본 논문은 중국 湖甫雀 신문업계의 기본 상황, 인재개발, 매체 자원배치,뉴스, 광고 자원과 여러 시장 등의 5개 방면의 고찰을 통하여, 중국호남 신문업계의 발전과정에 존재하는 문제를 분석하고 더 나아가서는 심층있게 토의하고 중국 湖南省 신문업계의 발전 대책을 제기하는데 있다.본 고는 중국 호남성의 신문업계발전의 기본적인 現狀은 우세한 면도 있지만, 문제점도 안고 있다: 국내외 경제발전의 추세, 적극적이고 은전한 문화산업의 발전 정책, 유구한 湖湘문화의 축적, 우량한 신문전통과 비교적 양호한 신문업계의 기초, 동서로 연결되는 지리자연환경, 풍부한 인구 자원및 광대한 수요시장 공간 및 사회입문이후 가져올 발전 기회등, 모두 湖南省 신문업계가 지니고 있는 우세한 측면이라고 간주되는 동시에, 적지 않은문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제를 요약정리해보면 아래의 5개 방면으로 볼 수 있다: 1.인제개발의 정체 2.매체자원의 배치 불합리. 3.신문뉴스의 빈곤. 4.광고 자원의 결핍. 5.수요시장의 발육 불충분. 상술한 내용을 존재하는 문제에 대하여 본문에서는 호남성 신문업체의 발전 문제에 대하여 다섯 가지의 기본전략을 제기하였다: 1.인재개발 전략: 인재관념을 바꾸며 인재체제를 개혁하고, 후배인재기지구축을 강화함. 2.매개전략을 재조직: 자원배치를 우량화하고 다종 경영을 실시하며 매체 실력을 강화함. 3.뉴스자원의 개발전략: 본거지에 입각하여 전국을 확대하며, 뉴스 자원을 충분하게 발굴한다. 4.광고 발전 전략: 경영이념을 갱신하고 경영방식을 개진한다. 또 광고시장의 이익을 확대한다. 5.수요시장전략: 신문 지명도를 높이고 발행제도를 개혁하여 수요시장을 적극적으로 육성한다.

Warship always face the threat of underwater explosion shock, which may affect the ship stern tube bearing lubrication performance when the propeller shaft is bending. This paper builds the coupling model of shaft longitudinal vibration and bearing lubrication with consideration of shaft axial shock and misalignment. The performance of stern bearing under the influence of explosion shock was analyzed by solving the generalized Reynolds equation, shaft longitudinal vibration equation and explosion shock equation. The result shows that: the effect of underwater explosion shock on bearing lubrication performance is transient, and the effect will be more obvious when the bearing works at close quarter, larger misaligned angle, eccentricity and rotation speed. Moreover, the edge effect which caused by shaft bending will increase with the decrease of explosion distance and the increase of eccentricity.
Strain energy-based fatigue life prediction under variable amplitude loadings

With the aim to evaluate the fatigue damage accumulation and predict the residual life of engineering components under variable amplitude loadings, this paper proposed a new strain energy-based damage accumulation model by considering both effects of mean stress and load interaction on fatigue life in a low cycle fatigue (LCF) regime. Moreover, an integrated procedure is elaborated for facilitating its application based on S-N curve and loading conditions. Eight experimental datasets of aluminum alloys and steels are utilized for model validation and comparison. Through comparing experimental results with model predictions by the proposed, Miner's rule, damaged stress model (DSM) and damaged energy model (DEM), results show that the proposed one provides more accurate predictions than others, which can be extended for further application under multi-level stress loadings.

An experimental investigation on chloride diffusion in structural concrete under the cyclic impact loading is conducted. Effects of magnitudes and loading times are studied. Relationship between damage coefficients and chloride diffusion coefficients is obtained. The cyclic impact loading causes the initiation of new cracks and the propagation of existing cracks, which brings an obvious promotion for chloride diffusion. There should be a damage threshold. If the magnitude of the external loading is large enough to make the damage exceed the threshold, initiation and propagation of cracks become quite significant and chloride diffusion can be greatly promoted. With the increase of the damage coefficient, the chloride diffusion coefficient increases. The increasing rates decrease with long immersion times. Relationship curves of damage coefficients and chloride diffusion coefficients show a good correlation and can be well described with power functions.

This paper presents preliminary results of the application of the parameter space investigation method for the design of the L1 flight control system implemented on the ultralow-altitude airdrop process. In particular, the study has established the task performance level of airdrop mission which is chosen as the optimization objective in this paper. According to the characteristics of ultralow-altitude airdrop process, 12 optimization criteria are designated as the constraints during the multicriteria optimization. After two iterations, the task performance level of the airdrop is improved from “Moderate” to “Expected”. The results in the paper confirms the suitability of the parameter space investigation method for the multicriteria design optimization of an airdrop flight control system subject to desired control specifications. In addition, the robustness and dynamic response of the flight control system are significantly improved after optimization. Moreover, the analysis of optimization results has contributed to a deeper understanding of the relationship between L1 controller parameters and airdrop task performance.
Vibration analysis and dynamic performance improvement of high-frequency injection method

This paper analyzes and compares the typical rotating high-frequency voltage injection (RTHF) method and the typical pulsating high-frequency voltage injection (PSHF) method in terms of torque ripple and vibration. Analysis and experiment results indicate that the PSHF performs better when it comes to torque pulsation and vibration. In addition, it is more suitable for rim motors which have strict restrictions on vibration. However, the estimated rotor position in PSHF has multiple convergence points. In addition, the filters used in PSHF can degrade the dynamic response of the PMSM sensorless field oriented control (SLFOC) system. An improved PSHF method compensated by Hall signals is proposed to accelerate the estimation process and improve the system stability in the presence of sudden load disturbances. The improved method is verified on an 11 kW rim motor experimental platform.

H-shaped amphiphilic pentablock copolymers (PSt)2-b-PCL-b-PEO-b-PCL-b-(PSt)2 was synthesized via chemoenzymatic method by combining enzyme-catalyzed ring-opening polymerization (eROP) of ε-caprolactone (ε-CL) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene. By this process, we obtained copolymers with controlled molecular weight and low polydispersity. The structure and composition of the obtained copolymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and infrared spectroscopy analysis (IR). The crystallization behavior of the copolymers was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The crystallization behavior of the H-shaped block copolymers demonstrated a PCL dominate crystallization. The self-assembly behavior of the copolymers was investigated in aqueous media. The hydrodynamic diameters of the copolymer micelles in aqueous solution were measured by dynamic light scattering (DLS). The morphology of the copolymer micelles was observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The hydrodynamic diameters of spherical micelles declined gradually with the increase of the hydrophobic chain lengths of the copolymers. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values were determined from fluorescence emission, and it was found that the CMCs decreased with an increase of PSt hydrophobic block lengths.
