대학생의 취업불안에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 구조적 관계 분석 = Analysis of Structural Relationships Among Predictors of Employment Anxiety of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 취업불안에 영향을 미치는 네 가지 심리ㆍ사회적 변인들(부모양육태도, 강요된 사회비교, 비합리적 신념, 지각된 진로장벽) 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 부산지역에 소재한 4개 종합대학의 3, 4학년 학생 900명을 대상으로 설문을 하였으며, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 가설모형이 경쟁모형에 비해 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 가설모형에 나타난 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모양육태도는 취업불안에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 비합리적 신념을 매개하여 취업불안에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 부모양육태도는 비합리적 신념과 지각된 진로장벽이 순차적으로 매개하여 취업불안에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 강요된 사회비교는 취업불안에 직접적인 영향은 미치지만, 비합리적 신념과 지각된 진로장벽이 매개하여 취업불안에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 셋째, 비합리적 신념은 취업불안에 직접적인 영향을 미치거나, 지각된 진로장벽을 매개하여 취업불안에 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 부모양육태도, 강요된 사회비교, 비합리적 신념 및 지각된 진로장벽은 취업불안 총 변량의 51%를 설명하였다. 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언들을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the impact of four psychosocial variables (parenting attitudes, forced social comparison, irrational beliefs, and perceived career barriers) on employment anxiety of college students. A total of 900 participants in 3th and 4th grades from four large universities in Busan. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that a hypothesized model produced a better fit to the data than a comparative structural model. The hypothesized model shows the following results: First, parenting attitudes had an impact on employment anxiety not only directly but also either just through irrational beliefs or through both irrational beliefs and perceived career barriers in sequence. Second, forced social comparison had an impact on employment anxiety only directly, but not through irrational beliefs or perceived career barriers. Third, irrational beliefs had an impact on employment anxiety both directly and through perceived career barriers. Finally, parenting attitudes, forced social comparison, irrational beliefs, and perceived career barriers accounted for 51% of the variance of employment anxiety. Limitations of this study and implications for future studies were discussed.
