대인관계능력이 부사관의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of family functions and the moderating effect of self-regulation skills on relations between the interpersonal abilities and job satisfaction of noncommissioned officers. Based on the previous studies and literature that reported that interpersonal abilities, one of precedence factors influencing family relations, had effects on job satisfaction, the investigator set a hypothesis and research model that family functions would play important mediating roles between the two variables. The final sample included 353 data collected from noncommissioned officers in the military in an empirical research. According to a study analyzed using SPSS 21, interpersonal abilities showed a family function and static effect relationships, family functioning also appeared to have a static effect relationships and job satisfaction. The study then tested the mediating effects of family functions partially mediated between interpersonal abilities and job satisfaction. The relationship between family function and job satisfaction was the moderating effect of self-regulation skills. Based on those findings, the study provided implications for effective interventions for the job satisfaction, interpersonal abilities, self-regulation skills, and family functions of noncommissioned officers.
