대학생의 소명과 진로태도성숙과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감 및 일희망의 매개효과 = Exploring the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy and work hope in the relationship between calling and career attitude maturity among college students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined the relation of calling and career attitude maturity, and tested the hypothesis that these relations would be mediated by career decision-making self-efficacy(CDSE) and work hope respectively. A sample of 493 college students at Seoul completed the Korean version of Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ-K), Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Short Form(CDMSE-SF), Work Hope Scale(WHS), and Career Attitude Maturity Inventory(CAMI). The results from hierarchical multiple regression analyses supported the hypothesis showing that both CDSE and work hope partially mediated the relationship of calling and career attitude maturity. Implications for future research and practice were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 성숙한 진로 결정으로 이끄는 진로 관련 가치 중의 하나로 주목 받기 시작한 소명이 진로태도성숙과 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보았다. 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 진로결정자기효능감과 일희망이 소명과 진로태도성숙 간의 관계를 어떻게 매개하는지 검증하였다. 서울 소재 4년제 대학교 남녀 대학생 493명을 대상으로 소명 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도-단축형, 일희망 척도, 진로태도성숙척도를 포함하는 설문지를 실시하여 Baron과 Kenny의 회귀분석을 이용한 매개효과 검증을 하였다. 연구 결과, 소명과 진로태도성숙 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 일희망이 매개효과를 나타내었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 진로 상담에 대한 실제적인 제언과 더불어 추후 연구를 위해 논의하였다.
