놀이치료자의 자아탄력성과 역전이 관리능력 = The Ego-resiliency and the Counter-transference Management Ability of the Playtherapist

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the ego-resiliency and the counter-transference management ability of the playtherapist. The subjects of this study were 133 playtherapists who are doing counselling with children. Data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, t-test, correlation, and canonical correlation, using SAS(ver. 9.1)program. The results showed that the ego-resiliency of the playtherapist depends on the frequency of education analysis. This study also found that playtherapists who had more experience of cases and supervisions have higher counter-transference management ability. It has been shown that the ego-resiliency of the playtherapist has a correlation with all subfactors of the counter-transference management ability except self-insight. Among ego-resiliency, the confidence is the most predictable subfactor for the anxiety management which is one of counter-transference management ability of the playtherapist.
