대학생의 진로정체감, 자기결정성, 진로의식성숙 및 진로준비행동 간의 관계 = The Relationship of Career Identity and Career Preparation Behavior of University Students: themediating Effects of Self-determination and Career Maturity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로정체감, 자기결정성, 진로의식성숙, 그리고 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고, 자기결정성과 진로의식성숙의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 충북에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 214명이며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로정체감, 자기결정성, 진로의식성숙, 진로준비행동의 관계 를 설명하는 최종모형의 적합도는 χ²=83.291, df=30, ρ=.000, RMSEA는 .078, GFI는 .930, TLI는 .901로 모두 기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로정체 감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에 자기결정성과 진로의식성숙이 매개 효과를 가지는 완전매개모형으로 나타났다. 즉 진로정체감이 진로준비행동에 직 접적인 영향을 미치면서 자기결정성과 진로의식성숙을 통한 간접적인 영향도 있을 것이라는 가설적 모형과는 달리 자기결정성과 진로의식성숙이 매개변수로 투입되면서 진로정체감의 직접적 효과는 없어지고, 자기결정성과 진로의식성숙을 통한 간접적 효과만 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 진로준비행동을 증진시키기 위해서는 진로정체감을 형성시킨 후 이를 통해 자기결정성과 진로의식 성숙을 발달시킬 수 있는 장기적이고 체계적인 진로 프로그램을 고안해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were to investigate relations among the variables of university students career identity, career preparation behavior, self-determination, career maturity and to examine the mediating effects of self-determination, career maturity. Subjects of the study were 214 university students in the Chungbuk province. AMOS 20.0 was employed to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, a hypothetical model was fitted to the empirical data(χ2=83.291, df=30, p=.000, RMSEA=.078, GFI=.930, TLI= .901). Second, it was found university students self-determination, career maturity were all meditating factors in the relationship between career identity and career preparation behavior. Therefore to maximize university students career preparation behavior it is needed to promote career identity, self-determination and career maturity
