상담자 발달수준, 마음챙김 및 역전이 관리능력과의 관계 = The relationship among counselors` level of development, mindfulness and countertransference management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of counselors` mindfulness in the relationship between their level of development and countertransference management. This study also examined how counselors` level of development and mindfulness affected countertransference management. Data were collected from 214 counselors with individual counseling experiences. The results were as follows. Firstly, counselors` level of development, mindfulness, and countertransference management were all positively and significantly correlated. Secondly, mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between counselors` level of development and countertransference management. Thirdly, case conceptualization and counseling skills among sub-factors of counselors` level of development, and present- moment awareness among sub-factors of mindfulness significantly affected countertransference management. These findings may provide useful resources on the types of efforts counselors should exert when attempting to positively use their internal emotions towards clients and control their countertransference.
