Vol.0 No.47

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of Nordic walking (NW) and normal walking after 8weeks of NW training.. Nine subjects participated. The results were as follows. First, NW showed larger ankle joint range of motion and maximum plantarflexion moment than normal walking. Second, NW showed smaller percentage of knee joint range of motion compared to normal walking. Third, NW showed larger percentage of hip joint range of motion and smaller maximum extension moment than normal walking. This study found that NW reduced the range of motion in the knee and prompted more usage of ankle and hip joint compared to normal walking. Thus NW can be suggested as a good gait exercise for subjects with lower limb joints problem.

행군 시 발보장구 착용이 지면반력에 미치는 영향

        김로빈(Ro Bin Kim),조영재(Young Jae Cho) 한국사회체육학회 2009 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.37

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of customized foot orthotics during march in combat boots. Four volunteers with normal foot and six volunteers with excessive pronation foot among soldiers on service were fitted with foot orthotics. The Ground reaction forces signal from activity of Pre-After military marching. The marching was performed with a speed of 4.5 km/h. The experiment design for research wes composed two experimentation. The first experiment was to examine the ground reaction forces between normal foot and excessive pronator foot during march. The second experiment was to examine the ground reaction forces between wearing orthotics and no wearing orthotics. These data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA method and paired T-test method of SPSS(windows version 15.0). The result of the study were the maximum vertical impact peak and the maximum vertical loading rate on pronator foot tend to statistically significant increase after march. But the maximum vertical impact peak and the maximum vertical loading rate decrease the customized foot orthotics in volunteers with excessive pronation foot compared to volunteers with normal foot. Clinically, the application of orthotics for the soldiers with excessive pronation foot appears to keep nomal foot function and to decrease loading rate.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes in kinematic and kinetic parameters and to find biomechanical benefits of running with and without sandbags around both ankles. The subjects were nine healthy males (age: 22.78±2.22 years old, height: 177.34 ± 3.75cm, weight: 72.52 ± 7.61kg). The subjects ran at the speed of 2.0m/s and 3.0m/s with and without sandbags around their ankles. The data were collected by using VICON with 8 cameras to analyze kinematic variables with 200Hz and force platform to analyze kinetic variables with 2000Hz. The results of this study were as follows. First, when speed in creased the range of motion increased at the ankle joint and hip joint without the sandbags. With the sandbags the range of motion increased at the knee joint at both speed, and the range of motion at the hip joint increased only when running 3m/s. Second, the moment of lower limb joint increased and the size of plantar flexion of the ankle and flexion moment of the knee and hip joint increased with and without sandbags with speed. The plantar flexion of the ankle increased when running 2m/s with the sandbags. The flexion moment of the knee increase d when running 3m/s. Third, the absorption power of ankles, knees, and hip joint increased with speed increase and the absorption power of the knee joint increased at 2m/s and 3m/s with the sandbags. Forth, the generation power of the ankles, knees, and hip joint increased with speed with and without sandbags. The generation power increased at all joints with the sandbag and when running 3m/s.

        김로빈(Ro Bin Kim),조준행(Joon Haeng Cho) 한국사회체육학회 2011 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.44

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of Nordic walking(NW) and normal walking in kinetic analysis. Ten subjects participated. Force plate was used to obtain the data during support phase of right leg. The results were as follows. First, NW showed larger propulsion force than normal walking. Second, NW showed larger medial GRF but smaller lateral GRF and longer GRF time compared to normal walking. Third, NW showed larger 3rd vertical GRF but smaller 2nd and 3rd loading rate than normal walking. Fourth, NW showed better medial-lateral stability than normal walking. These results shows that nordic walking was more efficient and stable than more walking during gait. Therefore NW can be suggested as a good gait exercise not only for normal people but also for someone who has functional impairment in the lower extremity.

        김로빈(Ro Bin Kim),이한우(Han Woo Lee) 한국사회체육학회 2010 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.42

The purpose of this study was to examine the learning effect of transformed self-control feedback. The test subjects were 40 middle school male students who had no information about the purpose of this study. The test subjects constituted a transformed self-control feedback group(10 self-controlled students and 10 yoked students) and a general self-control feedback group(10 self-controlled students and 10 yoked students). The task used in this research was aerial pass for accuracy which is one of the soccer skill tests for Crews(1968). On the first day, subjects were given pilot test. There were no differences in pass skill between two groups(transformed and general group) after analysing the data collected during the pilot tests. The data analysis of acquisition phase and retention tests were carried out under 2(self-control form)×2(feedback group)×5(block) or 2(self-control form)×2(feedback group)×2(block) factorial design with repeated measures on last factor. The following results were reached by analysing the test data. (a) transformed self-control groups were more effective than general self-control groups at acquisition phase. (b) according to retention phase` interaction of self-control form×feedback, self control feedback group were more effective than yoked group at transform condition whereas, there was no significant between two groups at general condition. conclusively, this study shows that, the transformed self-control feedback group performed the best on the soccer pass skill task.
