        영재교육진흥종합계획 시기별 영재교육연구 연구동향 분석

        In this study, we analyzed trends in the study of gifted education in Korea during the last 15 years from the year 2003 when the first master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education was implemented to the end of the third master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education in 2017. Total 515 research papers were collected and analyzed based on the 4 basic categories: research subject, topic, field, and method, and the results were additionally classified into sub-categories. In addition, research trends were analyzed by period from 2003 to 2007, from 2008 to 2012, and from 2013 to 2017, depending on the first, second and third master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education. The results are as follows. In 2003-2007, the research on learner was the most conducted, and the research on development of gifted education programs was accounted for more than two-thirds of research topics. Regarding research area, more than half of the research were concentrated on the mathematics and science area, and 38.5% of the research were the general area. In addition, quantitative research-nonexperimental research and research methods were most frequently used. In 2008-2012, as the teacher observation recommendation was initiated, a number of related research were carried out and the research on the general giftedness as well as the field specific giftedness was conducted. However, more than half of the research were still conducted in the mathematics and science area. Quantitative and nonexperimental research were mostly used, but the proportion of qualitative research was also increased. Finally, in 2013-2017, the research on giftedness was expanded to music, art, and invention area, and the research on teacher observation recommendation was actively conducted. In addition, the research on curriculum and instructional model were conducted from a macro perspective as well as course development and application. Based on the results, the needed research areas and contents for better education were discussed. 본 연구에서는 1차 영재교육진흥종합계획이 시행된 2003년부터 3차 영재교육진흥종합계획이 종료된 2017년까지의 최근 15년 국내 영재교육 연구동향을 시기별로 분석함으로써 영재교육진흥법 시행 이후 현재까지 이루어진 관련 연구 양상을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 분석대상 논문은 2003~2017년 간의 ‘영재교육연구’ 학술지 논문 총 515편이었으며, 연구 논문의 기본 요소인 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구영역(교과), 및 연구방법 등의 4개 대분류에 따라 일차적으로 분류하였고, 각 대분류에 따라 하위 및 세부 변인별로 분류, 분석하였다. 또한, 1차, 2차, 3차 영재교육진흥종합계획 시기에 따라 2003~2007년, 2008~2012년, 2013~2017년으로 시기를 구분하여 위의 각 분류틀에 대한 내용을 시기별로 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 2003~2007년에는 학습자 대상 연구가 집중적으로 이루어졌으며 영재교육 프로그램을 개발, 적용하는 연구가 교육과정, 프로그램 관련 주제의 2/3 이상을 차지했다. 연구영역으로는 수학 및 과학 영역이 절반 이상이었고, 영역일반 연구가 38.5% 비율로 수행되었으며, 양적연구-비실험연구 및 조사연구 방법을 활용한 연구가 가장 많았다. 2008~2012년에는 교사관찰추천제가 시작됨에 따라 관련 연구가 다수 수행되었고, 특정 분야 영재성뿐만 아니라 영역 일반적 영재성에 대한 연구도 수행되었으나, 수학 및 과학영역 연구가 여전히 높은 비율로 이루어졌다. 양적연구-비실험연구가 가장 활발히 이루어졌으나 질적연구의 비율도 증가하였다. 마지막으로 2013~2017년에는 영재성 연구 영역이 다소 확대되어 음악, 미술, 발명분야에 대한 연구가 수행되었고 교사관찰추천제 관련 연구도 활발히 수행되었다. 또한, 수업개발, 적용 뿐 아니라 거시적 관점에서 교육과정 및 수업모형 연구가 이루어졌다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 영재교육 지원을 위해 추가적으로 필요한 연구의 방향 및 내용에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

