직무요구, 직무통제, 사회적지지가 청소년지도자의 소진에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job demand, job control, and social support on youth workers working youth facilities located in Seoul and metropolitan area. For this study, a questionnaire was distributed and collected. Total 155 youth workers responded on the questionnaire. In this study, job demand, job control, and social support were independent variables, and burn out was dependent variable. A regression analysis was conducted. The results of the present study were as follows. First, job demand and manager support had an negative effect on emotional exhaustion while job control and coworker support did positive effect on emotional exhaustion. Seconde, job control positively influenced on depersonalization whereas manager support negativerly did. Third, job control had a negative effect on reduced personal accomplishment.
