Although the enormous job programs critically emerged on and off campus to boost students into labor market for the higher employment rate, as a matter of fact, the lack of practical advice and professional counseling to resolve the anxiety given from future unemployment is remarkable in reality. Most of senior student, who expect to leave out of the school sooner or later, has this great nervousness, at the same time looking forward to find a job by the time, or even before when they graduate. Therewould be considered as unhappy person if not employed, and it is true that most students consider 'decent job' only working for their future.
Thus, this study was conducted for expected graduates in 4 year university by researching what causes of their stress and standards of choosing job, finally analyzing correlation between the employment insecurity and the standard of selecting workplace.
Further, the main goal of this study is to release their stress about job and help out having the ability of choosing the right job for their own by specialized career counseling and providing data base.
To achieve my goal, I set 7 factors, which includes of; shortage of competence, lack of qualification and ability, hardship of decision making, others expectation, decreased labormarket, lack of company information, shortage of hired chance to give students in great anxiety, and potentiality, safety, business vision, group culture, job environment and benefit, reputation, incentive, acknowledgement and fame are such factors for selecting of workplace.

Total numbers of 750 students were offered to take this survey and 600 were in return, which approximately 80%. Excluded all the inappropriate answered and other wrongfully case, the total numbers of participants were 578.
The data handled using by SPSSWIN 12.0 program frequencyanalysis, one way anova, t test, correlation and other miscellaneous measurement, and the result is as following:
First, as part of proven result if the stress about job affects to choosing a job criteria among expected university graduates, the gender difference was mere on account of lack of ability finding job, hardship tomake decision, decreased labor market, shortage of job information, and female students shown high average against all factors. There was only a difference in lack of job information by different major, for example, students studying Arts is more likely to possess higher stress. By different age, the younger shown the high anxiety in difficulty decision making and decreased labor market. The availability of job counseling tells mere difference only in lack of ability finding job and lack of company information.
Second, as part of proven result if the stress about job affects to choosing a job criteria among expected university graduates, there was differences in potential and job security, company vision and group culture, environment and incentive, acknowledgement and fame by different gender, and female students scored high average than male students. It appeared to be similar a study by major; company vision and group culture, environment and fame. And company vision and group culture, working condition and incentive by age. The availability of experience was cancelled.
Third, as part of proven result if the stress about job affects to choosing a job criteria among expected university graduates, the inner factor and the external factor both appeared significant differences.
Fourth, there was a significant correlation between the stress caused by employment and the standard when choosing a company and all seven factors causing stress could be adapted, especially for the higher relationship among the potentiality and job security.
To be concluded, the employment insecurity and standard of selecting workplace could be varying depending on the personal trait whereby showing inclined selection of strong relationship between the employment insecurity and standard of selecting workplace. In the future, there should be more study and diverse research about the stress from potential unemployment, and high quality/quantity of various advice and education are mandatory, and overall a lot more sort of relating objects should be studied and conducted than now.
