광양시가지경관의 현황 및 과제 : 광양읍지역을 대상으로

광양시 경관계획수립을 위한 시가지경관조사의 개략은 다음과 같다. 보행스케일을 지년 시가지 내를 100m 간격으로 설정한 격자형의 교점에서 사진촬영을 통해 도시경관을 구성하는 요소를 파악하고, 광양읍의 경관특색을 표출하고 있다고 생각되는 요소 및 금후의 경관 형성에 중요하다고 생각되는 요소를 추출하여 그 분포상황을 조사하였다. 이 결과를 조합하여 도시경관 타잎 별로 존 구분을 행하고,존 별 생활경관도 유의하면서 조사. The research outlines Gwang-Yang city urban survey to plan urban landscape planning. The following are the result of this research. Main elements in urban landscape were analyzed by taking pictures at the grid points which divided at the intervals of 100m walking scale. Other elements which consist unique landscape in Gwang-Yang also were surveyed. With these analysis and results,urban landscape was divided into several Zones and life landscape in the Zone was analyzed.

후복막강내 발생한 Castleman병 1례

Castleman' s disease is a rare, reactive lymphoid proliferation of unknown cause and pathogenesis. Depending on histololgic findings, it has been divided into two distinct histologic subtypes that include hyaline-vascular type(90%) and plasmacell type(10%). This disease occurs most commonly in mediastinal lymph nodes and cervical lymph nodes, inguinal lymph nodes respectively. But occurs rarely in retroperitoneum. We report a case of hyaline-vascular type asymptomatic Castleman' s disease of the retroperitoneum in a 47-year-old man.

都市的 生活樣式과 生活環境Ⅱ : 새로운 환경의 창조를 위해서

Before the eye of the 21st century, it can be said that the present time is the opaque time of un-expectable future. therefore, rather than to find an answer, it is the time of reconstructing our living environment form the improvement of urban life and style and living environment and basic review on the substance of human and its evolution, or the deficiency of pro-economic policy. However, we should not disregard cultural origin in any time, rather effort, based on higher scientific knowledge, to induce a clear vision for future human. Thus, the two themes are chosen and reviewed in dissertation. First of all, the dissertation has treated the substance of Human activity-review of contemporary culture, and then treated urban life style and living environment accustomed to human. It can be said that they -both themes- have a close correlation in underground and basic reason is concluded to the same place. The aim of the dissertation is to achieve the guideline of paradigm conversion for the 21st Century from the treat and investigation of two themes as an important and urgent subject.

주상복합건축물내 상업 및 편익시설의 입지별 수용 특성

최근 우리나라 대도시에 건립되고 있는 주상복합건축물은 도심공동화 방지나 토지이용고도화라는 근본적인 취지와는 다르게 서비스기능이 부가된 특수한 도시주택이나 고급화된 공동주택의 성격을 가지고 있다 이러한 주상복합건축물은 건축물의 기능과 시설의 배분 및 규모에 관한 원칙이 법규에 정해져 있을 뿐 주변지역의 조건에 적응하기 위한 계획 기준이 없는 실정이다. 또 주상복합건축물의 주거기능에 관심이 집중되어 다양한 형식과 내용의 개발이 시도되고 있을 뿐 도시의 맥락에서 이해되어야 하는 저층부의 상업과 편익시설의 입지에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 주상복합건축물내 상업 및 편익시설의 입지별 수용 특성을 분석하기 위해 도시구조상 입지조건이 다른 서울시 세 개 주상타운의 주상복합건축물 15개를 사례로 조사하였다. 조사와 분석은 배치 및 진입, 건축물 형태 및 층별 기능구성 등을 포함하는 배치 및 건축계적 특성, 시설의 구성 비율, 집적도, 입지계수 등 시설수용 특성, 시설의 종류와 규모와 주거시설과의 관계라는 세가지 측면에서 이루어졌고, 특히 업무중심의 부도심지역과 배후상권이 형성된 지역중심, 그리고 주거개발위주의 도시외곽지역에서의 입지적인 특성이 판매, 서비스, 근린생활시설로 세분한 상업 및 편익시설의 수용과 어떤 관계를 가지는지를 분석하여 건축계획적으로 가치있는 실용적인 결론을 도출하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 도심의 주상복합건축물의 개발시 입지별로 용도구성과 시설의 배치를 차별화할 수 있는 효율적인 전략이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of commercial and convenience facilities in mixed-use residential building in terms of the facility accommodation in the different urban locations. To examine the differences by urban locations arid settings, three case areas in Seoul where the mixed-use residential buildings are congregated in single site, so-called mixed-use development town, and total of 15 mixed-use residential buildings in them were selected. Site location commercial and convenience facilities, functional allocation and organization of building, and interrelations of different functions were clout surveyed and analyzed in a comparative way. Some of the findings are the facts that the characteristics of facility accommodation varies depending on urban locations due to the differences in existing urban settings and the ways of land-using, and that the types and allocation of commercial and convenience facilities differ by the size and the number of dwelling units in residential portion of the buildings.

