레이더 자료를 이용한 호우의 산지효과 특성 분석: 충주댐 유역을 대상으로

본 연구에서는 충주댐 유역을 대상으로 레이더 자료를 이용하여 호우의 산지효과 특성을 분석하였다. 먼저 적절한 무강우 기간과 절단값을 결정하여 독립호우사상을 선정하였다. 이러한 독립호우사상으로부터 산지효과의 발현 여부를 판단할 주요호우사상을 선정하였다. 또 레이더 자료를 이용하여 전체 기간과 호우중심 기간의 평균반사도를 산정하고, 산지 부근의 반사도와 평균반사도를 비교하여 반사도의 변화를 분석하였다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 호우의 특성인자를 선정하고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하여 충주댐 유역 호우의 산지효과 발현 조건을 확인하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 산악 지역을 통과하는 호우의 이동선상에서의 반사도 변화를 검토한 결과 호우의 시작 지점에 비하여 산악 지역에서의 반사도가 증가한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 산지효과 발현 조건을 탐색하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행한 결과 충주댐 유역에서는 임계값이 호우의 이동속도 4km/hr, 접근각도 $90^{\circ}{\pm}5^{\circ}$, 강우강도 4mm/hr인 경우에 산지효과의 발현 여부 적중률이 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. This study analyzed the characteristics of orographic effect using radar data for the Chungju dam basin. First, independent rainfall events were selected by applying the IETD (Interevent Time Definition) and rainfall threshold. Among those independent rainfall events, rather strong events were selected to decide the occurrence condition of orographic effect. Also, the average reflectivity was calculated for the entire period and for the period of storm center, and the change in reflectivity was analyzed by comparing the average reflectivity to that in the mountain area. Important rainfall factors were selected and applied to the logistic regression model to decide the occurrence condition of orographic effect. Summarizing the results is as follows. First, evaluation of the radar data along the passing line of a storm showed the increase of radar reflectivity in the mountain area. Second, the result of logistic regression analysis showed that the orographic effect in the Chungju Dam Basin mostly occurred when the rainfall intensity was higher than 4 mm/hr, the storm velocity was lower than 4 km/hr, and the approach angle was $90^{\circ}{\pm}5^{\circ}$.
단일 기관에서 시행한 전복막외 복강경 탈장교정술과 Prolene Hernia System의 비교 분석

Purpose: Laparoscopic hernioplasty is a standard procedure used for the repair of inguinal hernia. However, due to the technical and anatomical complexities associated with this treatment and the requirement for long surgery time as compared to other methods, the use of laparoscopic hernioplasty remains questionable. This study compared the results of two surgical repair methods: totally extraperitoneal (TEP) hernia repair and the Prolene hernia system (PHS). Methods: A retrospective review was conducted of all patients who underwent TEP (154 cases) and PHS (126 cases)from January 2008 to December 2010 as performed by a surgeon at our hospital. Operating time, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate, surgical site infection rate, wound hematoma rate and scrotum swelling rate were all compared. Results: For the TEP treatment cases the mean operating time was 59.5 min, mean hospital stay was 4.9 days, there were 2 cases (1.3%) of recurrence, one case (0.6%) of surgical site infection, 20 cases (12.9%) of wound hematoma and 8cases (5.2%) of scrotum swelling. In the case including treatment by PHS the mean operating time was 39.6 min,mean hospital stay was 5.4 days, there were no cases of recurrence, there were 2 cases (1.7%) of surgical site infection, 11 cases (9.5%) of wound hematoma and 12 cases (10.3%) of scrotum swelling. There were no cases involving neurogenic pain or chronic pain. Conclusion: Both PHS and TEP are safe and effective procedures for repairing inguinal hernia. Thus, with consideration of variable patient conditions and other factors, either PHS or TEP are recommended as viable procedures for treating inguinal hernia.
창의 지향적 기업문화의 개념화와 구성요인 탐색에 관한 연구

많은 기업은 조직 전반에 창의성을 유발하는 기업문화를 조성하여, 목표를 달성하고 성과를 향상하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만, 창의성 또는 기업문화와 관련한 선행연구를 살펴보면, 기업조직이 조성을 희망하는 창의성을 유발하는 기업문화의 개념과 그 구성요인을 구체화하여 제시한 연구를 찾는 일은 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구에 대한 문헌 고찰과 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 심층 면담을 실시하여, 조직의 창의성 수준을 높이고, 혁신의 실현을 진작하는 기업문화를 창의 지향적 기업문화로 개념화하고, 그 구성요인에 대한 탐색을 시도하였다. 이를 통해, 창의성을 지향하는 기업문화를 개발하고 조성하기 위한 실천적 방향성을 제시하고, 특정한 유형 또는 속성을 가진 기업문화에 대한 연구의 심화 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. In recent years, most of companies seek to reinforce their corporate culture to improve organizational creativity for accomplishing organizational performance and objectives. However, there are few studies on creativity-oriented corporate culture even though companies need the definite corporate culture that accompany and arouse creativity within organizations. In these reasons, this study examined advanced research relating corporate culture and creativity with in-depth interview and categorized creativity-focused corporate culture as creative corporate culture with its construct elements. Therefore, this study will help expand the scope of corporate culture studies and concretize the concept of corporate culture for creativity.
Active control of harmonic noise propagated through openings of an enclosure with phase compensator

The harmonic noise produced in an enclosure is actively controlled with phase compensators. The active controller is designed in the frequency domain using optimal control theory. This controller can be implemented in a simple form of FIR filter to ensure stability. The FIR filter has a time delay of half the filter length to satisfy causality. This time delay corresponds to the phase shift of the response of the harmonic components. Phase compensators are used to correct this response, and the requirements for the phase compensators are determined from a numerical analysis. The performance of the controller is investigated with various types of phase compensation. The results show that the performance is better with time-domain compensation, regardless of the target frequency. The acoustic power reduction of the system is also determined by experiments. The results for the real control model show that the acoustic power is reduced by approximately 15 dB and 10 dB for the first and second harmonic components, respectively, while the overall acoustic power reduction is about 10 dB. To control the harmonic noise transmitted through an enclosure window, a controller for acoustic power reduction can be designed by applying a time delay for the fundamental frequency.
