        베이비부머 세대와 노인 세대 비교 : 체육활동 참여 관련 요인을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze the baby boomer generation and the existing older generation, focusing on the factors of sports participation, and to prepare the basis for practical intervention to promote the baby boomer generation"s sports participation. The analysis data is the a national survey on physical activity participation in Korea in 2019, and the subject of the study is a total of 2,950 people including baby boomers and the elderly. The statistical methods are frequency analysis, Chi-square test. The main results are as followings. First, with regard to sports participation, the baby boomer generation maintained higher levels than the elderly generation in the degree of participation, and participation intensity, indicating that they were participating in more active sports outside of low-intensity physical activity. Second, the baby boomer generation showed a higher rate of use of private sports facilities and higher reasons for specialized facilities and various programs, indicating that the need for facilities was higher than that of the elderly generation. Third, it was found that the baby boomer generation had higher awareness of sports facilities than the elderly and used the internet more in collecting sports-related information. Fourth, the reasons for participation in sports of the baby boomer generation are high due to health-related factors, but the reasons for self-actualization and personal enjoyment are the reasons that are different from the older generation. According to these differences, the future direction of for sport for older adults is to 1) Adjustment of the age range, 2)Supply of more active programs, 3) Expansion of public sports facilities, 4) Making multi-channel programs for sport for older adults through the use of the internet 5) Providing dissemination of sports events in a modified form.

      • All-Printed and Roll-to-Roll-Printable 13.56-MHz-Operated 1-bit RF Tag on Plastic Foils

        <P>An all-printed rectifier that can provide at least 10 V dc from a 13.56-MHz radio frequency identification (RFID) reader and an all-printed ring oscillator that can generate at least 100 Hz of clock signal to read a 96-bit RFID tag in a second under the dc power provided by the rectifier should first be printable on plastic foils for the realization of roll-to-roll (R2R) printed ultralow cost RFID tags. Here, we describe a practical way to provide all-printed and R2R-printable antenna, rectifiers, and ring oscillators on plastic foils and demonstrate 13.56-MHz-operated 1-bit RF tags. The all-printed and R2R-printable 13.56-MHz 1-bit tags can generate 102.8 Hz of clock signal as the tag approaches the 13.56-MHz RFID reader.</P>

        노인체육 정책 개선방향 탐색을 위한 델파이 연구

        Purpose: The purposes of this study are to elucidate better strategies that can improve the policy to promote participation in sport for older adults. Method: Delphi technique and qualitative content analysis were used for the study. Results: The analysis reached the following results. First, the existing laws were not sufficient to specifically regulate the sports policy for older adults. To improve this problem, it should be guaranteed through the enactment of Sport Basic Law and the mandatory regulations about instructors and equipment. Second, in relation to the implementation framework for sport policy for older adults, there were problems such as a lack of cooperation among related ministries, policy enforcement through administrative convenience, and the absence of a control tower. To improve this problem, it is necessary to reorganize the implementation framework, e.g. clarifying the roles and objectives of the ministries. Third, the sport policy projects for older adults were being operated according to short-term goals and the programs provided did not reflect the elderly characteristics. To improve this problem, a long-term roadmap should be established and a subdivided program considering the characteristics of the elderly should be prepared. Fourth, the budget for the sport policy for older adults was not sufficient. To improve this problem, it is necessary to commit the public financial resources to the elderly with poor levels of physical function and economic conditions to achieve the effective allocation of the budget. Fifth, there was no easy-to-use sports facility environment for old adults. To improve this problem, It is necessary to create an environment that can be easily used, such as providing mandatory programs for the elderly in public sports facilities. Sixth, there was a problem with the lack of professionalism of sports instructors for older adults and with the instructor training system. To improve this problem, It is necessary to reorganize the training system strengthening expertise for sports instructors for older adults. Seventh, the direction of improvement, which has been highly agreed on by all professionals, was to ‘clarifying the roles and goals of relevant ministries’. Conclusion: In conclusion, in order to solve the problems and achieve the effectiveness of the sport policy for older adults, the clarification of the roles and goals of the departments related to sport policy for older adults should be considered first among various improvement directions.

