대학 무용(학)과 현장연계수업의 필요성에 대한 실태 조사 = A Research of Necessary Between Undergraduate Dance Program and Connection System of Real Field

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the current society has seen the diversification in the 21st century of the remarkable transition period, jobs have been specified and professionalized further. Under the circumstance, more wide ranges of knowledge and technology have been required. In addition, in order to determine a proper career, it is necessary to come up with a foundation necessary to investigate precise information on jobs and understand one's aptitude and ability.
According to the survey results of this study, when educational curriculum is to be specified in various areas, and when students are given opportunities to experience a field practice, the curriculum and opportunities will give a lot of aids students in determining their career after graduation from their school, and are found to be ones many students want. This study suggests that educational curriculums in Korea should be efficiently performed, and that like other departments, the department of dancing urgently needs the introduction of a field practice system. Therefore, this researcher proposes that a center supporting dancing performance art be operated in a national dimension. It is considered that when students are given chances to receive field practices associated with universities, and when various teams such as costumes lending and production team, make-up team, planning and support team, stage support team, are created in the center to cultivate professional human resources related to dancing, the dancing circle will be developed further, will be improved in qualitative and quantitative levels and will increasingly contribute to society.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 사회는 다변화의 대전환기인 21세기에 접어들면서 직업과 일이 점점 세분화, 전문화됨에 따라 보다 폭넓은 지식과 기술이 요구되며, 적합한 진로를 결정하기 위해서는 직업에 대한 정확한 정보와 자신들의 적성과 능력을 파악하기 위한 기반이 마련되어야 할 필요성이 있다.
본 연구에서 조사한 결과를 종합해보면 다양한 분야로 교육과정의 세분화가 이루어지고, 전공과 관련된 현장연계수업의 기회가 주어진다면 졸업 후 진로결정에 있어 많은 도움이 될 것이며, 또한 많은 학생들이 원하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 우리나라의 교육과정이 좀 더 효율적으로 이루어져야 함을 시사하며, 이미 타 전공분야에서 현장실습을 하고 있듯이 무용(학)과에서의 현장실습제도의 도입이 시급하다고 사료된다. 이에 본 연구자는 국가적 차원에서의 무용공연예술을 지원해 줄 수 있는 기관을 운영할 것을 제안하는 바이다. 대학과 연계하여 현장실습을 할 수 있는 기회도 부여하고 더불어 기관 내에 의상대여 및 제작팀, 분장팀, 기획지원팀, 무대지원팀 등을 만들어 운영하여 무용 전문 인력을 양성한다면 무용계의 발전에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라 사료되며, 무용계의 질적, 양적 수준 향상과 더불어 사회적인 기여도 역시 높아질 것이다.