Streptozotocin 유도 당뇨쥐에서의 Phospholipase A₂, Cyclooxygenase 활성과 Thromboxane 및 Prostacyclin합성

당뇨병에서의 혈전생성 기전에 관련된 주된 요인을 관찰코져 흰쥐를 4주간 사육한 후 streptozotocin(STZ)으로 당뇨를 유발한 후 6일째에 희생하여 당뇨쥐에 있어서의 phospholipase A₂ 활성변화에 따른 조직의 과산화적 손상과 혈소판 응집능 등의 변화를 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 체중증가는 STZ를 투여한 후에는 STZ 투여군에서 현저하게 감소하였다. 식이섭취에 있어 STZ injection 후, DM군은 16% 증가하였다. 식이효율은 STZ injection 후 DM군은 정상군에 비해 유의적으로 감소하였다. 혈청 중의 총 지질과산화물가는 정상군에 비해 DM군은 2.5배 높았다. HDL 중의 TBARS는 정상군에 비해 DM군은 약 1.6배 정도 높았고 LDL 중의 TBARS는 정상군에 비해 DM군에서 4.8배의 높은 증가를 보였다. 혈소판 phospholipase A₂ 활성은 DM군은 정상군에 비해 42% 증가하였다. 혈소판 cyclooxygenase 활성은 정상군에 비해 DM군이 2배 정도 높은 수준이었다. 혈소판 중의 TXA₂ 농도는 정상군과 비교하여 DM군에서 169%로 현저하게 높았고 대동백 PGI₂의 농도는 정상군에 비해 DM군은 낮은 수준을 보였으며 대동맥 PGI₂와 혈소판 TXA₂의 비는 DM군에서 정상군에 비해 55% 낮았다. 결론적으로 STZ 유발 당뇨쥐에 있어서는 혈청 지질과산화물 수준의 증가와 더불어 phospholipase A₂ 활성이 증가되었으며 따라서 cyclooxygenase가 유도하는 AA cascade 활성화에 의해 TXA₂ 생성증가 및 PGI₂/TXA₂ ratio의 감소가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 당뇨병 질환에서 나타나는 동맥경화증, 심혈관계 질환 등의 여러 혈관계의 병리적 현상들이 당뇨 상태에서의 지질대사 이상으로 인한 지질과산화물의 증가와 그의 독성으로 인한 여러 혈소판 관련 인자들의 활성화와 밀접하게 연관되어 나타나는 것을 시사하는 것이라 하겠다. The relation between lipid peroxidation and thrombotic reaction were investigated in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 100±10gm were randomly assigned to normal and STZ-induced diabetic group(DM). Diabetes was experimentally induced by intravenous injection of 55mg/kg of body weight of STZ in citrate buffer(pH 4.3) after 4 weeks feeding of basal diet. Animals were sacrificed at the 6th day of diabetic states. Body weight gains were lower in diabetic group after STZ injection. Serum levels of thiobarbituric acid reacting substances(TBARS) that were markedly increased in DM group compared with of normal group. TBARS levles of HDL and LDL were similar patterns to total TBARS of serum. Activities of platelet phospholipase A₂(PLA₂) were higher in diabetic group than those of normal group. Activities of platelet cyclooxygenase were 106% in DM group than normal group. Platelet thromboxane A₂(TXA₂) formation was increased in DM group than normal group. Production of aortic prostacyclin(PGI₂) was lower in diabetic group than that of normal group. PGI₂/TXA₂ ratios were decreased by 55% in DM groups than those of normal group. The present results indicate that STZ-induced diabetic rats are more sensitive to oxidative stess which leads to acceleration of lipid peroxidation and platelet aggregability. In conclusion, accelerating effect of lipid peroxidation and thrombogenesis in diabetic state is regarded to be resulted from enhancement of PLA₂ activity and arachidonic acid metabolism, inhibition of antiaggregating agent and aortic PGI₂ formation.

