그림책 읽기에서 드러난 유아의 상호텍스트적 반응 -포스트모던 그림책을 중심으로- = Young children`s intertextual responses to Postmodern picturebooks

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explores the manner in which young children make intertextual responses to postmodern picturebooks. Twenty postmodern picturebook reading sessions were video-taped during a 4 month period in a private kindergarten located in Daegu. Analyses of the data collected reveal three qualitatively different types of intertextual connections: 1) intertextuality related to literary texts 2) intertextuality related to personal lived experiences 3) intertextuality related to mass media. The unique characteristics of postmodern picturebooks play a significant role in all of the types of intertextual responses. These findings indicate that young children are able to actively draw on their knowledge of other literary texts, their own personal experiences and mass media, in their reflection of the meanings they encounter in unfamiliar picture books.
