문화예술교육으로서 무용교육 전문 인력양성을 위한 방안 연구 = The Research of Device to Educate Professional Human Power in Dance Education as Cultural Art Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research has a purpose on establishing foundation of dance education as a cultural art education through seeking the method of necessity to retraining dance majoring students as cultural art educators along with establishing training program of professionalists as one of cultural art policies, educating of dance educators in higher dance education organization, and establishing of professional organization to educate professional dancers in education field. This could be proceeded by exact understanding about cultural art education policy, precise present condition about dance education field as cultural art education, and comparative analysis of each nation's cultural art education policy.
Therefore, the research is conducted as following process.
First, the paper studies the cultural art policy, concept and uniqueness of dance education, and flow of dance education as cultural art education.
Second, the paper analyze a present condition of cultural art education in Korea, and that of education in the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and Russia, and also conducted comparative analysis on the purpose and performance of cultural art education inside and outside of Korea.
Third, the paper found out that cultural art education should be expanded cultural accessibility and be proper to cultural pluralism through these analysis and presents the education scheme of professional dance educators in three dimensions after discovered critical mind that education to nurture professional dance educators is required as cultural art education in various angles.
The paper presents methodology to educate professional dance educators as cultural art education as a result of the research.
First, it is CETA that Republic of Korea applies to educate cultural art education professionalists. With the result of analysis problems of the program, the program takes one year to master so that the paper proposed the method to take up timely shortage and the necessity to connect the program with universities or other education organization. In this manner, the paper introduces need to establish professional dance education organization as policy matters.
Second, the paper presents the device to educate professional dance educators in universities. Hereupon, it claims the requirement of install dance education major and administration method to amicably connect theory and practice through securing connection between departments in the curriculum operation and establishing connection with Korean Institute for Art Education.
Third, the paper presents the method to retrain professional dance educators. That is, the paper brings the need to establish retrain system to induce career conversion of dance majoring people not of professional dance educators. Therefore, the paper introduces ramification of training program for dance lecturers, and further proposes the establishment of lifelong educational organization as professional vocational organization which could conduct retrain.
In order to smoothly perform the method to educate professional dance educators as cultural art education, the following directions of dance education should be set up.
First, various approach toward dance education is required.
The current dance educations in universities are kept criticizing continually as practice-centred education. This critics shows the limitation that students majored dance can not be employed in various fields. Therefore, multiple approach should be proceed toward dance education in order to turn out professional dance educators who can perform diversified students and educational purposes stepping forward to turn our artist who can perform education on dance techniques.
Second, activation of curriculum development to perform dance education is required.
Proper curriculum development according to students is needed for acquiring diversity of dance education. That is, educational climate to suggest method for training professional dance educators is required by thinking educational methodology depending on educational purpose and period.
Third, professional organization for dance education is required.
The establishment of professional organization as cultural art education can bring research activation of dance education, and can contribute to acquire diversity of dance education through turning out professionalists. Therefore, the establishment of professional organization for dance education should be preceded.
In conclusion, training of professional human power for dance education as cultural art make it possible for dance education and dance art to be recognized as the methodology of qualitative improvement in essential human life not as simple art performance, and further can induce active participation of professional dance artists in the future.
