상담자 지혜와 발달수준간의 관계에서 마음챙김과 사례개념화의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 지혜가 발달수준에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 마음챙김 및 사례개념화의 매개효과를 살펴보고 그 경로에 대해 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위하여 개인상담 경험이 있는 상담자 274명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였으며, 측정도구로는 상담자 전문적 특성 질문지, 마음챙김 척도, 지혜 척도, 상담자 사례개념화 자가평가 척도, 상담자 발달수준 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 자료의 전반적인 기술통계량을 분석하기 위해서 평균과 표준편차를 포함한 기술통계치와 모델 검증에 앞서 연구모형을 구성하는 주요 변인들간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 SPSS 17.0을 사용하였고, 매개모형을 검증하기 위해서 AMOS 7.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선, 구조모형을 분석하기에 앞서 지혜와 상담자 사례개념화, 마음챙김, 발달수준 변인들 간의 관련성을 검증하였는데 모든 변인들 간에는 높은 관련성이 있었다. 다음으로 측정의 적절성을 살펴보기 위해 확인적 요인분석 결과 적합도는 TLI .947, CFI .955, RMSEA .068로 양호한 적합도를 나타내었다. 따라서 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 경로분석을 실시하였는데, 지혜가 발달수준에 미치는 영향력을 마음챙김과 사례개념화의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 부분매개모형과 완전매개모형을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 부분매개모형의 적합도가 더 양호하게 나타났다. 이어서 부분매개모형의 분석을 통해 유의한 차이에 의해 순차적 부분매개모형이 순차적 완전매개모형보다 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
마지막으로 좀 더 적합한 모형으로 선택된 순차적 부분매개모형을 경쟁모형 1로, 상담자의 지혜와 마음챙김 간의 공분산을 설정하여 사례개념화를 매개로 발달수준에 영향을 미친다는 경쟁모형 2를 비교하였다. 그 결과 두 모형은 적합도가 같은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 최종모형의 선정은 이론적 근거에 따라 상담자 지혜는 마음챙김이라는 특질 및 기술을 통해 사례개념화의 인지적 과정을 거쳐 발달수준에 영향을 주는 순차적 부분매개모형을 채택하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 상담자의 지혜발달을 촉진시키는 마음챙김이라는 기술과 특질을 통해 상담전략을 구상하는 인지적인 기능의 사례개념화의 매개효과를 알아봄으로써 숙련된 상담자로 성장하기 위한 발달 및 교육에 유용한 기초자료가 될 수 있다.
끝으로, 본 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계 및 후속연구에 대한 제안을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate mediating role of counselor's Mindfulness and case conceptualization between counselor's wisdom and development level and the mechanism, if it does.
The subjects of this study are 274 counselor's having personal counseling experiences. The instruments used. For this study were professional characteristic Questionnaire, Mindfulness Scale(Park, 2006), Korean wisdom Scale(Lee, 2008), Self-report case conceptualization scale(Seo, 2008) and Korean counselor Development Level Questionnaire(Shim, 1998). In analyzing data, this study employed statistical term and methods such as descriptive statistics, corelation analysis, Cronbach's alpha, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), simultaneous factor analysis and the structural equation model(SEM), SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 5.0 program.
This study the summary of the results are as follows. First, the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling to validate the relevance between variables were previously, there appeared significant high positive correlations among counselor's wisdom, case conceptualization, Mindfulness, and Development Level. Next, to examine the adequacy of the measurement and then those factors indicated the reasonable fit index such as TLI .947, CFI .955, RMSEA .068 by confirmatory factor analysis. Thus, in path analysis by structural equation model, mediating role of counselor's Mindfulness and case conceptualization between counselor's wisdom and development level to verify the partial mediation model and complete mediation model were compared. As a results, far more partial mediation model effects than did the complete mediation model. Then according to the result of partial mediating model analysis, the partial mediating model of arrangement in due order was more suitable than the complete mediating model of arrangement in due order. It was statistically significant.
Finally, partial mediation model of arrangement in due order has been selected as the competing models 1, covariance between counselor's wisdom and Mindfulness by setting the case conceptualization mediates affects on the development level called competing models 2. As a results, two competing models indicated the same fit.
Therefore, a comparison of the two competing models, the partial mediating model of arrangement in due order(competing models 1) was adopted. There was mediator effect of counselor's skill and traits of Mindfulness and case conceptualization of cognitive function on the relation between counselor's wisdom and development level.
The results of this study shows mediating effect of case conceptualization and Mindfulness which develop counselors' wisdom on counseling strategy. It will be a preliminary data for counselors' education.
Lastly, we considered the meaning of this study, limitation and suggested for the further study.
