Two emitting compounds, 9,10-bis-[1,1;3,1]terphenyl-5-yl-1,5-di-o-tolyl- anthracene [TP-DTA-TP] and 9,10-bis-phenyl[1,1;3,1]triphenyl-5-yl-1,5-di-o- tolylanthracene[ TPB-DTA-TPB] based on newtwisted core moiety were synthesized through boration, Suzuki reaction, and Sandmeyer reactions. EL performance was improved by varying the chemical structure of the side group. Physical properties such as optical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent properties were investigated. Synthesized compounds were used as an EML in OLED device: ITO/2-TNATA (60 nm)/NPB (15 nm)/TP-DTA-TP or TPB-DTA-TPB (35 nm)/Alq3 (20 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (200 nm). It was found that TPB-DTA-TPB showed higher luminance efficiency and better C.I.E. value than TP-DTA-TP device.
Yeast 2 $\mu$m 플라스미드 유래 FLP recombinase 유전자의 곤충 배양세포내 발현

In order to express the FLP recombinase in B. mori cultured cell line, BmN-4, transient expression system using a heat shock protein gene (hsp70) promoter of Dorosophilla melnogaster was constructed. This vector was designated as pHsSV. Activity strength of the hsp70 promoter was compared with that of immediate early gene (IE-1) and polyhedrin gene of BmNPV employing the E. coli $\beta$-galactosidase gene as a reporter gene. The result showed that the pHs $\beta$-gal plasmid vector expressed the $\beta$-galactosidase at 2nd and 3rd day after the transfer of plasmid DNA into BmN-4 cells, which was similar to that of pIE1 $\beta$-gal vector, but different from that of a recombinant virus, vBm $\beta$-gal. For the construction of FLP recombinase transient expression vector, the FLP recombinase gene was cloned by polymerase chain reaction technique. To express the FLP recombinase, this gene was inserted into pHsSV plasmid vector, under the control of the hsp70 promotor, and tranfected in BmN-4 cells. The expressed FLP recombinase was estimated at 44kDa on a 12.5% SDS-PAGE.

The purpose of this study is to identify problems and consider ways to improve legislation through the Legislative Evaluation on the Framework Act on Tourism. The subjects of this study include domestic and foreign basic laws and three proposals (drafts) for the Framework Act on Tourism by members of the 21st National Assembly. First, according to the analysis, the revision (draft) proposed by members of the National Assembly suggested gradual improvements to the structural problems of the current law, but the direction of the Tourism Guidance Act or Policy Act was not clear. Second, in a review of domestic and foreign comparative laws, the tourism basics are found to be lack of understanding, clarity, and effectiveness compared to other laws. Third, the direction of revision of the Framework Act on Tourism aims to secure legal system justification, integrate with the Tourism Promotion and Development Fund Act, and establish new procedural regulations. Fourth, it was analyzed that major revisions (drafts) would require regulations including legal definition of tourism, establishment of the Korea Tourism Research Institute, tourism-related research and statistics, and sustainable national tourism. The value of this study is considered to be that it is different from previous studies as it proposes a complete revision (draft) of the Framework Act on Tourism. However, limitations in content validity are regarded as the point that should be supplemented in further studies.
