      • 가교폴리스티렌의 염화벤조일화 高分子反應

        가교도가 상이한 고분자 resin matrix의 고분자 반응성을 조사하기 위해서 divinylbenzene (DVB) 가교 polystyrene을 염화벤조일화 시켰다. 반응온도와 polystyrene/p-chlorobenzoylchloride(p-CBC)/AlCl_2의 비율이 염화벤조일화에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다. 가교도가 상승되거나 반응온도가 50℃에서 30℃로 낮아지면 gel type polystyrene에서는 p-CBC의 도입이 크게 감소되지만 macroporous type에서는 p-CBC의 도입이 크게 감소되지 않는다. p-CBC의 초대도입은 polystyrene/p-CBC/AlAl_3의 비율 1/2/0.5(mole ratio)에서 얻어진다. DVB 2%, 5%가교에서 반응개시 6∼10시간만에 최대염소함량에 도달된이후 서서히 염소함량이 저하하고 있어 자동가교의 가능성 배제할 수 없다 Divinylbenzene (DVB)-crosslinked polystyrene of different degree of crosslinking was chlorobenzoylated to examine the reactivity of polymeric reaction. The effect of reaction temperature, and the ratio of polystyrene/p-chlorobenzoylchloride (P-CBC)/AlCl_3 on the chlorobenzoylation was investigated quantitatively. When the degree of crosslinking of crosslinked polystyrene rose or the reaction temperature lowered from 50℃ to 30℃, the introduction of P-CBC decreased greatly in gel type polystyrene, but in the macroporous type, great decrement was not found. Maximum amount of introduced P-BCB could be obtained when the ratio of polystyrene/P-BCB/AlCl_3 was 1/2/0.5 (mole ratio). The fact that the chlorine content attained to the maximum in only 6∼10 hours from the beginning, thereafter decreased slowly in DVB 2%, 5% crosslinking enables to get a idea of autocrosslinking.

        가교제의 종류와 가교도가 amidoxime type chelate resin의 형성과 금속흡착능에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다. 가교도의 상승은 acrylonitrile 단량체의 중합능등을 저하시킨다. 일반적으로 gel type보다는 macroreticular type resin이 중금속이온에 대해서 뛰어난 흡착능을 지닌다. The effect of the kind of crosslinking agent and the degree of crosslinking on the formation of the amidoxime type chelate resin matrix and its adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions have been investigated. Increase of the degree of crosslinking lowered the polymerization capacity of acrylonitrile monomer. Generally, macroreticular type chelate resin has an excellent adsorption capacity for heavy metal ions compared with the gel type.

        Amidoxlme type chelate resin was synthesized though the amidoximation of Polyacry-lonitrile(PAN) fiber. Best amidoximation condition of PAN fiber was determined by changing the several amidoximation condition (reaction time, temperature and the concentration of hydrosylamine solution). The cyclization side reaction was proposed, and the cyclization mechanism was modelized. Amidoxime type chelate resin derived from PAN fiber has an excellent adsorption capacity for Cu+a, Cr+2, Pb+a.

      • 소프트웨어 품질평가척도의 실시간 처리시스템 적용에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to identify specification required in the course of applying S/W quality metrics to real-time processing system. The approach this study took to define S/W quality is summerized as follow ; o S/W quality is based on user's need. This need can broken down three orientations, namely, - product operation. - product revision. - product transition. o S/W quality comprises eleven quality factors grouped according to three orientations. Each of these S/W quality factors describes one facet of quality and is comprised of several S/W quality metrics, of S/W quality criteria as they are sometimes called. S/W quality metrics are only useful in a format that lends itself to the persons jobnamely, management, system analyst and programmer-during requirement definition, design and code phase. This study identifies the different jobs and potential ways of presenting S/W quality metrics to aid decision making, product improvement, and quality control. This study identifies quality characteristics in real-time processing system, namely, o reliability and security o eseiness for maintainability o observance of response time o adaptability o secret protection o eseiness for use Each of these characteristics should be concerned with the different S/W quality factors and criteria. Now, I need to make every effort of the research and the method of quantifing S/W quality factors and criteria and developing computer-aided tools for supporting S/W measurement framework.

