대학생의 불안과 진로자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 불안과 진로자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재하는 대학생 372명을 대상으로 불안, 진로자기효능감, 진로준비행동을 측정하였다. 자료처리방식은 상관관계 분석, 입력방법(ENTER)의 중다회귀분석, 단계적(STEPWISE) 중다회귀분석 등을 사용하였다. 대학생의 불안과 진로자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 상대적인 영향력을 살펴본 결과 진로자기효능감의 하위변인인 계획수립, 목표설정, 상태불안이 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 특성불안은 진로자기효능감과 함께 진로준비행동에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of anxiety and career self-efficacy on career preparation behavior. A survey of 372 university students in Busan has been conducted. To analyze the data, a multiple regression and stepwisel regression analysis were conducted.
According to the analysis, the results of the study can be summarized as follows.
Career self-efficacy of the students closely correlates with career preparation behavior; especially planning which is a sub factor of career self-efficacy has a statistical effect on career preparation behavior. While state anxiety directly affects on career preparation behavior, trait anxiety affects on career preparation behavior with career self-efficacy.
In this study, by clarifying the anxiety and career self-efficacy of university students may affect on career preparation behavior, at the same time, it would help to improve and encourage the career preparation behavior of the students.