        사이버교육을 활용한 영재 선발 방법에 관한 연구

        In this study, we applied a model of gifted student selection based on learning performance to actual gifted education program and investigated and analyzed students perception of the selection model who participated in the program. In addition, we tried to find out the implication of the selection model based on learning performance through the correlation analysis among the evaluation of the documents students submitted, the evaluation of student selection based on learning performance and actual student performance. For this purpose, a total of 60 middle school 1st and 2nd grade students participating in a Cyber Gifted Education Center in 2016 participated in the questionnaire. In addition, 25 students participated in interviews about the selection system and its effectiveness. Interview subjects were selected evenly considering the performance of each class, gender, and whether they were marginalized. As a result, students were more likely to perceive the model of gifted student selection based on learning performance positively than the existing selection method (observation recommendation system by teacher) in terms of understanding, fairness, substantiality and appropriateness. As a result of analyzing the relationship among the first round selection result (document evaluation) based on the self-introduction letter and the teacher recommendation letter, the 1st semester performance (final round selection), and the 2nd semester performance, the result of the 6 weeks' performance of the students were more correlated with the results of the students' 18 weeks’ performance. This result shows that the model of gifted student selection based on learning performance was more appropriate as gifted student selection method. 연구에서는 사이버교육을 활용한 교육 후 선발 모형을 실제 영재교육원에 적용하고 교육에참여한 학생들을 대상으로 교육 후 선발 제도에 대한 인식을 조사, 분석하였다. 또한 학생들의서류평가 결과, 교육 후 선발 결과와 실제 학생의 수행 결과 간 상관 분석 등을 통해 교육 후선발 제도의 의미를 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 S 사이버영재교육원 교육에 참여하여선발 과정을 거친 중학교 1~2학년 학생 총 60명이 설문에 참여하였다. 또한 25명의 학생들이본 프로그램의 선발 시스템 및 효과성에 관한 인터뷰에 참여하였다. 인터뷰 대상자는 각 학급에서의 학습 수행 성적과 성별, 사회통합대상자 여부 등을 고려하여 골고루 선정하였다. 학생들이인식하는 영재 선발 방식을 조사, 분석한 결과, 학생들은 이해도, 공정성, 적절성, 만족도, 지속가능성, 신뢰성 측면에서 기존에 이루어지던 선발 방식(교사관찰추천제)에 비해 교육 후 선발 방식을 더 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기소개서 및 교사추천서 평가를 기반으로한 1차 선발 결과(서류평가)와 1학기 수행(최종선발), 2학기 수행 결과 간의 관계를 살펴 본결과, 학생이 제출한 자기소개서나 교사 추천의견보다 학생의 6주 간 수행 결과에 의해 선발한결과가 학생의 이후 18주 교육 수행 결과와 더 큰 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타나, 교육 후 선발방식이 본 사이버영재교육원의 선발 방식으로서 더 타당한 것으로 나타났다.

        에큐메니컬 공의회와 동·서교회의 분리 연구

        This paper looks at church history in terms of ecumenical movement. The beginning of the ecumenical movement was defined as a problem of church diversity at the mission stage and the churches’ efforts to overcome this diversity were examined. In addition, the Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Churches’ ecumenical movements were outlined in the first part of the main text. The ecumenical movement in the early church was centered on the establishment and propagation of the doctrine and creeds unlike the ecumenical movement of the modern time which focused on overcoming the problems in the missions. The first ecumenical movement included the establishment of very important doctrines, creeds and principles in church history, such as trinitarianism, the issue of divinity and personality, and the use of the icon. The causes for the East-West breakup of the Church is presented in the latter part of the paper. The reason why the two churches had to be separated despite their contributions to the unity and unity of the two churches was viewed not only from the theological point of view but also as a consequence from political and historical events such as the crusade. 개인주의화와 자율성 고조의 삶에서 통일성과 조화를 이루어내야 하는 오늘의 사회 현상과 조우하듯 현재 교회도 자기의 벽을 허물어 가고 있다. 이 같은 변천과 함께 교회의 본질은 하나(Una)이며 동시에 보편적(Catholica)이라는 주장 하에 오늘의 시대사조에 교회가 창의적 대응을 할 수 있다는 사실은 대단히 고무적이라고 볼 수 있다. 교회에서의 에큐메니컬 운동을 공시적, 통시적 시각에서 살펴보는 것은 시의에 적절한 연구이자 교회 통합의 본질적 의미를 고민할 수 있는 중요한 학술적 단초라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 에큐메니컬 운동 측면에서 교회사를 일별하고 있다. 1910년에 시작되어 1960년대 본격적으로 시작된 근·현대 에큐메니컬 운동을 살펴보고, 그 시작을 선교 단계에서의 교회 다양성 문제로 규정, 다양성 극복을 위한 교회의 노력을 살펴보았다. 본론의 후반에서는 총 7차에 걸쳐 일어난 에큐메니컬 공의회 개최를 최초의 에큐메니컬 운동의 시작으로 규정하고 그 내용을 고찰해 보았다. 근·현대의 에큐메니컬 운동이 선교에 있어서 다양성 문제점 극복에 천착하였다면, 초기 교회에서의 에큐메니컬 운동은 삼위일체론, 신성과 인성의 규정문제, 이콘의 사용 문제 등 교회의 기본이 되는 교리 확립과 전파에 중심을 두고 있었음을 알 수 있다.

