Second, the teachers' job satisfaction showed some significant difference according to gender and career. But it showed a significant difference as each school. The job satisfaction of teachers in charge of a department was higher than those who were not. Especially they expressed the highest satisfaction in the responsibilities of their duties and teaching, but the lowest in the lowest to the remuneration system.
Third, the school organizational health and teachers' job satisfaction in middle school had a very close relation. Schools were classified into three group(high, mid, low) according to the degree of organizational health, and was examined through data processing to show its relationship with the degree of job satisfaction. with high organizational health in middle school was high. Therefore, it suggests that the higher organizational health, the higher Teachers' job satisfaction.
