직문화가 기업의 성장성에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화와 수익성과의 관계를 분석한 결과 유연·재량형 문화와 안정·통제형 문화는 모두 총자본순이익률과 유의한 양의 관계를 보였으며, 종업원만족도의 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 조직문화가 종업원의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 유연·재량형 문화는 종업원 1인당 부가가치 종업원 1인당 매출액과 유의한 양의 관계를 보고하여, 유연·재량형 조직문화가 종업원 생산성 증대에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 종업원만족도의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 조직문화 유형에 따라 기업의 성장성, 수익성, 생산성과 같은 재무성과가 달라진다는 분석결과를 보고함으로써 기업이 설정한 재무목표에 따라 적합한 조직문화 유형을 추구하는 것이 도움이 된다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 구성원이 인지한 문화와 만족도가 재무적으로 조직 전체에 미치는 영향과 개인의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 각각 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 기업이 추구 해야 할 조직문화 유형이 기업의 미래에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 예측하는데 도움이 될 것으로 본다. Organizational culture is a common lifestyle that each organization has unique, and when talking about beliefs, values, cognition, norms of behavior, and behavior patterns that most members have in common (Wagner et al. 2005), telecommuting, flexible work, and free dress codes are implemented with the expectation of improving the productivity and satisfaction of members, but sufficient research has not been conducted on how they affect the financial performance of the entire company. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of organizational culture on financial performance and the mediating effect of employee satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. The flexible and discretionary culture reported a significant positive relationship with the total asset growth rate, indicating that the flexible and discretionary organizational culture helped the growth of companies. As a result of analyzing the relationship between organizational culture and profitability, it was confirmed that both flexible and discretionary culture and stable and control culture had a significant positive relationship with total capital return, and employee satisfaction had a mediating effect. As a result of analyzing the effect of organizational culture on employee productivity, it was found that flexible and discretionary culture reported a significant positive relationship with value-added per employee and sales revenue per employee, and it suggests that flexible and discretionary organizational culture helped increase employee productivity. However, there was no mediating effect of employee satisfaction. It was confirmed that it was helpful to pursue an appropriate organizational culture type according to the financial goals set by the company by reporting the analysis results that financial performance such as growth, profitability, and productivity of the company varies depending on the type of organizational culture. In addition, the effect of the culture and satisfaction perceived by members on the entire organization and individual productivity were confirmed, respectively, helping to predict how the types of organizational culture that companies should pursue affect the future of the company.

핀터(Harold Pinter)의 『난장이들』(The Dwarfs): 조용한 폭력, 따돌림과 그 트라우마

The purpose of this study is to interpretate Harold Pinter‘s The Dwarfs, on the perspective of bullying. Bullying is a sort of violence; silent violence that stabs with a dagger into someone’s heart could be more dangerous and threatening rather than physical violence. In fact, Bullying is a serious social issue, since it is not limited to adolescents but has spread to adults. In the play, we can deduce the aspects of bullying that accompanies mental and emotional violence resulting from cryptic relationships of the unpleasant characters, Pete, Mark and Len. Len, the victim of bullying of the two friends, suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, exposed to extreme anxiety, and eventually he gets hospitalized. As is well known, the socio-political issues that Pinter intends to deal with through his plays is largely an uncomfortable truth, driven by the logic of coercive power, but like The Dwarfs, some are metaphors for the inevitable suffering of helpless individuals. This study highlights the latter.

글로벌 인재 육성을 위한 인문 융·복합 교양영어교육 - 독해 수업을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to research for not only how to improve the ability of the English language as a tool but also to broaden knowledge about people and the world in order to belong to internationalization. As a part of this, I focused on English converged humanities and media contents. Media contents or literature are able to offer students the opportunities to grasp international perspectives of foreign countries and their people’s lives. It is said that English education can not help but start from learning English as a tool. However, at university at least, this education should not end with simply memorizing words and grammars, or understanding only outward meaning of sentences. It should be extended for deeper study. In other words, to read English means to understand the implications of sentences with basic academic knowledge and broader perspectives of the world. As the reason, excellent materials in English such as famous speeches or English literary works will be helpful for them to acquire those of ability. However, the achievement is only possible through mutual effort and interaction between the lecturer and the students together. If so, the class can reach the goal of fostering global elites with both creativity and humanity.

