        필묵에 의한 생명력의 표현과 그 교육에 대한 탐색 -서예교육을 중심으로-

        In the classical fine art education, calligraphy and ink painting classes have stayed in just imitating the existing writings or drawings in the textbook in the viewpoint of inheritance of tradition. However, as the consequential problems are pointed out, the introduction of new styles that break the traditional imitating education, unique styles, or western calligraphy is being attempted in the area of calligraphy. This realistic solution to the contents of education is truly needed, but it is also meaningful to seek for a direction of desirable education based on the intrinsic review on the inherent characteristics and orientations of Chinese ink. In this study, the ideology of artistic creation through the expression of Chinese ink art and the intrinsic viewpoint based on the oriental view on nature and life are being used to explore for its applications to education. In other words, the purpose of this study is to specify the ways of providing students with an opportunity to think about nature and life through the artistic activity centered on a material, 'Chinese ink'. To this end, the unique expressive characteristics that the Chinese ink art has are examined, which is different from the Western fine art, by reviewing the art ideas pursued in traditional Western paining theories. Then, centering on Chinese ink, the expression of vitality based on primitive arts and its educational application are sought for and the common expression contents, formative elements and expression techniques derived from the results are specified. Hereby, based on the expressive characteristics of the Chinese ink art, the study suggests the possibility of educational application as a means that encourages the primitive vitality underlying the hearts of learners and fuses them with the external world. 종래 미술교육에서의 서예나 수묵화 수업은 전통의 계승이라는 관점에 서서, 대부분 교과서에 실린 교본을 그대로 따라 쓰거나 그리게 하는 형태의 수업에 머물러 왔다. 그런가 하면, 이에 대한 문제점들이 지적되면서 서예의 경우 임서교육에서 탈피한 개성 있는 글씨체, 캘리그라피 등의 도입이 시도되고 있다. 한편, 교육내용에 대한 이와 같은 현실적인 해결책도 필요하겠으나, 필묵이 지니는 고유의 특성과 지향점에 대한 본질적인 검토를 바탕으로 바람직한 교육의 방향을 모색하는 것도 의미 있는 일이라 생각된다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 필묵표현을 통한 예술창작의 이념, 동양적 자연관과 생명관에 착안한 필묵의 본질적인 관점을 주된 논지로 삼아 교육으로의 적용방안을 탐색하였다. 즉, ‘먹’이라는 소재를 중심으로 한 조형활동을 통해 학생들에게 자연과 생명에 대한 사유의 기회를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 구체화하는 데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 먼저 전통 서화론에서 추구해온 예술사상의 검토를 통해, 서양미술과는 다른 수묵예술만이 지니는 표현적 특성에 대해 고찰하였다. 이어서 필묵을 중심으로, 프리미티브 예술에 착안한 생명력의 표현과 그 교육적 적용을 모색하고 그 결과에서 도출된 공통적인 표현내용과 조형요소 및 표현기법을 구체화하였다. 이로써, 필묵이 지니는 표현적 특성에 기반하여, 학습자들의 근저에 있는 원초적인 생명력을 이끌어내고 외부 세계와 자신을 융합시키는 표현수단으로서의 교육적 적용 가능성을 제언하는 바이다.

        A report of 31 unrecorded bacterial species isolated from freshwater

        A total of 31 bacterial strains were isolated from the Geum River basin in the Republic of Korea during our investigation of indigenous prokaryotic species. The isolated bacterial strains had high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (>98.7%) with those of validly published bacterial species, which have not been reported in Republic of Korea. The 31 bacterial strains were phylogenetically diverse and assigned to 4 phyla, 8 classes, 18 orders, 21 families, and 27 genera. At the genus level, the unreported species were affiliated with Kineococcus, Pedococcus, Rhodoluna, Salinibacterium, Rhodoluna, Arthrobacter, Williamsia, Nakamurella, Nocardioides of the class Actinobacteria, Patulibacter of the class Thermoleophilia, Pontibacter, Hymenobacter of the class Cytophagia, Flavobacterium of the class Flavobacteriia, Geomicrobium of the class Bacilli, Brevundimonas, Gellertiella, Rhizobium, Paracoccus, Taonella, Sphingomonas of the class Alphaproteobacteria, Burkholderia, Polaromonas, Hydrogenophaga, Chitinilyticum, Azospira, Zoogloea of the class Betaproteobacteria, and Pseudomonas of the class Gammaproteobacteria. The unreported bacterial species were further characterized by examining their morphological, cultural, physiological, and biochemical properties. The detailed descriptions of the 31 bacterial strains were provided.

        Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Coculturing Stimulates Integrin-Mediated Extracellular Matrix Adhesion of Melanocytes by Upregulating Growth Factors

        Coculture with adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) can stimulate proliferation and migration of melanocytes. To enhance outcomes of skin disorders caused by melanocyte loss or death, mixed transplantation with ADSCs has been suggested. However, role of cocultured ADSCs in proliferation and migration of melanocytes remains unclear. This study determined the effect of ADSCs on production of growth factors and expression levels of intergrins in primary culture of adult human melanocytes with or without ADSCs and in nude mice grafted with such melanocytes. Higher amounts of growth factors for melanocytes, such as bFGF and SCF were produced and released from ADSCs by coculturing with melanocytes. Relative levels of integrins β1, α5, and α6 as well as adhesion to fibronectin and laminin were increased in melanocytes cocultured with ADSCs. Such increases were inhibited by neutralization of bFGF or SCF. Relative levels of bFGF, SCF and integrins were increased in nude mice skin after grafting with melanocyte+ADSC cocultures. Collectively, these results indicate that ADSCs can stimulate proliferation and migration of melanocytes by increasing expression of integrins in melanocytes through upregulation of production/release of melanocyte growth factors such as bFGF and SCF.

        퍼스널 컬러 메이크업 컨설팅 만족도가 대인관계 향상에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the causes and effects of personal colors consulting that are considered as a newlifestyle and revitalized personal relations, and provides an understanding of the effects personal color makeup sat-isfaction have on personal relations. We provide basic data for future personal color and beauty industry developmentand image consulting. This study surveyed male and female subjects 20–50 years of age nationwide, using a Googlequestionnaire. The survey lasted from May 7–26, 2023. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, of which 256(130 males, 126 females) were used for the final analysis, insincere responses having been discarded. SPSS 25.0 wasused fand a frequency test, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and Cronbach's ? were conducted for sta-tistical results. In addition, descriptive statistics, correlations analysis and regression analysis were conducted. As aresult, as personal color makeup consulting satisfaction levels were high, it had a positive effect on confidence, pos-itiveness, favorability, positive tendencies, and sociability, which indicates that personal relations were improvedthrough personal color makeup. It is suggested that, as this study was confined to makeup and the subjects were mainlymen, further studies should supplement this focus area of fashion, and the gender balance of study subjects should beadjusted for intensified results.

        환경교육에 기초한 미술교육의 가능성에 대한 고찰

        Recently, we have many difficult environmental problems for the future of the earth. And art educators have begun to pay more attention to the role of art education for solving current that problems. Art is a good media to evoke environmental consciousness. But at the same time it should be noticed that art is intrinsically a transformation of nature which may result in destruction of the natural environment. Without examining this ambivalent character of art and the interrelationship between art and the environment, an environmental educational approach to art education will remain very superficial. The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between art and the environment in terms of an ecological viewpoint and to present an ecological perspective to art education. The current various theories of ecolosism present important perspectives toward a lifestyle based on a symbiotic relationship with nature, although their theoretical paradigm should be carefully examined to avoid becoming dogmatic. When we think of environmental study, it is important to establish the viewpoints of environmental arts education. One is human's relationship to nature, and the second is the relationship of nature-objects-human ; the third is the relationship between total environments and human. This suggests that the recovery of the ecological linkage between art and nature will be an important role of art education in the face of our current environmental crisis. So we need to make many teaching materials for understand about our environments and practices for saving our earth.
