        음식물류폐기물 공공 자원화시설 운영에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ)

        본 연구는 음식물류폐기물 공공 자원화 시설 운영의 문제점과 제도 개선방안을 위하여 실시하였다. 현재 운영중인 음식물류 폐기물의 가동율 현황과 자원화 시설의 확충 계획에 대한 분석을 통해 시설의 무분별한 신규건설로 인한 국가의 예산이 낭비되지 않도록 그 대안을 제시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 공공 자원화시설 신규 확충보다는 기존 민간 자원화시설을 활용하여 예산을 절약하고 음식물류 폐기물의 안정적인 처리는 물론 자원순환을 촉진시킬 수 있는 정책전환이 필요하다. 음식물류 폐기물을 친환경적인 방법으로 안정적으로 처리하기 위해서는 제도개선이 필요하며, 이를 위해 민간 자원화시설 가동률 저하를 줄일 수 있는 준공영제 도입이 필요하다. 또한, 공공 자원화시설의 검증된 기술과 경제성 확보 방안 마련이 필요하다. This study is conducted to find out the problems of the public food waste recycling facility operation and its improvement. In order to save the national budget by analyzing plans to expand including operation rate for the food waste recycling facility, the alternative ways are suggested. The result can be as follows: Policy switch is required not only to save budget and stable disposal of food waste but also to promote resource recycling rather than expanding public facilities. In order to change the policy for stable and eco-friendly disposal of food waste, it is necessary to adopt semipublic system that prevent the decline of the rate of operation of private resource recycling facility. Furthermore, it is required to prepare both qualified technologies of public resource recycling and the ways of profitability secure.

        다공성 실리콘위에 rf-스퍼터링법으로 증착된 ITO 박막의 구조적 물리적 특성

        Transparent conducting indium tin oxide (ITO) films are deposited by rf-sputtering at a constant power of 400W in Ar atmosphere on the porous silicon (PS) layers anodized on p-type (100) Si wafers. At three successive stages of deposition for 10, 20 and 30 min. respectively, the growth of ITO on PS is thoroughly investigated by AFM, SEM and XRD techniques. The features of growth on other substrates like single crystal p-type (100) silicon, quartz and glass are also taken into consideration. The influence of ITO microstructure on the porous silicon interface is correlated with the electrical and luminescent behavior of the resulting heterojunction diode structure.

      • 데스크탑 마이크로 성형시스템의 가진성형에 따른 동특성 연구

        In this study, a desktop forming system which enables hydro dynamic bearing forming was developed. It consists of power train system, frequency forming system, manufactured Die-set, and controller of desktop forming system. The desktop micro forming system is focused on a higher load capacity and a shorter forming time than conventional system. Therefore it was designed for power train capability and load condition of Ball Screw. Moreover, a Piezo actuator was installed to make accurate machining possible, however, the Piezo actuator generate noise and vibration. Thus we performed the analysis of dynamic characteristics through the experiment about developed system in order to reduce such problems and discuss the alternative methods.

      • 原電에서 부하추종이 BTRS에 미치는 영향

        With the growing need of the country's electrical energy from nuclear power generation, the technical importance on the load following has been widely recognized. The load following is being executed by two modes, Boron Regeneration System(BRS) and Boron Thermal Regeneration System(BTRS). Especially, the function of BTRS is solely relied on the efficient use of Boration/dilution in strongly basic resin bed. Therefore, the most influential factors to be investigated in load following operation is to determine the effect of boron concentration in burn-up reactivity and to find the way how to improve the BTRS in order for reusing all the reactor cooling water contaminated by radioactive wastes. This study is mainly devoted to the following purposes : (1) Evaluation of operation data in nuclear power plant about the relation of burn-up reactivity and boron dilution/ boration in BTRS. (2) Diagnostic suggestion on the solving problems in operation of Demineralizer(exchange resin bed).

      • 탄소섬유 프리프레그 외부 표면 적층방법에 따른 하이브리드 샤프트 진동특성

        Studies on carbon fiber epoxy composite is being conducted broadly in industries because of its specific stiffness, specific strength and good fatigue resistance. Because carbon fiber epoxy composite has high vibration characteristics, if existing metal material is alternated by carbon fiber epoxy composite, structure will be low weight, satisfy 1st bending natural frequency and have high fatigue resistance. In this study, research on to manufacture hybrid propeller-shaft using carbon fiber epoxy composite instead of current steel propeller shaft of rear wheel drive vehicle. For this, change of 1st bending natural frequency by the number of layers of carbon fiber epoxy composite on the outer surface of aluminum shaft was observed. Compared the change of 1st bending natural frequency by FEA with computer simulation and vibration test. Through this, the amount of increase in 1st bending natural frequency of hybrid shaft by the increase in number of layers of carbon fiber epoxy composite and high vibration characteristics of hybrid shaft was acknowledged.

        In this paper, gear system for Micro-press actuator parts is developed. The micro-press system consists of AC geared servo motor, gear system and high precision ball screw. Herein, the micro-press gear system not only forms the micro thin foil valve but also forms the hydro dynamic bearing for a high precision rotational equipment. we analyzed the transmitted power capacity of gear system and torque, angular velocity of ball screw, because we are to select the appropriate servo motor and then we apply result of analysis to the micro press system. For the next step, we plan to study for the development of forming speed for a productivity with high precision.

      • Pyridine 촉매하의 Cyclohexene의 Ozonolysis

        Terminally functionalized molecules are essential building block for the formation of polymers by polycondensation reactions. It is the major goal of this research to establish new routes for the preparation of such molecules by selective oxidation reaction of cyclohexene, using ozone as an oxydizing agent. To this purpose, it has been explored, whether the usual course of the ozonolysis of olefins can be modified with the help of specific catalyst in order to introduce the desired functional groups. In particular, the ozonolysis of cyclohexene in hydrocarbon solvents and in the presence of pyridine has been tested with the goal of preparing molecules containing one aldehyde and one carboxylic acid group. Ozonolysis of cyclohexene in hydrocarbon solvents such as methylene chloride and pentane can be guided by catalysis with pyridine, such that the reactions afford desired molecules. In this manner, pyridine catalized ozone oxidation converted cyclohexene into the corresponding 6-oxohexanoic acid(45.87%), adipaldehyde(14.68%), and polymeric ozonide(39.45%), via the ω-formyl carbonyl oxides in CH₂Cl₂at 0℃.

      • Al-Cu-Mg合金의 時效析出에 미치는 豫備時效의 影響

        The influences of preageing on age-precipitation in Al-2.02t% Cu-1.1wt% Mg alloy have been investigated by means of measurements of hardness, tensile strength and electrical resistivity and transmission electron microscopy. The results obtained are summarized as follows. The two-step aged alloy is more age-hardenable than the onestep aged alloy in early stage of ageing. It is because of the formation and growth of solute atom cluster and GPB zones. The maximum hardness and strength of the alloy aged 200℃ is obtained by preaged at 100℃. It is because of fine and dense distribution of S'metastable phase. The hardness and strength are remarkably decreased with sufficient ageing time after preageing at room temperature and 170℃. It is because of the formation and coarsening of S'metastable phase by the preageing.

        In this paper, a simple 2-D.O.F. planar motion model is proposed in order to analyze the snake motion of a cross head assembly of a Multi-axis micro milling machine (M4) for BT-factory, that is travelling on linear guide. In the proposed mathematical model, the friction between head and guide ways is neglected, and also the support structures including the linear guides of M4 are assumed to be rigid. The equations of motion of the proposed model are derived and successfully solved to determine vibration responses of a cross head assembly due to some applied traction forces.