핀터의 정적극 『풍경』: 비언어적 적막과 인물의 내면세계

Landscape, a static play belonging to Harold Pinter’s middle period, diverges from his earlier works in terms of mood, style, and technique. The dialogue between the characters in the play serves to filter and distort memories, highlighting the clear lack of mutual communication and empathy. The story revolves around a middle-aged couple, Beth and Duff, who find themselves immersed in daydreams about deeply personal and subjective experiences. Despite physically occupying the same space, their minds wander elsewhere, fixating on different subjects and perspectives. As a result, frequent moments of silence necessitate an exploration of their significance alongside their spoken lines. The nonverbal silence seems to be related to the character’s lack and unfulfilled desire in the real world. Thus this paper aims to analyze the nonverbal language employed in the play and delve into the inner world of the characters in relation to these moments of silence.

PREP에 의한 인지과정 훈련이 학습장애아의 읽기기능에 미치는 효과

This study was conducted to find what influence a cognitive process training, a reading enhancement program based on a PASS theory, has on reading skill in children with learning disabilities. The study questions were determined what influence cognitive process training based on PREP has on significant word reading skill, insignificant word reading skill, and sentence understanding skill in children with learning disabilities. The subjects of the study were 3 children with learning disabilities, who participated in the test for 12 weeks. Data were collected by multiple baseline design across subjects and discussions based on visual analysis and observation through graphs resulted in conclusions as follows: Cognitive process training based on PREP, was found to be effective in enhancing significant word reading skill, enhancing insignificant word reading skill, and enhancing sentence understanding in children with learning disabilities. Following suggestions are proposed for follow-up studies on the effect of cognitive process training based on PREP on reading skill in children with learning difficulty. First, it is expected that further studies related to basic vocabulary difficulty level analysis are needed to make PREP a practical reading treatment program by types of reading characteristics and levels of children with disabilities. Second, it suggests the need of lots of studies which identify the correlations between reading skill enhancement programs and reading skill effect by visual type of Korean letter. 본 연구는 PASS이론에 근거를 두고 있는 읽기향상 프로그램에 의한 인지과정 훈련이 학습장애아의 읽기기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구문제로서 PREP에 의한 인지과정 훈련이 학습장애아의 의미단어와 무의미단어의 읽기기능과 문장 이해기능에 미치는 효과가 어떠한가로 설정하였고, 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 3명의 학습장애아를 대상으로 12주에 걸쳐 대상자간 중다기초선설계를 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 그래프를 통한 시각적 분석과 관찰로서 얻은 결과에 기초하여 논의의 과정을 거쳐 PREP에 의한 인지과정 훈련이 학습장애아의 읽기기능의 향상에 효과적이라는 결론을 얻었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 PREP의 교량적 과제가 장애아동의 유형별 읽기 특성과 장애아동의 수준에 따른 실제적인 읽기치료 프로그램으로 구성되기 위한 어휘 난이도 연구, 읽기기능 향상 프로그램과 우리글의 시각적 글자유형 별 읽기기능의 효과 간의 상관관계를 밝히는 연구들의 필요성을 시사한다.

기술사업화 역량이 중소기업 지원정책 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 지원정책 선호도의 조절효과 분석

Research Purpose: As one of the government’s key policies related to balanced national development, Chungcheongbuk-do is promoting the national innovation cluster nurturing project to revitalize the regional economy through the growth of regional cluster companies and the advancement of representative industries. Research Methods: In this study, 71 samples were obtained through an online survey targeting small and medium-sized enterprises in the intelligent high-tech parts industry located within the National Innovation Cluster. Results in Research: Product development capability, manufacturing production capability, and commercialization capability as independent variables, SME education support preference, information provision support preference, product manufacturing support preference, as moderating variables, supportability, SME support policy outcome, Contribution was set as dependent variables, and the relationship between each variable was investigated. Research Conclusion: Through this, we intend to provide policy implications between technology commercialization capabilities and government support policy outcomes. 본 연구에서는 충청북도 국가혁신클러스터 내에 위치한 기업의 기술사업화 역량을 진단하고 이에 따른중소기업 지원정책 성과를 연구하였다. 기술사업화 역량으로 제품개발능력, 제조생산능력, 사업화능력을독립변수로, 중소기업 지원정책 선호도인 교육지원, 정보제공지원 및 제품제작지원 선호도를 조절변수로, 지원정책 만족도인 기여성을 종속변수로 설정하였다. 총 71부의 설문자료를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술사업화 역량인 제품개발능력, 제조생산능력, 사업화 능력은 지원정책 만족도인 기여성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 중소기업 지원정책 중교육지원 선호도는 사업화 눙력과 기여성과의 관계를 조절하였으며, 정보제공지원 선호도는 제품개발능력, 제조생산능력, 사업화능력과 기여성과의 관계를 조절하는 것을 확인하였다. 끝으로 제품제작지원 선호도는제품개발능력과 기여성과의 관계에 있어서 부(-)의 영향을 나타내었다. 이는 제품개발능력이 높을수록 시제품제작의 완성도도 높아지는 점에서 제품제작에 대한 선호도가 높지 않은 것으로 해석된다. 분석결과를 종합하면 클러스터 소재 첨단부품 중소기업에 적합한 정보제공과 역량향상 교육이 선행되어야할 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 기술사업화 역량 강화는 기업성장 및 산업발전과 함께 지역경제 활성화를 촉진할것이라는 정책적 함의를 제공한다.

