중학생의 애착과 인터넷 중독성향간의 관계: 외로움의 매개효과 = The Relationship between Attachment and Internet Addiction of Middle school students: Mediating effects of loneliness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 애착불안, 애착회피, 외로움, 인터넷 중독의 관계를 살펴보고, 애착불안과 애착회피가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 확인하며, 외로움의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 서울과 경기지역 중학생 총 428명이였으며, 인터넷 중독 척도, 청소년 애착 척도, 외로움 척도를 각각 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술 통계 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 구조방정식 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안, 애착회피, 외로움, 인터넷 중독 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 변인들과의 관계는 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안, 애착회피, 외로움, 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 애착불안은 인터넷 중독에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 애착회피는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착불안, 애착회피, 외로움, 인터넷 중독의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과를 알아본 결과, 애착불안과 인터넷 중독, 애착회피와 인터넷 중독 사이에서 외로움이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 중학생들의 불안정한 애착과 인터넷 중독의 관계에서 외로움이 강력한 변인임을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 관하여 논의하였다.

This study was designed to investigate the relationship between attachment, internet addiction, loneliness of middle school students and to examine whether loneliness would mediate in the relationship between attachment and internet addiction. For this study, 428 male and female middle school students were recruited. The date was collected by conducting The date was collected by conducting attachment, internet addiction, loneliness scale respectively and was analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation analysis. The result were as follows: First, there was significant positive correlation among variables such as attachment, internet addiction, loneliness. Second, attachment anxiety significantly effects to internet addiction. an attachment avoidance not significantly effects to internet addiction. loneliness significantly effects to internet addiction. Third, attachment anxiety, internet addiction were partial mediated by loneliness. and attachment avoidance, internet addiction were complete mediated by loneliness. The study demonstrated loneliness is strong factor that effect to internet addiction. Based on this study, we discussed about implication and limitation of origin study of this subject.