        접촉에서 변형으로: 불가리아어와 마케도니아어에서 후치정관사 범주의 출현과 활용을 중심으로

        The Old Slavic language, which did not have a grammatical mechanism of a definite article, used forms such as common nouns, proper nouns, and denoting pronouns to express definiteness. The emergence of definite articles, and post-positional definite articles in the Slavic language is a important issue in slavic linguistic history. In the meantime, academic explanation for this is that the appearance of the post-positional definite article in Bulgarian and Macedonian was grammatically fixed in the ancient Slavic demonstrative pronoun, which was used as a substitute for the Greek pre-positional article in the translation of the Greek Bible. However, looking at this phenomenon from the sociolinguistics and typological perspective of Balkan linguistics, it is significantly important the relationship between Romanian and Illyrian linguistic traditions. The primary purpose of this paper is to study the precise and in-depth correlation between language contact and language transformation. It is a verification that the post-positional definite article form, which was not inherently, was created through linguistic contact between Balkan languages. In conclusion, post-positional definite articles in Bulgarian or Macedonian have the tangible characteristics of Slavic in terms of form, and can be said to be the result of contact with Balkan languages ​​in terms of location. Concepts and meanings related to definiteness include specificity, deixis meaning, coherence and genericity. A study on the concepts related to these definiteness can additionally explain the semantic background of the emergence of post definite articles in Bulgarian and Macedonian languages, and differentiate them from similar grammatical mechanisms such as common nouns, proper nouns, and demonstrative pronouns and their semantic meaning.

        언어접촉과 공통 언어체계 형성의 상관관계 연구- 발칸언어연합 내에서 11-19의 수사구조와 후치 정관사의 변화와 수용을 중심으로 -

        The aim of this is to study the linguistic correlation of the Balkan Peninsula where various languages ​​coexist. The Balkan Peninsula is a region that shares a variety of complex historical events. Although linguistically, it has no kinship(same language family), but it is a region that sufficiently exchanging language influences through geographical and cultural exchanges. The existence of the Balkan Sprachbund was a concept that had already been raised by various scholars a century ago, but our research has not yet grasped this concept properly. This is because in order to understand the language of this region, it is necessary not only to understand various languages, but also to understand the background and process of language exchange from a synchronic perspective. Therefore, this study has the first expected effect in understanding diversity in terms of language and culture of the Balkan Peninsula. In line with its expected effect, this paper examines the formation method, its origin, and characteristics of individual Balkan languages. Some claims have been made about the influence of Indo-European languages, but research has shown that it is more correct to regard it as a Slavic influence. Secondly, social linguistics studied with the main interest in language variation, and in language contact, language conflict, lexical borrowing, language maintenance, and language It occurs in various situations such as language death and language revival. In this series of processes, it was examined whether the Balkan official common language could be born, centering on the post-definite article form. The sharing of the post-definite article characteristics, which is the most attributable to the positional characteristics, however, differs even among Balkan languages ​​in many areas, such as the method of expressing definiteness and the correlation with the adverbs and the difference in the use of post-definite articles from a syntactic perspective it turned out. From this point of view, it was found that the focus should be on the degree of interrelationship and influence rather than research on the appearance of the common Balkan language.

        동유럽, 발칸지역 국가의 후견주의(Clientelism)와 국가 경제

        Greece overcame the national economic crisis in 2009 with the help of European Union and graduated from the bailout fund in August 2018. Through this study, it can be seen that Greece suffered the economic crisis due to the harm of the national clientelism tradition. Greece economic indicators such as positive growth for 5 consecutive quarters and robust exports are improving and the nation's willingness to overcome the crisis is relatively strengthened. However, the lack of a surplus in basic fiscal surplus, a decline in private consumption, and a still high unemployment rate may cause the possibility of a economic crisis again. Also in the process of issuing Greek government bonds will not be ruled out. As a wonderful tourist destination, Greece can be of interest to our business or individual investors. There is a strong point in the field of shipbuilding and marine industry. Large companies may be interested in the sale of state-owned enterprises to rebuild the national economy. It is also promising that small or family businesses invest in general tourism in Greece. Because Greece's economy is centered on services, especially tourism. In the case of Bulgaria, a strong economic reform drive has been taking place since the European Union joining the European Union in 2007. The country was undergoing a recession in 2009-2010 to strengthen its economic constitution with fixed exchange rates and cheap labor resources. Bulgaria, which had experience of a socialist political system since 1944, underwent a process of authoritarianism in the socialist era and a fight against corruption of the socialist rulers, rather than greed-like clientelism. Bulgaria is continuing positive economic growth in 2018, and is preparing for a new economic leap with various sizes and influx of European funds. However, the number of the population that is continuously decreasing and the enlargement of the economic gap between the capital and the provinces is becoming a problem to be solved by the Bulgarian economy.

