태권도 지도자의 서번트리더십이 리더신뢰 및 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of the present study is to explain the effects of taekwondo masters' servant leadership on trust in leader and exercise flow. The population was university taekwondo players registered at the Korea Taekwondo Association currently as of 2008, and data were collected from 282 subjects selected through convenient sampling from players who participated in the National University Taekwondo Competition in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk do. For the purpose of this study, we used a questionnaire, and collected data were processed using SPSS 15.0. Hypotheses were tested at significance level of p<.05 through correlation analysis, multiple regression, and simple regression. From these procedures and methods were drawn conclusions as follows. First, among the factors of servant leadership, persuasion, consideration of others, sense of community and vision provision appeared to have a significant effect on trust in leader. Second, among the factors of servant leadership, sense of community appeared to have a significant effect on exercise flow. Third, trust in leader appeared to have a significant effect on exercise flow.