식·음료 제조기업의 광고선전비 지출과 가치관련성

본 연구는 광고선전비 지출이 가치관련성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 구체적으로 식·음료 제조업과 일반제조업의 광고선전비 가치관련성이 차이가 존재하는지를 분석하고 기업가치를 구성하는 장부가치와 이익정보의 가치관련성에도 차이가 존재하는지 실증분석한다. 2011년부터 2021년까지 식·음료 제조업과 일반 제조업을 영위하는 기업을 대상으로 광고선전비의 가치관련성에 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과, 광고선전비는 제조업 전체에서 주가와 유의한 양의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타나 가치관련성이 있음을 확인하였다. 식·음료 제조업은 일반제조업에 비해 광고선전비의 가치관련성이 높은 것으로 보고되었는데, 이는 시장에서 업종별로 광고선전비 지출에 대한 평가가 차별적임을 시사하는 결과이다. 본 연구가 갖는 공헌점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식·음료 제조기업의 광고선전비 지출 동기와 회계정보에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 도움이 된다. R&D나 실물투자를 통해 장기적인 성장동력을 확보하는 것이 아니라 광고선전비 지출을 통해 매출을 확대하는 행위가 가치관련성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 이해하는데 도움이 된다. 둘째, 식·음료 제조업은 광고선전비 지출비중이 높기 때문에 해당 산업과 기업의 특성을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 마지막으로 기업회계기준의 제·개정에 중요한 참고자료가 될 수 있으며 관련연구를 풍부히 하는데 도움이 된다.

사라 케인의 『정화된』(Cleansed)』에 나타난 사랑과 폭력, 희생양 메커니즘

One of the principal themes in Cleansed is the interrelation between love and violence, because coercive powers enforce every attempt at expression of anti-social or anti-ethical love of taboo. So this study focuses on chasing the relationship between love and violence, to some extent, coercive forces, and it is based on Rene Girard's theory of violence and scapegoat According to Girard, violence is triggered by mimetic desire between the subject and the other. In order to break up the chaotic and threatening situation, a scapegoat is necessary, which has taken the responsibility to help eliminate social crisis. In the play, the homosexual love of Carl/Rod and the incestuous love of Graham/Grace, which may be able to transfer a mimetic desire to threaten the society, are monitored, and afterwards severely and violently punished by Tinker. It means that sacrificial violence serves as an agent of purification. However, there is no such thing as truly 'pure' violence, although it serves in the proper circumstance. Cleansed makes us carefully review some sort of contraction of violence through the conflict between love in madness and coercive powers accompanied with violence.

유아에 대한 어머니 애착이 유아의 정서조절에 미치는 영향

This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the mother’s attachment to young child and young child’s emotion regulation. The research subjects were 147 mothers who had 3-6 years old children. In order to analyze the research question, frequency, percentage, Cronbach’s α, ANOVA, Duncan, Pearson correlations and regression test were conducted. As a result, there were significant differences in young child’s emotion regulation depending on the degree of mother’s attachment to young child. Second, of the sub-factors, pursuit of contact appeared to be a significant variable that affects young child’s emotion. 본 연구는 유아에 대한 어머니 애착과 유아의 정서조절과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 3세-6세의 유아를 둔 어머니 147명이었다. 연구문제 분석을 위해 빈도, 백분율, Cronbach's ⍺, 분산분석, 사후검증, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아에 대한 어머니 애착 정도에 따라 유아의 정서조절에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착의 하위 요인 중 접촉추구가 유아의 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변인으로 나타났다.
