항공사 조직건강이 조직몰입에 미치는 구조적 영향분석 -직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로- = A Study on the impact of Organizational Health on the Organizational Commitment of Airline Employees -Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of organizational health on organizational commitment in the airline companies, and the mediating effects of job satisfaction between the organizational health and organizational commitment. The survey data was collected from ground staff employees of airlines working at an airport in Korea. The collected data were analyzed statistically through Structural Equation Model(SEM) with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 19.0. The results are as follows. First, Organizational health has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction has a positively significant impact on organizational commitment. Third, organizational health also has a statistical influence on organizational commitment. Accordingly, job satisfaction in relationship with organizational health and organizational commitment had the role of partial mediating effect. These results suggest that organizational health is an important factor in improving the organizational commitment of airline staffs.
