자기주도적 진로탐색을 위한 의사결정 능력 향상 프로그램 개발 및 효과분석 = The Development and Effects of Career Decision Making Program for Self-Directed Career Exploration

This study has a purpose to develop self-directed career exploration program for youth and encourage rational decision-making for career choice and verify the effectiveness of the program. For the purpose of this study, text study and case study of career exploration program, previous research was performed. This program was composed of six factors such as test myth, family myth, perfection myth, decision making traps, decision making level and future time perspective. The fundamental structure of the program was fully consisted of decision making which by stage of youth career development.
This program was carried out to youth who take part in '2011 Career Exploration Consulting Camp that hosted by The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. To verify the effect of the program, one control group and one experimental group were involved.
The result was significant differences in test myth, family myth, perfection myth, decision-making trap, decision making level and future time perspective. Through the program imply that self-directed career exploration program can lower career myths and decision making traps level and enhance the ability of decision making and future time perspective. Finally, it was verified that self-directed career exploration program has effectiveness for rational career decision-making.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년이 자기주도적인 진로탐색을 위한 의사결정 능력을 향상시켜 합리적 의사결정과정을 통한 진로선택을 하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 문헌연구와 진로탐색 프로그램 사례분석, 의사결정 선행연구 분석 등의 과정을 거쳤다. 조사결과 청소년들의 의사결정을 어렵게 하는 요인들로서 진로신화와 의사결정함정 등을 확인하였다. 진로신화 중 청소년에게 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 검사신화, 가족신화, 최고성신화를 배치하였으며 의사결정함정, 의사결정능력과 미래시간전망 등 6가지 요인으로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 또한 기존의 진로탐색 프로그램들과 차별화하기 위하여 청소년의 발달단계에 맞추어 프로그램의 전 과정을 의사결정 과정으로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램은 ‘2011 진로탐색 컨설팅 프로그램에 참가한 중․고등학생에게 실시되었으며 프로그램의 효과검증을 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단을 구성하여 동질성 검증 후 2회에 걸쳐 효과를 검증하였다. 1차 효과분석 결과 일부 요인에서 명반현상이 발생하였으나 2차 효과분석 결과 6개 요인 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보여 의사결정 프로그램이 청소년의 진로신화와 의사결정함정을 낮추고 의사결정능력과 미래시간전망을 늘려줌으로써 합리적 진로의사결정능력을 높여주는 데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