        발칸언어학 연구사에 대한 통시적 연구와 1차 발칸어소로서 그리스어와 라틴어의 위상

        The purpose of this paper is to provide the results of diachronic approaches to Balkan linguistic research history and to approve the main common Balkan language features from Greek and Latin. The history of Balkan linguistics research is divided into three periods. They are the beginning of the Balkan language, the divisor, and the present. In this paper, representative scholars and papers of each period are introduced and their contents are deeply summarized. This paper also aims to investigate the common and different morphological and syntactic features in Balkan languages. The first common feature on which will be paid main attentions is the loss of infinitive system in Balkan languages. The loss of the infinitive is considered to be a Greek influence. From the ancient Greek, subordinate phrases with ὅτι, ὡς, ὥστε, ἳνα were used instead of infinitive. The ancient Bulgarian language, in the process of translating the Greek Bible Scriptures, accepts this subordinate phrases form instead of infinitive. Alternative forms with prepositions instead of infinitive were also used in Albanian and Romanian languages. The second common feature on which will be paid main attentions is the case system of Balkan languages. As it is well known, Balkan languages are mainly having analytic linguistic features, including case system. As it is well known, in Slavic languages, there are 6-7 cases. They are nominative, genetive, dative, accusative, instrumental and prepositional case (sometimes, vocative). Unlike the other Slavic, Bulgarian language (as Slavic and also Balkan language) does not have case forms and become typical analytic language from the point of view in case system. On the process of losing case system, the Balkan languages shared mutual influences through language contact. In this paper are researched this process and influence directions among them.

        미술과 과학을 연계한 융합교육이 초등학생의 정의적 영역에 미치는 교육적 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 미술 감상 영역과 과학 내용 지식을 연계한 미술․과학 융합교육프로그램이 초등학생의 정의적 영역에 미치는 교육적 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를위해, 선행 연구 및 교육과정 분석 결과에 기초하여 8차시 분량의 미술․과학 융합교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이질통제집단 설계 방식에 따라 초등학교 6학년 학생들이 보인 정의적 영역에서의 변화를 t-검정을 통해 검증하였다. 또한, 실험반 학생 중일부와 집단 면담을 실행하여 미술․과학 융합교육 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 인식및 만족도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 미술・과학 융합교육 프로그램은 미술과 과학분야에 대한 흥미와 즐거움, 학습의 즐거움, 가치 인식의 측면에서 초등학생의 정의적 영역에 미치는 교육적 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 초등교육에서 미술과 과학을 연계한 교육을 활성화할 필요가 있음을 지지하는 실증적 사례로, 단일 교과 중심의 교육을 고수하기보다 교과 간 연계가 가능한 부분에서는 미술・과학 융합교육을 적극적으로 시행할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

        Ефективна методология за преподаване на Македонския език

        In this paper, we have studied how effectively to teach Macedonian language to Korean students. First, we examined the linguistic characteristics of the Macedonian language and compared it with the Serbian and Bulgarian languages. In terms of historical linguistics, Macedonian is very close to Bulgarian, so education on vocabulary and proprietary grammar should be taught in comparison with Bulgarian. In this respect, this paper examines the lexical similarity between Macedonian and Bulgarian in depth and shows a number of examples in the main text. In terms of sociolinguistics, the correlation between Serbian and Macedonian is very strong due to the linguistic influence relation from the former Yugoslavia period. Therefore, it is effective to teach and compare Serbian in sociolinguistic teaching method. Since the interest to Macedonian in Korea is still at an early stage and it is based on exotic fantasies, we have examined the need to stimulate curiosity and language education of the other party in terms of intercultural communication between these cultures, For the Koreans, Macedonia offers five different cultural characteristics.
