대학생의 내·외적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로포부, 진로결정수준 간의 구조적 관계 분석 = (A) structural analysis of relations among inner and outer career barrier, career decision making self-efficacy, career aspiration and career decision status for college student

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학생의 내․외적 진로장벽이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로포부를 매개하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 서울․경기지역, 충청지역, 전라지역, 경상지역별로 각각 4년제 대학을 선발하여 총 787명의 데이터가 수집되었다. 연구도구는 진로결정수준, 외적 진로장벽, 내적 진로장벽, 진로포부, 진로결정 자기효능감를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 이용해 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 진로결정수준에 부적인 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예상했던 내․외적 진로장벽은 내적 진로장벽만이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로포부를 매개하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내적 진로장벽이 진로결정 자기효능감에 부적인 영향을 미치고, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로포부에 정적인 영향, 진로포부는 진로결정수준에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 내적 진로장벽을 지각할수록 진로결정 자기효능감은 낮아지고, 더불어 진로포부가 낮아진 상태에서 진로결정수준은 높아지는 것을 의미한다.
둘째, 진로장벽은 같은 진로발달 단계에 처해 있더라도 개인이 지각하는 결정의 시급성이나 심각성에 따라 지각하는 정도에 차이가 있을 것이라 예상하였으나, 내․외적 진로장벽이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로포부를 매개하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 구조적 관계모형은 학년에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze a structural relations which occur when college students' inner and outer career barrier impacts on career decision status through the mediating variables of career decision making self-efficacy and career aspiration. The data of 787 college students subjects were collected for the study. The measuring tools were Career Decision Status, Outer Career Barriers, Inner Career Barriers, Career Aspiration, and Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy. The collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM).
The findings of the study were as follows. First, results showed that only inner career barriers affect career decision status through the mediating variables of career decision making self-efficacyand career aspiration among outer and inner career barriers anticipated to give negative impact on level of career decision making. Inner career barriers affect career decision making self-efficacy negatively, and career decision making self-efficacy gives positive impact on career aspiration, and career aspiration affects career decision status negatively. In other words, the more aware of inner career barriers, the lower career decision making self-efficacy. This means that if career aspiration goes down, career decision status will ascend.
Second, it was hypothesized that level of awareness of career barriers might indicate differences of personally recognized urgency or seriousness of decision making, but there were no differences in the structural relations that inner and outer career barriers affect career decision status through the mediating variables of career decision making self-efficacy and career aspiration among different graders of college.