        진단용 엑스선 촬영장치에서 발판 스위치의 유용성 평가

        방사선사는 일반촬영 시에 다양한 환자를 만나게 된다. 노령환자, 유아 등 몸이 불편한 환자를 검사하게 된다. 소규모의 병·의원에는 방사선사가 혼자 업무를 보는 경우가 자주 발생한다. 이러한 경우 방사선사의두 손은 환자의 자세를 유지하는데 사용되어지기 때문에 촬영에 있어서 어려움을 느끼게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 극복하고자 진단용 방사선 발생 발판 스위치를 고안하여 실험하였다. 제작한 발판 스위치를 진단용 엑스선 촬영장치에 장착하여 조사선량 재현성 시험, kVp, mAs, 백분율평균오차와 같은 정량적 평가를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 발판 스위치 사용에 대한 정량적 평가는 조사선량 재현성 시험에서 변동계 수가 0.05이하로 측정되었고 kVp 시험에서는 백분율 평균오차가 ± 10% 이내로 측정되었다. mAs 시험에서도 백분율 평균오차가 ± 20% 이내로 측정되었다. 이는 진단용 방사선 발생장치의 검사기준 범위에 모두 부합하여 사용상 문제점은 제시되지 않았다. 또한 현재 근무 중인 방사선사를 상대로 유용성에 관한 정성적 평가를 실시하였다. 결론적으로 발판스위치의 엑스선 발생효율의 정량적 평가에서는 실험된 검사가 엑스선 발생장치 장비 기준 범위에 부합하였으며 설문을 통한 평가에서도 먼저 병·의원에서 근무하는 방사선 사를 상대로 발판 스위치를 사용한 이후 설문을 통해 발판 스위치에 대한 편리성과 활용성에 대해 설문 실시한 결과는 발판스위치 사용은 임상에서 많은 도움을 줄 수 있는 긍정적인 결과로 나타내었다. 그러므로 진단용 엑스선 촬영용 발판 스위치를 사용하면 방사선 기술자 작업의 신속성과 정확성을 효과적으로 향상 시킬 수 있으므로 의료 서비스 만족도를 높이는 데 효과적으로 사용할 수 있을 것이다. A foot pedal switch in the diagnosis x-ray radiography system has been researched to improve radiologic technologist works and patient satisfaction. The switch has been installed in the diagnosis x-ray radiography system used in domestic clinics. Quantitative evaluation has been conducted by measuring the exposure dose reproducibility test, tube voltage, mAs, and percentage average error. Qualitative evaluation has been conducted by analysis of the radiologic technologists questionnaire. In the quantitative evaluation for the use of the foot pedal switch, the coefficient of variation was less than 0.05 in the exposure dose reproducibility test. In the mAs test, percentage average error of ± 20% was measured. There was no problem raised since it meets the all inspection standards of the diagnosis x-ray generator. In the qualitative evaluation, most of the opinions are that it has a clinical value for the foot pedal switch in the diagnosis x-ray radiography system. Therefore, developing the foot pedal switch for the diagnosis x-ray radiography system can improve effectively the rapidity and accuracy of the radiologic technologist work. In addition, it is effective in decreasing the x-ray exposure of patients and increasing satisfaction for the medical service due to reduction of retaking x-ray.

      • Observation of tunable bandpass characteristics in a hollow-optical-fiber-microstructured-fiber composite structure using bend-loss edge-shift effects

        <P>Two optical fibers with different types of air-hole imbedded structures were serially concatenated to provide novel transmission characteristics. Bending sensitive shifts of the fundamental mode cutoff in a hollow optical fiber and a hexagonal microstructured holey fiber were found to be in opposite directions, which defines a new window with flexible tuning of the center wavelength and the bandwidth of transmission by independent bending radii control of the fibers. The concatenated composite structure provided useful optical transmission window management ranging from 400 to 1700 nm along with a tunable pass bandwidth of 300-1000 nm and a sideband rejection efficiency better than 20 dB.</P>

        <P>We report a type of hybrid optical fiber created by filling the central hole of a silica hollow optical fiber (HOF) with an organic polymer to serve as the core. After suitable curing of the polymer filling of the HOF, a self-assembled one-dimensional polymer-air periodic structure was created without the need for an amplitude mask. This acts as a long-period fiber grating device with an axial refractive index modulation. Details of the fabrication method for the hybrid fiber grating and its transmission spectra analysis are reported.</P>

        <P>We report on an ultracompact fiber optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) using a novel concatenated structure, single-mode-fiber (SMF)-hollow optical fiber (HOF)-SMF. An optimized air-hole size in the HOF provided two unique optical paths; the leaky waveguide modes through the central air hole and the radiation channel into the silica cladding, which enabled a compact MZI configuration with enhanced optical performances, such as high visibility, high temperature sensitivity, and wide dynamic range.</P>
