기독청소년의 사회적 지지, 신앙성숙, 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로발달 간의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship among Christian Adolescents' Social Support, Spiritual Maturity, Career Calling, Career Decision-Making, Self-Efficacy and Career Development

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships with regards to social support, spiritual maturity, career calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, career attitude maturity and career preparation behavior among Christian adolescents. Participants were 838 Christian adolescents attending churches located in D, G, U and K cities. The results of the analyses using AMOS 2.1 were as follows: First, social support for Christian adolescents had a direct effect on career calling, career decision-making self-efficacy, but did not have a direct effect on career attitude maturity and career preparation behavior. However, social support affected career attitude maturity and career preparation behavior mediated by career calling and career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, spiritual maturity had a direct effect on career calling, but a negative effect on career decision- making self-efficacy and career attitude maturity, while it had no direct effect on career preparation behavior. Spiritual maturity also affected career attitude maturity via career calling and career decision- making self-efficacy, while it affected career preparation behavior via career decision-making self-efficacy mediated partially by career calling. The results imply that it is important to provide social supports and spiritual activities that can raise the level of career calling and career decision-making self-efficacy. In particular, the findings support the importance of including specific experiences aimed at increasing career decision self-efficacy in various church activities to foster the career preparation behavior of Christian adolescents.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기독청소년의 사회적 지지, 신앙성숙, 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 4개 도시 소재 교회에 소속된 기독청소년 838명을 대상으로설문조사하고, AMOS 2.1 프로그램으로 구조모형을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독청소년의 사회적 지지는 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감에 직접 영향을 미쳤으나, 진로태도성숙과 진로준비행동에는 직접 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 사회적 지지는 진로소명, 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로태도성숙과 진로준비행동에 간접 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기독청소년의 신앙성숙은 진로소명에는정적 영향을, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로태도성숙에는 부적 영향을 미치지만, 진로준비행동에는 직접 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 신앙성숙은진로소명과 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 진로준비행동에 간접 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로소명은 진로결정자기효능감을 매개하여진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기독청소년의 긍정적인 진로발달 촉진을 위해서는 진로소명과 진로결정자기효능감의 수준을 높일 수 있는 사회적 지지와 교회 활동이 중요함을 시사한다. 특히 기독청소년의 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 신앙 활동을통한 진로소명 증진이 진로결정자기효능감으로 연결될 수 있는 구체적인 경험이 필요하다.