        Amidoxime형 Chelate Resin의 합성에 관한 연구(II) -가교 Polystyrene 기체로 부터 유도되는 유사-아미드옥심형 Chelate Resin의 합성과 특성화-

        Pseudo-amidoxime type chelate resin was synthesized through the cyanomethylation of gel type crosslinked chloromethylated (PCMS) and subsequent amidoximation of cyano-substituted PCMS(PCMS-CN). As crosslinking agent, divinylbenaene(Dn) and ethyleneglycol-dimethacrylate(EGD) were added in polymerlzation of chloromethylstyrene. In cyano substitution of PCMS, the degree of substitution amounts to 80-90 percent regardless of the kind of crosslinklng agent and the degree of crosslinking. Amidoximation accompanied cyclization side reaction between Introduced amidoxime group was observed. Several models for cyclization reartion were proposed on the basis of chlorine and nitrogen content of amidoximated-PCMS Pseudo-amidoxime type chelate resin has a low adsorption capacity for metal ions compared with amidoxime type chelate resin derived from crosslinked polyacrylonitrile matrix.

      • 폴리에스테르 纖維에 대한 스티렌, 아크릴산 단량체 그라프트 重合의 動力學的 考察

        단량체농도, 개시제농도, 그라프트반응시간, 반응온도등의 그라프트중합 조건을 변화시켜 가면서 poly (ethylene terephthalate) 필름에 styrene과 acrylid acid(AA)를 각각 그라프트중합시켰다. styrene단량체의 중합에서는 0.5×10^-2M/L~20×10^-2M/L의 농도범위에서는 그라프트중합속도가 styrene의 농도에 비례하지만 그 이상의 농도에서는 그라프트중합속도 R_p는 R_p=styrene^(0.4~0.45)로 표시된다. AA의 경우는 상당한 지연시간이 존재하지만 일단중합이 개시되면 중합속도는 styrene에 비해서 크다. styrene과 AA 전부에서 일정한 개시제농도 범위까지는 그라프트중합속도가 상승되지만 그 이상의 농도에서는 그라프트중합속도가 저하된다. Graft polymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and styrene on poly (ethylene terephthalate) <PET> film using benzoylperoxide <BPO> as initiator wasinvestigated under different conditions including monomer concentration, initiator concentration, graft polymerization temperature and time. With styrene, the rate of graft polymerization increases linearly as the concentration of styrene increase in the range of 5×10^-2M/L~20×10^-2M/L. The rate, however, is proportional to the 0.4~0.5 power of the styrene concentration above 20×10^-2M /L. With AA, there is a retardation period before the polymerization starts. Once the reaction is initiated, however, the rate of polymerization becomes faster than that with styrene. In both cases, the rates increase as the concentrations increase until certain points and the, they decrease thereafter.

        Tetraethyleneglycol-dimethacrylate (TGD) and ethyleneglycol-d imethacrylate (IGD) crosslinked polyacrylonitrile(PAN) was polymerized gel and macroreticular type crosslinked PAN was synthesized to investigate the effect of external resin appearance on the adsorption capacity for metal ions. As the side reaction, cyclization reaction between introduced amidoxime group was accompanied in the course of amidoximation of PAM. Cyclization was modelized from the nitrogen content analysis of amidoximated PAN (Ami-PAN). Ami-PAN amidoximated in water medium shows higher adsorption capacity than that amidoximated in methanol. Ami-PAN has an excellent adsorption capacity for Cu+2, Cr+2, Cd+2.

        It has been known that dyeing of synthetic fibers is difficult using natural dyestuffs. Especially, It is difficult to dye PET fiber using even the synthetic dyestuffs due to the fact that it does not have sites, which have affinity toward dye molecules, inside the PET molecular structure, and that it has high crystauinity. In this study, it was attempted to improve the dyeing properties toward cochineal dyestuffs by introducing hydrophilic COOH groups, after 5% NaOH solution treatment of the PET fabric. PET fabric samples were pre-treated with chitosan in order to investigate the effect of chitosan on the cochineal dyeing.