인산염계 매몰재에서 내화물 입도지수 변화에 따른 물리적 특성

As castings materials for dental application, phosphate-bonded investments have been used in the casting of base metal alloy for partial denture frame work and consist essentially of fillers and binders. Fillers usually consist of quartz and/or cristobalite and binders is essentially basic MgO clinker and acidic NH₄H₂PO₄. In dental casting, the expansion of mold is a very important factor which compensate for the casting shrinkage of alloys. In order to investigate the effects of grain fineness number of silica sand on the characteristics of investments, setting time, setting temperature, setting expansion and thermal expansion of the investments were measured and to discover the reaction occurring at high temperature. From this experiment, the results obtained were as follows 1. Decreased void caused by increased grain fineness number induced shorter setting time and higher setting temperature. 2. Increased contact of filler's particle caused by increased grain fineness number induced higher setting expansion and thermal expansion. 3. Thermal expansion of investments was increased until 600℃ and at higher temperature thermal expansion was decreased by grain fineness number.

Home Care Service 주택의 生活像과 方向性

고령자의 요구에 따른 노인관련 시설의 개선이나 설치 및 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 정당국의 재정 운영 면에서 특히 주택복지에 대해 주안을 두는 등 노인시설체계에 대해 대 전환을 모색해야 될 시기라는 점과 이에 대한 하나의 해답으로 화제를 불러일으킨 「Home Care Service 주택」의 장래상과 그 방향성을 모색하였다. Korean population has been aging rather steadily. Accordingly, the programs, administered by the Administration on Aging, are to foster development of a comprehensive and coordinated service system including senior living facilities to serve the elderly. This report introduces the concept of Home Care Service Housing, recently becaming hot issue in developed countries, and its necessity to provide an informative context for evaluating the implications for a vast increase in the numbers of persons requiring special services especially on housing welfare. The report help shed light on the future makeup of Home Care Service Housing for our aging population.

보행환경개선을 위한 교통환경조사와 고찰

본 논문에서는 오랜 세월 교통생활로부터 소외된 장애자 입장으로부터, 교통환경과 인간생활과의 관련성에 대해 고찰한다. "强者의 倫理"에 의한 교통계획에 대한 비판은, "弱者의 視點"을 필요로 한다고 생각하기 때문이다. 이러한 문제 정리에 의거하여 케이스스터디 지구의 보행환경실태를 사례를 통해 분석하고, 개선조건을 명확하게 하고자 한다. This study tries to focus on the relationships between the traffic environment and human life in a view point of handicapped person who have been treated distantly by society for a long time. It is necessary to criticize traffic planning by the ethics of socially privileged to fine out the disadvantage of handicapped. This study analyze the situation of environment for pedestrian by choosing a case study area, and suggests the conditions of improvement clearly.

청학동 국립공원해제지구의 현황 및 과제

So as to satisfy their various requirements, the expantion of necessity that facilities related tour and education is rising Rigorous and various regulations in the park zone related facility expantion or land diversion accompanied by activity are the reason which weighs inconvenience of land owner. So, there is increasing of public grievance. For evoking sympathy, proprieties are investigated about removing or not in the national park zone laying stress on valid and particular provisons. In the results, six fretworks of object-land, it is desirable to be ruled out that resolutive object located in the maP# 20445. 20614. Because it is expected that destroying the scenic beauty. 청학동 예절학교, 삼성궁 지역으로 연간 약 4-50만 명의 청소년 및 관광객의 찾고 있으며, 이들의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위한 시설확충에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 활성화에 동반된 시설확충이나 토지전용 등과 관련하여 공원구역내의 엄격하고 다양한 규제는 토지소유자의 불편을 가중시키는 요인으로 민원이 증가하고 있다. 향후 공원구역조정과 관련하여 기초적 자료 제공을 위해 경관을 중심으로 검토하였다. 검토결과 대상지의 6개 격자 가운데 도엽번호 20445, 20614의 경우 해제 시 난개발이 우려되고 국립공원의 이미지 저하가 예상된다.
