A chip multilayer bandpass filter is designed using planar resonators. The electromagnetic coupling structure between two planar resonators is analysed. An equivalent lumped circuit is derived to explain the behavior of the chip multilayer planar filter. A design procedure is also described. The simulated and measured results of 2-pole bandpass filters are presented.

In this thesis, the new coupling structure without coupling window between ceramic coaxial resonators is proposed to improve a process of manufacture. An elliptic bandpass filter using ceramic coaxial resonators is made on the microstrip coupling pattern. The 6-order bandpass filter of 883㎒ center frequency with 21.3㎒ bandwidth has a good agreement with the design characteristics.

Sneak current is one of the main bottlenecks for dense crossbar array resistive random access memory. This study reports highly non-linear resistive switching characteristic from Ce0.9Y0.1O2/ TiO2 bi-layer (1S/1R device) structure, fabricated by photochemical metal-organic deposition, as a solution for sneak current issue. Ce0.9Y0.1O2 material, possessing oxygen vacancies, was used as a potential barrier as well as oxygen reservoir which rectified the current of low resistance state without an electrical breakdown in 1S/1R device. TiO2 was adopted for resistive switching property, and TiO2 layer having mixed phase (anatase and brookite) showed typical diode switching behavior. The photochemical reaction of photochemical metal-organic deposition process and phase formation were monitored and established using by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The 1S/1R device showed highly non-linear resistive switching characteristic, large on/ off ratio of above three orders of magnitude with low operating current.

In this thesis, a Ka-band 3dB waveguide directional coupler is designed using broad-call coupling slots. It is analyzed using the mode matching method and the generalized scattering parameter of the cascaded structure is calculated. The designed coupler of 24.5GHz center frequency with 500MHz bandwidth has a coupling coefficient of 3.1dB. The characteristics of isolation and return loss is lower than -20dB.

Background : To assess the influencing factors of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology and to recommend for the improving method of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology. Methods : We conducted a SERVQUAL questionnaire survey during the period from January 2008 till August 2008. The data was collected from questionnaires filled out by 289 patients visiting at 4 tertiary and 5 secondary hospitals located in Busan Metropolis City. Collected data were analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SAS Win(ver 9.0k) program. Results : The mean score of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was -0.01±0.50 and empathy as subcategory of SERVQUAL was only positive satisfaction(0.10±0.72). Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was high in admission experienced group, operation experienced group and medical administration satisfaction group, respectively. Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was influenced by appointment of diagnostic radiology examination and satisfaction of medical administration. Conclusion : This study show that patient of diagnostic radiology experienced dissatisfaction and the influencing factors of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology were appointment and satisfaction of medical administration. In order to improve patient's satisfaction of diagnostic radiology, more exact appointment system and advanced medical administration support were needed in the hospital organization.

This paper aims to analyze the array characteristics of mobile direction finding antennas, and the variation of antenna characteristics according to the array structures and environments. We simulate antenna patterns to design direction finding system using commercial EM simulation tools, and compare the simulated results with the measured results of fabricated direction finding antennas