        염욕의 pH와 매염제의 변화에 따른 코치닐의 염색성 연구 II-양모직물을 중심으로-

        In this study, wool fabric specimens were pre-mordanted using Sn, Al, Cu, Cr, and Fe, and subsequently dyed using cochineal, maintaining the pH of the dye bath constant using pH buffer solutions of 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. In the case of wool fabric specimen, regardless of the type of mordanting agents, peak dye-uptake amount was obtained at the acidic region, pH 4, and above pH 6, the dye-uptake amount decreased remarkably. Differing from the cotton fabric case, the dyed wool fabric specimen exhibited red shade even in the case of non-mordanting, at the region of pH values of 4 and 5. It is presumed that in the acidic dye bath the effect of cationic amine group present in the structure of wool fiber molecules took place. The amount of color difference, among the mordanting agents, due to the increase of pH value, was highest for the Fe mordanting case. It seems, therefore, that the Fe mordanting is affected most by the pH value.

        대기업 연구개발 인력의 상사와의 경력지향 적합성, 팀과의 풍토 적합성과 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 관계

        This study aims at investigating the relationships between person-supervisor career orientation fit (in technical orientation, managerial orientation) or person-team climate fit (in autonomy, cooperation, change orientation and tension) and job satisfaction or organizational commitment in human resources of Research and Development (hereafter R&D). Questionnaires were used to collect data, and they consist of the scales of these following items: person (respondent)’s career orientation, supervisor’s career orientation, personally preferred climate, team climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and demographic characteristics. the purposive sampling for the study was performed to 17 companies in top 20 companies in R&D investment amount in 2006. The major results of the study were as follows: ① in all of the 2 types of person and supervisor career orientation concurs in higher score, job satisfaction and organizational commitment went higher. ② in the relationships between the technical orientation fit of person and supervisor and organizational commitment, There was complementary fit. ③ as the managerial orientations of the supervisor and the person become suitable, job satisfaction grew meaningfully high(supplementary fit). ④ in all of the 4 types of person and team climate fit, as the climate of person preference and team concurs in higher score, job satisfaction and organizational commitment went higher. ⑤ in the relationship between person and team cooperation climate fit and organizational commitment, There was complementary fit. 이 연구의 목적은 연구개발(R&D) 인력의 개인-상사 경력지향 적합성(전문가 지향성, 관리자 지향성), 개인-팀 풍토 적합성(자율성, 협동성, 변화지향, 긴장감)과 직무만족, 조직몰입의 관계를 구명함으로써 직업교육의 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 연구투자비 상위 20개 국내 기업을 대상으로 설문하였으며, 간접(indirect) 방식으로 적합성을 측정하였다. 적합성 판단을 위한 통계적 기법으로 Edwards(1991)가 제시한 다차항회귀분석과 반응표면방법론(response surface methodology)을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, ①개인-상사 경력지향 적합성 모두에서 개인과 상사간의 경력지향성이 일치하는 경우, 높은 수준에서 일치할수록 직무만족, 조직몰입이 증가하였고, ②개인-상사 전문가 지향 적합성과 조직몰입의 관계에서는 보완적합이 나타났으며, ③개인-상사 관리자 지향 적합성과 직무만족의 관계에서는 유사적합이 나타났다. ④개인-팀 풍토 적합성 모두에서 개인이 선호하는 풍토와 팀 풍토가 일치하는 경우, 높은 수준에서 일치할 때 직무만족, 조직몰입이 증가하였으며, ⑤개인-팀 협동성 풍토 적합성과 조직몰입의 관계에서는 보완적합이 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 경력지향성과 풍토의 특성을 감안하여 연구개발 인력의 체계적인 관리와 직업교육이 필요함을 제시하였으며, 후속 연구의 필요성이 제안되었다.
