        If the enterprise in Korea develop the recognition, the convention and the system and positively substitute New labor-Management Culture for labor-management relationship, Korea could be the knowledge powerful nation at 21C knowledge information age. The new economic paradigm in 21 century needs to establish new labor-management culture. Through this alteration, the purposes of this study are b elow: What create the the factors of forming new labor-management culture in the enterprises selected as advanced leader company of cooperating labor-management and contribute the meaning of labor-management through analysing. These results support this study hypothesis and prove the propriety of advanced leader company in labor-management relationship by Labor Cabinet. Therefore, here are the plans for new labor-management culture cored on the results showed above are below: Which the differentiative recognition of the labor-management relationship shows bigger distinction at the constructive style and aggressive/defensive style means that achievement, self-actualizing, humanistic-encouraging and affinitative are the most important variables. These pure human elements can be developed the different recognitions of labor-management relationship. For that, better working condition with easier communication system and human interests, better participating management system for decision making and purpose setting and opening management are needed. This paper has certain point views as below: This paper tried to view the solutions for how to reduce the gap existed in labor-management relationship and how to develop the quality of labor-management culture by modeling of the new labor-management culture advanced leader company.

      • 여성근로자의 직장가정간의 갈등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 서비스 종업원을 중심으로

        As recognition that internally-oriented marketing activities are important has been widely spread, there are many studies on salespersons, who are internal customers. In particular, in respect to service interaction, as interaction between customers and salespersons are considered as important, research on the marketing focuses on effective management on salespersons to encourage the interaction to be active. This study focuses on emotion of salespersons required in service production process. The purposes of the study are presented as follows: First, it investigates the relations between work and family conflicts and emotional dissonance experienced by salespersons. Second, to identify the influence of conflicts between work and family, it surveys relations between emotional dissonance, salesperson performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study examines bibliography and previous studies relating to conflicts between work and family, emotional dissonance, prepares and demonstrates study models and assumptions. For the survey, it targets 504 salespersons who are working for insurance companies, and for the demonstration, it uses SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.30 for analysis on characteristics of the samples, evaluates measuring tools and demonstrates significance of the assumption of the study. As a result of the study, it is found that the conflicts between work and family influence emotional dissonance, and such conflicts has an influence on salespersons performance. It is found that the performance also influences organizational committment. The results of the study have the following suggestions: First, in management aspect, they suggest that employers should understand and manage conflicts and emotion of salespersons. That is, they have a meaning in terms of management and education of salespersons. Theoretical suggestions are presented as follows: First, previous studies separate conflicts between roles from ones between persons and roles, but this study identifies cause and effects of the two factors and finds important previous variables to manage emotion of salespersons. Second, this study finds that emotional dissonance influences salesperson performance. This study has a meaning that it abstracts a direct resultant variable of salespersons, emotional dissonance as a personal emotional factor.

However, instead of string water softener degree that is knowing structural problem that can not but mass-produce illegal employer, or coexist and it is actuality that employment licence system is getting much persuasive powers until present by the alternative to grope improvement of abroad human strength administration policy. The Ministry of Labor attempted abroad human strength policy amendment by employment licence system in 2000 years already in recongnition of these point, and plan extension of employment licence system personality as converting from 2+1 research study employment emperor to 1+2 research study employment emperor in 2001. Can no longer leave alien worker's administration problem which is dominating whole employed's l.5%, wage worker's 2.5% in easier method and paradoxical state.         After 1980's, apartment complex has been a general(ordinary) pattern of dwelling types for city environments such as it of Seoul. And an improved economical standard of living and a necessity of forming a neighborhood community requires psychological and cultural factors for the dwelling culture and the fulfillment of basic human desires as weld as functional and economical desire within allowable building regulations. The purpose of this study is to compare the dwelling satisfaction and environmental characteristics of several different sites and cluster-layout types by analyzing categorization of cognitive cues of the residents about outdoor space layouts. The directions are to be established regarding outdoor space layout and layout planning with the evaluation elements which are abstracted and established from the study of residential environment.

According to rapid development of information technologies and industries, make environment including design environment has been getting uncertain. To solve this problem many companies begin to focus on designers insight into users. This designer capability can create new market with finding and embodying changing users needs. in recent years, NPD has had the greater influence on the overall business competitiveness. As a result, the consolidated development capability of products has emerged as one of the most significant challenges in business management. Concurrent engineering approach has loomed the while. It is the methodology that concurrently and generally manages NDP process necessary to turn out new products or improve existing ones which vary in the specification even if they similar type of products. Many prior studies have shown that a successful development requires the integration among marketing, R$D, production in NDP process. This thesis is a study of effective integration approach in NDP process. Recognizing the benefits of such integration, many scholars have studied the relationship between the integration and new product success, and found that the integration among marketing, R&D, production was one of most important success factors. So, firm should consider the integration as "key success factor for developing new products.
