컨설팅장학에 대한 교육전문직의 인식 및 개선방안 탐색

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine school supervisors' perception about the basic principles of consulting supervision and its improvement strategies. 1,042 senior and junior supervisors in Korea were the subjects for the online questionnaire that consisted of 23 items.
The findings of the survey on consulting supervision were as follows: First, systematic training and education on consulting supervision should be provided for principals, assistant principals, senior teachers and teachers. Second, the best educational environments and requirements for consulting supervision were allowed to every supervisor, because they mastered the principles and procedures of consulting supervision. Third, the local educational authorities should prepare for the administrative and financial support required to train excellent consultants, and set up a consultant certification and renewal system on a short-term or long-term basis. Fourth, an alternative strategy linking consulting supervision to the would-be master teacher system should be considered, since fostering excellent consultants is crucial for successful consulting supervision.
