인문,사회과학편 : 중등학교 초임체육교사의 수업관과 수업지식 분석 = Analysis of secondary novice physical education teachers on view of teaching and pedagogical content knowledge

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate how secondary novice physical education teachers perceive view of teaching physical education and pedagogical content knowledge. Participants consisted of 6 secondary novice physical education teachers who were inducted as teacher within 3 years. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documents through inductive categorical technique. Results showed that secondary novice teachers perceived student interests as most important factor in teaching physical education, which influenced all stages in teaching. Also, although they applied ideal teaching to physical education, they still used teacher-centered teaching method and were in the face of difficulties due to lack of teaching experience. Secondary novice physical education teachers need a collaboration with peers and experienced teachers through mentoring program.
